治呕血久不瘥，心神烦闷，脏腑劳伤。
竹茹（如鸡子大）白芍药 生地黄 当归（各半两） 茜根（二两） 羚羊角（镑） 麦
门冬（去心） 鹿角胶（各一两半） 甘草（炙，一两）
上 咀，每服三钱，以水一中盏，生姜三片，煎至六分，去滓，不拘时温服。
治呕血吐血，及鼻衄血。
麦门冬（生取汁） 生地黄（生取汁） 生藕（取汁） 冷熟水（各一盏） 白药（一
两，为末）
上和令匀，每服二盏，略煎沸，不拘时温服。
治呕血方
黄柏（以蜜涂，炙干）
上为细末，每服二钱，不拘时，用麦门冬煎汤调下，瘥。
治咯血方 赵君猷云屡用效。
上以薏苡仁，不拘多少为末，熟煮猪胰切片，蘸药食后，微空时，取食之。盖薏苡能补
肺，以猪胰导入经络耳。陈敏捷云∶治肺痈唾脓血，薏苡仁为末，米饮调下。一方捣碎，用
水煎服亦效。
治咯血。
青黛（一钱） 杏仁（四十粒，去皮尖，以黄明蜡煎黄色，取出研细）
上同研匀，却以所煎蜡少许，熔开和之，捏作钱大饼子，每服用干柿一个，中破开入药
，一饼合定，以湿纸裹，慢火煨熟，取出以糯米粥嚼下。
治诸窍出血。
莲蓬（隔年者） 败棕榈 头发（并烧存性，等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，用南木香煎汤调下，或只用棕榈烧灰，用米汤调下，亦可。
治九窍出血方
上用刺蓟一握，绞取汁，以酒半盏调和，顿服之。如无青汁，只捣干者为末，冷水调三
钱服。

以上混合均匀，每次服用两盏，稍微煎沸，不限时间温服。
治疗呕血的方剂
黄柏（用蜜涂抹，炙干）
以上研为细末，每次服用二钱，不限时间，用麦门冬煎汤调服，病愈。
治疗咯血的方剂 赵君猷说多次使用有效。
以上用薏苡仁，不限多少研为粉末，熟煮猪胰切片，蘸药粉在饭后，胃中微空时，取来食用。大概薏苡能补肺，借猪胰导入经络罢了。陈敏捷说：治疗肺痈唾脓血，薏苡仁研为粉末，米饮调服。另一法捣碎，用水煎服也有效。
治疗咯血。

Treats persistent hematemesis that has not healed for a long time, accompanied by mental restlessness and distress, and damage to the Zang-Fu organs.
Zhu Ru (Bamboo Shavings) [Bambusae Caulis in Taeniam] (size of a chicken egg), Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba), Sheng Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata), Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) (each half liang), Qian Gen (Radix Rubiae Cordifoliae) (two liang), Lingyang Jiao (Hornis Saigae Tataricae) (sliced thin), Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis Japonici) (heart removed), Lujiao Jiao (Corium Cornus Cervi Colla) (each one and a half liang), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) (roasted, one liang).
The above ingredients are chopped. Take three qian per dose, add one zhuan of water and three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to six-tenths, strain off the dregs, and take warm at any time.
Treats hematemesis, spitting blood, as well as epistaxis.
Maidong (Radix Ophiopogonis Japonici) (freshly squeezed for juice), Sheng Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata) (freshly squeezed for juice), Sheng Ou (Rhizoma Nelumbinis Nuciferae) (freshly squeezed for juice), Leng Shui (cold boiled water) (each one zhuan), Bai Yao (one liang, ground into powder).
Mix them evenly. Take two zhuan per dose, bring to a slight boil, and take warm at any time.
Formula for treating hematemesis.
Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis) (coated with honey, roasted until dry).
Grind into fine powder. Take two qian per dose at any time, mixed with Maidong decoction, until cured.
Formula for treating hemoptysis. Zhao Junyou stated it is effective after repeated use.
Take Yiyiren (Semen Coicis) in any amount, grind into powder. Cook pig pancreas thoroughly, slice it, dip it in the powder, and eat it when the stomach is slightly empty after meals. This is because Yiyiren can tonify the Lung, using the pig pancreas to guide the medicine into the meridians. Chen Minjie said: To treat lung abscess with expectoration of pus and blood, grind Yiyiren into powder and take it mixed with rice drink. Another method is to crush it and decoct with water for oral administration, which is also effective.
Treating hemoptysis.
Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis) (one qian), Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum) (forty grains, skin and tip removed, fried in Huangming La (Beeswax) until yellow, then taken out and ground finely).
Grind together evenly, then melt a small amount of the used wax and mix it in. Shape into cakes the size of a coin. For each dose, take one dried persimmon, split it open, insert the cake, seal it, wrap it in wet paper, and slow-roast until cooked. Remove and chew/swallow with glutinous rice porridge.
Treating bleeding from various orifices.
Lianpeng (Calyx Nelumbinis Nuciferae) (from the previous year), Bai Zonglv (Cortex Trachycarpi Preparatus), Toufa (Capillus Humanus) (all burned to retain their essence, in equal parts).
Grind into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with Nanmuxiang decoction. Alternatively, simply burn Bai Zonglv to ash and mix with rice drink; this is also acceptable.
Formula for treating bleeding from the nine orifices.
Take a handful of Ci Ji (Spiny Cocklebur Fruit), squeeze out the juice, mix with half a zhuan of wine, and take in one dose. If green juice is unavailable, grind the dried herb into powder, mix with cold water, and take three qian.
