上为细末，用法酒一升，大黄半两，熬膏，丸如弹子大，朱砂为衣。凡遇此疾，先烧安
息香烟吸之，不嗽非传尸也，不可用此药。若烟入口，咳不止，乃传尸也，宜用此药。五更
初服，勿令人知，用童子小便同酒一盏，化一丸服之，如人行二十里，即吐出虫，或如灯心
，或如烂瓜李，或如蛤蟆，未效再服，以应为度。所出虫用红火烧之，或用油煎埋于僻地。
治一切劳证，黄瘦虚损，诸药不能治者，此药大效。

北斗符入药，月初五更，向北目天，咒曰∶瘵神瘵神，害我生人，吾奉帝敕，服药保身，急
急如律令。念咒五遍，面北服药毕，面南吸生气一口入腹中。烧降真香置床上熏，午时再一
服，后以鳖甲生犀角散取虫。
【雄黄鳖甲丸】
雄黄、醋炙鳖甲、木香（以上各半两）、酥炙天灵盖（一两）、兔粪（二两）、轻粉。
将上述药物研成细末，用一升法酒和半两大黄熬制成膏，制作成如弹子大小的药丸，以朱砂为衣。凡是遇到这种疾病，先点燃安息香烟吸入，如果不咳嗽，说明不是传尸痨，不可使用此药。如果烟雾入口，咳嗽不止，则是传尸痨，适宜使用此药。在黎明时分服用，不要让他人知道，用一盏童子小便混合酒，化开一丸服用。服药后行走二十里左右，就会吐出虫子，形状有的像灯心草，有的像烂瓜李，有的像蛤蟆。如果未见效，可再次服用，直到排出虫体为止。排出的虫体用红火烧毁，或用油煎后埋在偏僻的地方。
本方治疗各种劳证，身体发黄消瘦、虚损严重，其他药物无法治愈者，此药效果显著。
【大茴香小茴香丸】
盐炒大茴香、盐炒小茴香、木通、酥炙穿山甲、微炒全蝎、通草（以上各一两）。
将上述药物研成细末，用甘草膏调和制成梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用三四十丸，空腹时用温酒送服，并用干粮压住药力。
【治瘵疾方】
川芎（半两）、当归（三钱）、水浸去皮焙干的桃仁、木香（各二钱）、室女顶门生发（一小撮）、安息香、雄黄（各一钱，原文此处似有缺漏或排版错误，依常理补全语境，但严格翻译仅译可见部分：...息香、雄黄（各一...））。
将药物研成细末，分为四次服用。每次取一大碗井水，在洁净的房间中煎煮至七分满，加入半钱红降真香末。服用此药时，需烧北斗符投入药中。在月初五更时分，面向北方仰望天空，念咒语说：“瘵神瘵神，害我生人，吾奉帝敕，服药保身，急急如律令。”连念五遍咒语，面北服药完毕，再面南深吸一口生气入腹中。燃烧降真香放在床上熏蒸，午时再服一次，随后用鳖甲生犀角散来驱除虫体。
[Realgar and Soft-shelled Turtle Shell Pill]
Realgar (Xionghuang), Vinegar-processed Carapax et Plastrum Testudinis (Biejia, 鳖甲), Costus Root (Muxiang) (each half tael above), Baked Human Skull Cap (Tianlinggai, 天灵盖) with butter (one tael), Rabbit Feces (Tuifen, 兔粪) (two taels), Calomel (Qingfen, 轻粉).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use one sheng of refined wine and half a tael of Rhubarb (Dahuang, 大黄) to boil into a paste. Form pills the size of a bullet coat them with Cinnabar (Zhusha, 朱砂). Whenever this disease occurs, first burn Asafoetida (Anxi Xiang, 安息香) smoke and inhale it. If there is no cough, it is not Transmitted Corpse Phthisis (Chuanshi Lao, 传尸痨), and this medicine should not be used. If the smoke enters the mouth and causes incessant coughing, it is Transmitted Corpse Phthisis, and this medicine is suitable. Take it at dawn without letting others know. Dissolve one pill in a cup of urine from an uncircumcised boy mixed with wine. After walking for about twenty li, worms will be vomited up, resembling lamp wicks, rotten melon seeds, or toads. If ineffective, take again until the worms are expelled. Burn the expelled worms with red fire or fry them in oil and bury them in a secluded place.
This formula treats all types of Consumption (Lao Zheng, 劳证), characterized by yellowish emaciation and severe deficiency, which other medicines cannot cure; this medicine is highly effective.
[Fennel and Pellitory Pill]
Salt-fried Aniseed (Da Huixiang, 大茴香), Salt-fried Small Fennel (Xiao Huixiang, 小茴香), Akebia Stem (Mutong, 木通), Butter-processed Pangolin Scales (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲), Lightly fried Scorpion (Quanxie, 全蝎), Tongcao (each one tael above).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with Licorice Paste (Gancao Gao, 甘草膏) to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty to forty pills each time, on an empty stomach, with warm wine, followed by dry food to settle the medicine.
[Formula for Treating Phthisis]
Sichuan Lovage Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (half tael), Angelica Sinensis (Danggui, 当归) (three qian), Peach Kernel (Taoren, 桃仁) (soaked in water, skin removed, baked), Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香) (each two qian), Hair from the vertex of an unmarried girl (Yi Suo Cun Jin / Nv Fa, 女发) (a small amount), Asafoetida (Anxi Xiang, 安息香), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) (each one [qian/coin, text incomplete]).
Grind the ingredients into powder and divide into four doses. For each dose, use a large bowl of well water, decoct in a clean room until reduced to seventy percent, then add half a qian of powdered Red Agarwood (Hong Jiangzhen Xiang, 红降真香). When taking this medicine, burn a Talisman of the Big Dipper into the medicine. At the fifth watch of the first month's new moon, face north and look at the sky, chanting the incantation: "Phthisis Spirit, Phthisis Spirit, harming my living people, I obey the Emperor's decree, taking medicine to protect the body, quickly as the law commands." Chant five times, take the medicine facing north, then face south and inhale one breath of vital energy into the abdomen. Burn Agarwood to fumigate the bed. Take another dose at noon, then use Soft-shelled Turtle Shell and Fresh Rhinoceros Horn Powder (Biejia Sheng Xijiao San, 鳖甲生犀角散) to expel the worms.
