蒸饼，酒打为丸，梧子大。每空心服三钱，白滚汤下。

地熟地 肉苁蓉 地龙（洗净土，炒干） 石菖蒲各一两 胡巴二两（生熟各半） 大

共为细末，酒糊为丸，梧子大。每服一钱，早晚二服，二七见效。
硫黄四两研末，水调为糊。以石燕三两，烧红，频投糊内，以酥为度。外用柏子仁三钱 枸
杞五钱 人参三钱
共为细末，面糊为丸，绿豆大。每服四十丸，淡盐汤下。
又方
鸡蛋顶开一孔，去黄白，净。入人参切片填满，绵纸封固蛋孔，同二十一个有雄鸡蛋
，伏至期该出诸蛋俱干者，
人参食之也。将参取出为末，净瓷瓶封固，每晚酒下三分。

以上药材共同研磨成细末，用酒糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一钱，早晚各一次，服用十四天后见效。
硫黄四两研磨成末，用水调成糊状。取石燕三两，烧至通红，频繁投入硫黄糊中，直到变成酥软的状态为止。外用柏子仁三钱、枸杞五钱、人参三钱。
以上药材共同研磨成细末，用面糊作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次服用四十丸，用淡盐汤送服。
又一方：
将鸡蛋顶部敲开一个小孔，倒出蛋黄和蛋白，洗净蛋壳。将切片的人参填满蛋壳，用绵纸封住蛋孔，与二十一个有雄鸡受精的鸡蛋一起孵化，直到这些鸡蛋都干枯时停止。
此时取出其中的人参研磨成粉末，装入干净的瓷瓶中密封保存，每晚用酒送服三分。
人参二钱，枸杞五钱。
煎煮水酒共二斤，分几次饮用。每次饮酒时，用猪腰子用刀划出纵横纹路，将故纸（即补骨脂）五钱研成的粉末填入腰子的纹路内。
治疗神气短少、烦躁不安、夜间睡眠不宁、惊悸怔忡（心慌心跳、心神不定）、恍惚健忘等症状。
黄连八两（用姜汁炒制），当归身三两，生地黄三两，生甘草一两，玄参四两（用酒清洗），酸枣仁二两（炒至黑色），白茯神四两，远志肉二两（用甘草水泡制），琥珀一两，犀角一两，辰砂一两（作为丸药的外衣）。
用莲子和灯心草煎汤来制作丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一钱，空腹时用白开水送服。

*Chenxiang* (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), *Muxiang* (Aucklandiae Radix), *Lurong* (Cervi Cornu Degelatinatum), *Da Huixiang* (Foeniculi Fructus), *Xiao Huixiang* (Anisi Stellati Fructus) (stir-fried with salt water), *Qingpi* (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), *Zhizi* (Gardeniae Fructus) (shell removed, stir-fried), *Buguzhi* (Psoraleae Fructus), *Mutong* (Akebiae Caulis), *Shudi Huang* (Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata), *Roucongrong* (Cynomorii Herba), *Dilong* (Pheretima) (washed clean of soil, stir-dried), *Shichangpu* (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) each 1 liang, *Huba* (Foeniculi Fructus / often refers to Fagara or similar in this context, here likely *Huluba* Trigonellae Semen given the pairing, but text says Huba, literal translation: *Haba*) 2 liang (half raw, half processed), one pair of *Dahaima* (Hippocampus) (roasted with butter), *Renshen* (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (optional).
Grind all into fine powder, bind with wine paste into pills, size of a wutong seed. Take 1 qian per dose, twice daily (morning and evening), efficacy seen after two weeks (14 days).
*Liu Huang* (Sulfur) 4 liang, ground into powder, mixed with water to form a paste. Take 3 liang of *Shiyan* (Swallow Stone/Ornithocephalus fossil), heat until red hot, frequently throw into the paste until it becomes酥 (crumbly/brittle texture). Another prescription:
Crack a small hole at the top of an egg, remove the yolk and white, clean the shell. Fill the shell completely with sliced *Renshen* (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), seal the hole with cotton paper, and incubate together with twenty-one fertilized rooster eggs until all eggs are dry.
Take out the ginseng, grind into powder, seal in a clean porcelain bottle. Take 3 fen every night with wine.
*Renshen* (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) 2 qian, *Gouqi* (Lycii Fructus) 5 qian.
Decoct in water and wine totaling 2 jin, drink in several portions. When drinking wine, take pig kidneys, score them with a knife in cross-hatch patterns, and fill the grooves with powder made from 5 qian of *Gu Zhi* (Psoraleae Fructus).
Treats symptoms of shortness of spirit, irritability and restlessness, restless sleep at night, palpitations and fright (Jing Ji Zheng Zhong - sudden palpitations and constant anxiety), mental confusion, and forgetfulness.
*Chuan Lian* (Coptidis Rhizoma) 8 liang (stir-fried with ginger juice), *Guishen* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) 3 liang, *Sheng Dihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix Recens) 3 liang, *Sheng Cao* (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Recens) 1 liang, *Xuanshen* (Scrophulariae Radix) 4 liang (washed with wine), *Zao Ren* (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) 2 liang (stir-fried until black), *Bai Fushen* (Poria cum Risso) 4 liang, *Yuanzhi Rou* (Polygalae Radix) 2 liang (soaked in licorice water), *Hupo* (Electrum) 1 liang, *Xijiao* (Rhinocerotis Cornu) 1 liang, *Chensha* (Cinnabaris) 1 liang (used as coating).
Make pills using decoction of Lotus Seed (*Lianzi*) and Rush Pith (*Dengxin*), size of a wutong seed. Take 1 qian per dose, taken down with plain boiled water on an empty stomach.
