凡人诸病好医，惟孕妇生产安危在旦夕之间，余采得达生汤、生化汤，一在怀孕至八、
九月之后，连服数帖，及产如羊子之易；一在临产之后，未食之，先连服一、二帖，无昏痛
之患。药资无几，如法制备，一觅便得。
未产时服。
当归二钱五分（酒洗） 川芎六分 益母草一钱（忌铁器） 车前子五分（炒，研末） 甘
草三分（炙） 冬葵子一钱（炒研末） 白术一钱（米泔水浸炒） 大腹皮（滚水洗数次）
四分 牛膝六分（酒浸一宿） 枳壳五分（ 炒） 木香三分（另磨） 生姜一片
水煎，食远服。如腹痛，加白芷五分，沉香五分。
产后服。
当归八钱（酒洗） 川芎四分 干姜五分（炙黑存性） 桃仁十粒（去皮尖，打碎） 甘
草五分（
水二盅，加米酒六、七匙，煎一盅，生后连服二、三帖。或作倦作痛，俱宜服之，勿加
减，慎之。
人参末 乳香末各一钱 丹砂末五分
搅匀，入鸡蛋白一枚，生姜自然汁三匙，搅冷服。
非紧急勿用，必临盆难产服此立下。
益母草六钱 当归五钱 川芎四钱 朴硝三钱
以上作一服。水二碗，不用封口煎一碗，候大温，令一气饮，少倾即产。或子死腹中亦
可下，有起死回生之妙。
以朱砂服之，仍暗投盆、盎作坠地状，惊之自收。

加水煎煮，在离吃饭较远的时间服用。如果腹痛，加白芷五分，沉香五分。
产后服用。

用水两盅，加入米酒六、七匙，煎成一盅，胎儿出生后连续服用二、三剂。如果出现疲倦或疼痛，都适宜服用，不要随意加减药量，务必谨慎。

搅拌均匀，加入一个鸡蛋清，三匙生姜自然汁，搅冷后服用。
非紧急情况不要使用，必须是临盆难产时才服用此方，能立即生下胎儿。

以上药材作为一服。用水两碗，不用封口煎至一碗，候温凉适中，让产妇一口气饮下，片刻之后即分娩。即使是胎儿死于腹中也可以排出，有起死回生的奇妙功效。
给产妇服用朱砂，同时暗中向盆、盎等容器制造坠地的声音，受惊后舌头自然收回。
Ordinary illnesses are generally easy to treat, whereas the safety of a pregnant woman during childbirth is often determined within a matter of moments. I have collected two prescriptions: Daseng Tang (Da Sheng Decoction) and Shenghua Tang (Sheng Hua Decoction). The former is taken continuously for several doses from the eighth or ninth month of pregnancy, making delivery as easy as giving birth to a lamb; the latter is taken continuously for one or two doses immediately after labor begins but before eating, preventing complications such as fainting and severe pain. The cost of these medicines is minimal, and they can be easily obtained if prepared according to the method.
To be taken before delivery.
Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Washed with wine) 2 qian 5 fen
Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong 6 fen
Yimucao Herba Leonuri (Avoid iron vessels) 1 qian
Cheqianzi Semen Plantaginis (Stir-fried, ground into powder) 5 fen
Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Roasted) 3 fen
Dongkuizi Fructus Abutilonis (Stir-fried, ground into powder) 1 qian
Baizhu Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Soaked in rice wash water and stir-fried) 1 qian
Dafupi Pericarpium Arecae Catechu 4 fen (Rinsed several times with boiling water)
Niuxiu Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Soaked in wine overnight) 6 fen
Zhiqiao Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Stir-fried) 5 fen
Muxiang Radix Aucklandiae 3 fen (Ground separately)
Shengjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens 1 slice
Decoct in water and take at a time distant from meals. If abdominal pain occurs, add Baizhi Radix Angelicae Dahuricae 5 fen and Chenxiang Lignum Aquilariae Resinatum 5 fen.
To be taken after delivery.
Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Washed with wine) 8 qian
Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong 4 fen
Ganjiang Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum (Roasted until blackened but retaining efficacy) 5 fen
Taoren Semen Persicae (Pit and tip removed, crushed) 10 grains
Gancao Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata 5 fen
Decoct with 2 zhong of water and 6-7 spoons of rice wine until 1 zhong remains. Take continuously for 2-3 doses after delivery. It is suitable for fatigue or pain; do not arbitrarily modify the prescription. Exercise caution.
Apply mashed Biyan Ren (Semen Ricini) to the Dantian acupoint to retract the tongue, then remove the medicine.
Ren Shen Radix Ginseng (Powder) 1 qian
Ruxiang Gum Olibanum (Powder) 1 qian
Dansha Cinnabaris (Powder) 5 fen
Mix evenly, add one egg white and 3 spoons of fresh ginger juice, cool by stirring, and take cold.
Do not use unless urgent; this prescription is strictly for difficult labor at term to induce immediate delivery.
Yimucao Herba Leonuri 6 qian
Danggui Radix Angelicae Sinensis 5 qian
Chuanxiong Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong 4 qian
Piaoxiao Natrii Sulfas 3 qian
Prepare as one dose. Decoct with 2 bowls of water without sealing the vessel until 1 bowl remains. When warm, drink in one gulp. Delivery will occur shortly. This can also expel a fetus that has died in the uterus, possessing miraculous life-restoring effects.
Administer Zhusha (Cinnabar) to the patient. Simultaneously, secretly create the sound of objects falling to the ground using basins or jars to startle her, causing the tongue to retract naturally.
