白芨一味，不拘多少，捣为细末，温水搅之，澄清去水，绵纸摊贴。
茴香草捣汁，饮一升。一日三、四次，以渣敷肿上，起死回生方也。

共为末，以清茶洗疮，敷之即愈。
肉色不变，不问大小，年深月久不愈
生山药（去皮）一块 蓖麻子仁十个
研匀，摊帛上贴之如神。
治疥疮及妇人阴蚀疮，诸般恶毒，神效。
蛇床子 苦参 芜荑各一两 雄黄 川椒 大枫子肉 硫黄各五钱 枯矾一两二钱 轻
粉二两 樟脑二两
共为细末，猪油调搽。
生大黄 全蝎（去头足，炒去毒）穿山甲各三钱
水煎服。外用千年锻石，入明矾一把，盐少许，米汤调敷即消。一方加白芷四钱，大黄
六钱。
朱砂雄黄各一钱 轻粉 枯矾 黄柏各五钱
共为末，先用川椒煎水洗，后敷药末，神效。
蚯蚓泥和盐研敷之。
生鸭蛋二个 蜈蚣一条
焙干为末，分一半入蛋内，套在指上，候热，再换一个。
治一切痈疽，肿毒，对口背疽，乳痈结毒危难诸症。

上药以天医吉日研为细末，面打糊为丸，重四分一粒，以黄蜡为壳。临用时，葱头三寸，
姜三片，用黄酒煎一小盅，将药化开送下，随量饮醉，盖被出汗，二、三服即愈。
治疗一切无名肿毒。

用多年的陈米粉调成糊状敷贴。

用水煎服。外用千年锻石，加入一把明矾，少许盐，用米汤调匀敷贴，即可消退。另一配方加白芷四钱，大黄六钱。
朱砂、雄黄各一钱；轻粉、枯矾、黄柏各五钱。
共同研成细末，先用川椒煎水清洗患处，然后敷上药末，效果神奇。
细辛、白芷各二钱；雄黄一钱；麝香少许。
共同研成细末，用好酒送服一钱。
蚯蚓泥和盐一起研磨敷贴。
生鸭蛋两个，蜈蚣一条。
焙干后研成细末，取一半放入蛋内，套在手指上，感到发热时，再换一个。
治疗一切痈疽、肿毒、对口背疽、乳痈结毒等危重病症。
川乌二钱，草乌二钱（与川乌一同用酒浸泡，剥去外皮，用面包裹煨热，取净肉使用）；穿山甲二钱（炒制）；胆矾二钱；乳香（去油）三钱；没药（去油）三钱；蝉蜕（去掉头足）三钱；全蝎（用锻石水洗，去掉头足尾，在瓦上焙干）三钱；熊胆三钱；铜绿（水飞法处理）三钱；荆芥穗（去肉）三钱；僵蚕三钱；血竭三钱；雄黄三钱；牙皂（去皮，用酥油炙）二钱；信石二钱（用一块豆腐，厚两寸，中间挖一个孔，将信石放入孔中，用豆腐盖住信石，用酒煮三个时辰）；大蜈蚣五条（用酒蒸，去掉头足，在瓦上焙干，小蜈蚣则直接使用）；麝香七分；朱砂。
以上药物选择天医吉日研成细末，用面糊打丸，每丸重四分，以黄蜡为壳。临用时，取葱头三寸，生姜三片，用黄酒煎一小盅，将药丸化开送服，根据酒量饮至微醉，盖上被子出汗，服用二到三次即可痊愈。
Treats all kinds of unnamed swellings and toxic sores.
Use only Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji, 白芨), quantity not restricted, pound into fine powder, stir with warm water, clarify and discard the water, spread on cotton paper for application.
Sancti Lini Semen (Bailiangfen, 白梁粉) 3 qian, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Shichangpu, 石菖蒲) 3 qian.
Pound into powder and dust onto the affected area.
Artemisiae Argyi Herba (Huixiangcao, 茴香草) juice, drink one sheng. Three to four times a day, apply the dregs to the swelling; this is a miraculous formula that can revive the dying.
Camelliae Semen (Ercha, 儿茶) 1 qian, Os Draconis (Bailonggu, 白龙骨) 1 qian, Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) 5 fen, Talcum (Huashi, 滑石) 5 fen, Borax (Bingpian, 冰片) 5 li.
Grind together into fine powder, wash the sore with clear tea, then apply the powder for immediate cure.
If the skin color remains unchanged, regardless of size, and has persisted for years without healing:
Raw Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Sheng Shanyao, 生山药) [peeled] one piece, Ricini Semen (Bimazi Ren, 蓖麻子仁) ten kernels.
Grind evenly, spread on silk cloth for application, as effective as divine intervention.
Plantaginis Herba (Cheqiancao, 车前草), [redundant character in source], Basanhu Grass, Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua, 金银花) in equal parts.
Mix with aged rice flour to form a paste for application.
Treats scabies and erosive sores in women's private parts, and various malignant toxins; highly effective.
Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 蛇床子), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen, 苦参), Toosendan Fructus (Wuyi, 芜荑) each 1 liang; Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, 川椒), Semend Pericarpium (Dafengzi Rou, 大枫子肉), Sulfur (Liu Huang, 硫黄) each 5 qian; Alum (Gufan, 枯矾) 1 liang 2 qian; Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) 2 liang; Camphora (Zhangnao, 樟脑) 2 liang.
Grind into fine powder, mix with lard for external application.
Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Sheng Dahuang, 生大黄), Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎) [remove head and feet, stir-fry to remove toxicity], Manis Squama (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲) each 3 qian.
Decoct in water and take orally. For external use, use Manganese Oxide (Qiannian Duanshi, 千年锻石), add a handful of Alum (Mingfan, 明矾), a little salt, mix with rice soup for application to resolve the swelling. Another prescription adds Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) 4 qian and Rhei Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang, 大黄) 6 qian.
Cinnabaris (Zhusha, 朱砂), Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) each 1 qian; Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉), Alum (Gufan, 枯矾), Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏) each 5 qian.
Grind into powder, first wash the area with decoction of Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, 川椒), then apply the powder; highly effective.
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 细辛), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) each 2 qian; Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) 1 qian; Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) a small amount.
Grind into powder, take 1 qian with good wine.
Earthworm soil mixed with salt, grind and apply.
Two raw duck eggs, one centipede.
Dry by roasting, grind into powder, put half into the egg, place over the finger, replace when it feels hot.
Seven stalks of Allii Fistulosi Bulbus (Congbai, 葱白), one liang of honey, pound together and apply; highly effective.
Treats all kinds of carbuncles, ulcers, swellings and toxic sores, back carbuncles opposite the mouth, breast abscesses, and other critical conditions involving toxin accumulation.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuanwu, 川乌) 2 qian, Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowu, 草乌) 2 qian [soak together with Chuanwu in wine, peel off skin, wrap in dough and roast until hot, use the clean meat]; Manis Squama (Chuanshanjia, 穿山甲) 2 qian [stir-fried]; Chalcanthite (Danfan, 胆矾) 2 qian; Boswelliae Resina (Ruxiang, 乳香) [remove oil] 3 qian; Myrrhae Resina (Moyao, 没药) [remove oil] 3 qian; Cicadae Exuviae (Chantui, 蝉蜕) [remove head and feet] 3 qian; Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎) [wash with manganese oxide solution, remove head, feet, tail, dry on tile] 3 qian; Ursi Bile (Xiongdan, 熊胆) 3 qian; Viriditas Cupri (Tonglv, 铜绿) [water levigation] 3 qian; Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjisui, 荆芥穗) [remove flesh] 3 qian; Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan, 僵蚕) 3 qian; Draco Corium (Xuexie, 血竭) 3 qian; Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄) 3 qian; Melonis Fructus Semen (Yazao, 牙皂) [remove skin, roast with suet] 2 qian; Arsenic Trioxide (Xinshi, 信石) 2 qian [use one piece of tofu, two cun thick, dig a hole in the middle, place arsenic in the hole, cover with tofu, boil in wine for three hours]; large Centipeda (Wugong, 蜈蚣) five [steam in wine, remove head and feet, dry on tile; use smaller ones directly]; Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香) 7 fen; Cinnabaris (Zhusha, 朱砂).
On an auspicious day designated by Tianyi, grind the above medicines into fine powder, make pills using wheat flour paste, each pill weighing 4 fen, coated with yellow beeswax. When needed, take 3 cun of scallion bulb and 3 slices of ginger, decoct in a small cup of yellow wine, dissolve the pill in the liquid and take orally. Drink enough to become slightly intoxicated, cover with blankets to induce sweating. Two to three doses will result in recovery.
