真鸦片一钱 鱼胶一钱 麝香五分
共为丸，如弹子大，用桂花煎汤，一饮即下。
大木耳（水泡胀，去蒂，晒干，炒为细末） 核桃仁（去皮，捣为泥）各一钱
黄酒煮服，过半炷香时浑身汗出，是其验也。
治妇人白带下。
芡实粉二两 白茯苓二两 青石脂（ ） 牡蛎（ ，醋淬） 禹余粮（ ）各一两
千年锻石风化八钱，好醋一盏，拌和前药，晒干，再捣为丸，桐子大。每服三钱，滚白
汤下
治胎前产后百病。
益母草一斤 川芎一两 赤芍一两 归身一两 木香一两
炼蜜丸，弹子大。每丸三钱重。
用牛角腮以火炙黄，将刀刮下，再炙再刮，研为细末。用面糊丸，桐子大。每服二钱，
白滚汤下。
提起头发，定不可放倒。以红炭投陈醋内，对鼻熏之，候苏另用∶
当归一两 川芎五钱 荆芥穗（炒黑）二钱
水煎服。
治妇人产后百病。临产时预煎一剂，候儿一产即与母服，以免月内诸疾。
当归六钱 川芎三钱 炮姜五钱 桃仁七粒 炙甘草三分
水煎，加酒一、二匙服。
黑豆三升，用醋煮成浓汁，一次性服用，胎儿自然排出。
真鸦片一钱，鱼胶一钱，麝香五分，共同制成丸药，大小如弹子，用桂花煎汤送服，一次饮下即可排出。
朱砂一钱，与三个鸡蛋白搅拌均匀，一次性服用。胎死则排出，未死则安胎。
大木耳（用水泡胀，去掉蒂部，晒干，炒成细末）和核桃仁（去皮，捣成泥），各取一钱，用黄酒煮后服用，过了一炷香的时间全身出汗，就是有效的征象。

益母草一斤，川芎一两，赤芍一两，当归身一两，木香一两，炼蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子。每丸重三钱。

当归六钱，川芎三钱，炮姜五钱，桃仁七粒，炙甘草三分，水煎，加酒一、二匙服用。
Three sheng of black beans (Faba Seed, 黑豆), boiled in vinegar to make a thick decoction; take it all at once, and the dead fetus will be expelled naturally.
One qian of real opium (Papaveris Somniferi Fructus, 真鸦片), one qian of fish maw (Muraenae Gelatinum, 鱼胶), and five fen of musk (Moschus, 麝香); grind them together into pills the size of a bullet; administer with a decoction of osmanthus flowers, and it will be expelled after one drink.
One qian of cinnabar (Cinnabaris, 朱砂), mixed evenly with three egg whites; take it all at once. If the fetus is dead, it will be expelled; if alive, it will be secured.
One qian each of large wood ear mushroom (Auriculariae Judae Auriculae, 大木耳) [soaked in water until swollen, stem removed, dried, and stir-fried into fine powder] and walnut kernel (Juglandis Semen, 核桃仁) [skin removed and pounded into paste]; boil and take with yellow wine. Sweating over the whole body after half an incense stick's time is the sign of efficacy.
To treat leukorrhea (leukorrhea) in women.
Two liang of euryale seed powder (Euryales Semen, 芡实粉), two liang of poria (Poria, 白茯苓), one liang each of green halloysite (Qingshi Zhi, 青石脂), oyster shell (Ostreae Concha, 牡蛎) [calcined with vinegar], and yuyuliang (Yuyuliyangshi, 禹余粮); eight qian of weathered thousand-year lime (Qiannian Duanshi Fenghua, 千年锻石风化); mix these with one zhan of good vinegar, dry them, then pound into pills the size of a tung tree seed. Take three qian each time, administered with boiling plain water.
To treat various diseases before pregnancy and postpartum.
One jin of motherwort herb (Leonuri Herba, 益母草), one liang each of ligusticum rhizome (Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 川芎), red peony root (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, 赤芍), angelica sinensis root (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 归身), and costus root (Aucklandiae Radix, 木香); prepare into pills using refined honey, the size of a bullet. Each pill weighs three qian.
Roast cow horn brim (Nigris Bubali Cornu, 牛角腮) until yellow with fire, scrape off the powder with a knife, roast again and scrape again, then grind into fine powder. Prepare into pills using wheat flour paste, the size of a tung tree seed. Take two qian each time, administered with boiling plain water.
Three qian each of qi ai mugwort leaf (Artemisiae Argyi Folium, 蕲艾) and perilla leaf (Perillae Folium, 苏叶); decoct and take with yellow wine.
Lift the hair, ensuring it does not fall down. Throw red charcoal into aged vinegar and fumigate the nose; upon regaining consciousness, use separately:
One liang of angelica sinensis root (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归), five qian of ligusticum rhizome (Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 川芎), two qian of schizonepeta spike (Schizonepetae Spica, 荆芥穗) [stir-fried until black]; decoct in water and take.
To treat various diseases postpartum in women. Decoct one dose in advance during labor; administer to the mother immediately after delivery to prevent various illnesses during the confinement period.
Six qian of angelica sinensis root (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 当归), three qian of ligusticum rhizome (Chuanxiong Rhizoma, 川芎), five qian of prepared ginger (Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum, 炮姜), seven peach kernels (Persicae Semen, 桃仁), and three fen of roasted licorice root (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparatum, 炙甘草); decoct in water, add one or two spoons of wine, and take.
Pound duck's foot grass (Pteridis Multifidae Herba, 鸭脚草/凤尾草) until mushy, add non-ash wine, boil for several rolls, and drink as much as possible. For ulcers, apply the residue externally to promote natural drainage.
