治百合伤寒，已经汗后，病患饮食，复不能食，常默默欲卧，复不能卧，欲行复不能行，
有寒如无寒，有热如无热，饮食或美不美，如强健人而卧不能行，口苦小便赤，药入口即吐
利。此因虚劳大病之后，不平复，变成此疾，名百合病，宜服。
百合（七枚，擘） 知母（一两）
上先将百合擘碎，用新汲水二盏，浸一宿，当有白沫出，去却沫水了，却用新汲水二盏
，煮百合取汁一盏，去渣盛于净器中。又将知母亦用新汲水二盏，煮取一盏，去渣后，将百
合知母汁相和同煎，取一盏，不拘时分合作二服。
治伤寒百合病，一月不解，变如渴疾，宜服。

上 咀，每服五钱，水一中盏，入生姜半分，竹叶二七片，煎至六分，去滓，不拘时温

治伤寒狐惑，微烦，默默欲卧，毒瓦斯上攻，咽干声嗄，下蚀湿 ，或便脓血。

上捣罗为末，炼蜜和捣三五百杵，丸如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，食前米饮下，日再服。

感觉有寒却像没有寒，感觉有热却像没有热，饮食有时觉得美味有时觉得无味，像健康人一样躺着却无法行走，口苦小便颜色红赤，药入口即呕吐腹泻。这是因为虚劳大病之后，身体未能平复痊愈，演变成这种疾病，名为百合病，适宜服用（百合知母汤）。
百合（七枚，掰开） 知母（一两）
先将百合掰碎，用刚打来的井水两盏，浸泡一夜，会有白色泡沫出现，去掉泡沫水后，再用新打的井水两盏，煮百合取汁液一盏，去渣盛放在干净的容器中。又将知母也用新打的井水两盏，煮取汁液一盏，去渣后，将百合和知母的汁液混合在一起同煎，取汁液一盏，不分时候分两次服用。
治疗伤寒百合病，一个月未愈，变化得像渴疾（消渴），适宜服用（百合地黄汤加减方/或指下文提到的含栝蒌根等药的方剂，原文此处列药味但未明确方名，依文意译为该方）。

Treats Baihe Shanghan (Lily Disease complicated by Cold Damage), after sweating has been applied, the patient's diet is normal yet they cannot eat, often silently desiring to lie down but unable to do so peacefully, desiring to walk but unable to move,
feeling cold as if there were no cold, feeling heat as if there were no heat, food sometimes tastes good and sometimes bad, resembling a healthy person lying down but unable to walk, bitter taste in the mouth, red urine, vomiting and diarrhea immediately upon taking medicine. This arises because after a severe deficiency-consumption illness, the body fails to recover smoothly, evolving into this disease, named Baihe Bing (Lily Disease), suitable for taking [Baihe Zhimu Tang].
Baihe (Lilii Bulbus) (7 bulbs, broken apart) Zhimu (Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) (1 liang)
First break the Baihe apart, soak in two cups of freshly drawn well water overnight; white foam will appear. Discard the foamy water, then use two cups of fresh well water again to decoct the Baihe until one cup of juice remains. Remove the dregs and store in a clean vessel. Similarly, decoct the Zhimu in two cups of fresh well water until one cup of juice remains, remove dregs, then mix the Baihe and Zhimu juices together and decoct further until one cup remains. Take at any time, divided into two doses.
Treats Baihe Bing from Shanghan, unresolved for one month, transforming into symptoms resembling thirst disease (Xiao Ke), suitable for taking [the following formula].
Baihe (Lilii Bulbus) Gualou Gen (Trichosanthis Radix) (each 1 liang) Muli (Ostreae Concha) (pounded into powder) Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) (heart removed, roasted) Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) (kernels, each 3 fen) Gancao (Licorice Root) (roasted, appropriate amount)
Pound the herbs into coarse pieces. Each dose uses 5 qian, add 1.5 cups of water, half a qian of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and 14 leaves of Zhuye (Bambusae Folium). Decoct until 0.6 cup remains, remove dregs, and take warm at any time.
[When using only Baihe]:
Take 1 liang of Baihe, stir-fry until yellow, pound into fine powder. Each dose is 2 qian, taken with rice broth at any time.
Treats Shanghan Huhu (Fox-Confusion Disease), slight irritability, silent desire to lie down, toxic vapors attacking upwards causing dry throat and hoarseness, lower erosion with dampness, or pus and blood in stool.

Pound and grind into powder, make pills using wheat paste, size of Sophora japonica seeds. Each dose takes 15-20 pills, taken before meals with warm porridge drink, three times daily.
Treats post-Shanghan pus-blood dysentery, pain in the lower part.

Pound and sieve into powder, mix with refined honey and pound 300-500 times. Make pills size of Sophora japonica seeds. Each dose takes 30 pills, taken before meals with rice drink, twice daily.
