治九种心痛。一切胃疼，两胁胀满。
真沉香二钱 丁香二钱 木香二钱 青皮（醋炒）五钱 黄连五钱 陈皮五钱 莪术
（煨）五钱
上为末，面糊为丸，黍米大。每用十丸，姜汤下。
广木香二钱三分 乳香一钱三分 雄黄二钱二分 明矾四分
共为细末。每服五钱，黄酒送下。
又方
用淡豆豉五钱，煎汤半茶盅，服之立愈。
大栀子七个或九个，炒焦。用水二盅煎八分，加生姜自然汁二、三分，服之
立愈。
又方
黑枣三枚，去核，填明矾令满，炭火烧枯存性，研末酒下，被盖暖，片时即效。
又方
用古铜钱烧红，淬入陈醋中，令微热服之，自效。
将饭粒粘白矾为丸，每服三分即愈。
又方
真麻油一盅，煎滚，冲入烧酒一小杯，乘热饮之即愈。
白矾三钱 郁金七钱
共为末，面糊丸，桐子大。每服三钱，白汤送下。
沉香 木香 五灵脂 乳香 使君子肉 陈皮 茯苓各等分 甘草少许
共为细末。每服一钱，滚酒送下即止。
真沉香二钱，丁香二钱，木香二钱，青皮（醋炒）五钱，黄连五钱，陈皮五钱，莪术（煨）五钱。
以上药物研为细末，用面糊制作成丸药，大小如黍米。每次服用十丸，用姜汤送服。

又一方：
使用淡豆豉五钱，煎煮成半茶盅的汤剂，服用后立刻痊愈。

又一方：
黑枣三枚，去核，填入明矾使其填满，用炭火烧枯但保留药性，研为细末，用酒送服，盖上被子保暖，片刻即见效。
又一方：
将古铜钱烧红，淬入陈醋中，待其微热时服用，自然有效。
又一方：
真麻油一盅，煎煮至沸腾，冲入烧酒一小杯，趁热饮下即可痊愈。
白矾三钱，郁金七钱。
共同研为细末，用面糊制丸，大小如桐子。每次服用三钱，用白开水送服。
沉香、木香、五灵脂、乳香、使君子肉、陈皮、茯苓各等分，甘草少许。
共同研为细末。每次服用一钱，用滚开的酒送服，疼痛即止。
马兜铃一个，在灯上烧，保留药性研为细末，用温酒调服，立刻见效。
Treats nine types of heart pain (Jiu Zhong Xin Tong). As well as all stomachaches, and distension and fullness in the hypochondrium.
Zhen Chenxiang (True Agarwood) 2 qian, Dingxiang (Clove) 2 qian, Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) 2 qian, Qingpi (Immature Citrus Peel, stir-fried with vinegar) 5 qian, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma) 5 qian, Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel) 5 qian, Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma, roasted) 5 qian.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, form pills using wheat paste, sized like millet seeds. Take 10 pills each time, administered with ginger decoction.
Guang Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix) 2 qian 3 fen, Ruxiang (Olibanum) 1 qian 3 fen, Xionghuang (Realgar) 2 qian 2 fen, Mingfan (Alumen) 4 fen.
Grind together into fine powder. Take 5 qian each time, administered with yellow wine.
Another prescription:
Use Danshichu (Fermented Soybean) 5 qian, decoct in water to obtain half a teacup of liquid, take it and recovery will be immediate.
Da Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) 7 or 9 pieces, stir-fry until charred. Use 2 zhong of water, decoct until reduced to 8 fen, add 2-3 fen of fresh ginger juice, take it and recovery will be immediate.
Another prescription:
Take 3 Hei Zao (Black Dates), remove pits, fill with Mingfan (Alumen) until full, roast over charcoal until carbonized but retaining medicinal properties, grind into powder, administer with wine, cover with blankets to keep warm, effect will be seen in a short while.
Another prescription:
Heat an ancient copper coin until red-hot, quench it in aged vinegar, let it cool slightly to warm temperature, then drink; self-efficacy is expected.
Use Baishatang (White Sugar) 5 qian, boil in water, take hot, add one slice of fresh ginger.
Adhere rice grains to Baifan (Alumen) to form pills, take 3 fen each time for recovery.
Another prescription:
Zhen Mayou (Sesame Oil) 1 zhong, boil until rolling, pour in a small cup of Shaojiu (Baijiu/Liquor), drink while hot for recovery.
Baifan (Alumen) 3 qian, Yujin (Curcumae Longae Radix) 7 qian.
Grind together into powder, form pills using wheat paste, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 3 qian each time, administered with plain boiled water.
Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Shijunzirou (Seed of Quisqualis Indica), Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel), Fuling (Poria) in equal parts, Gancao (Licorice Root) a small amount.
Grind together into fine powder. Take 1 qian each time, administered with boiling wine to stop pain immediately.
Madouling (Aristolochiae Fructus) one piece, burn on a lamp, retain medicinal properties, grind into powder, mix with warm wine for administration for immediate effect.
Juegen Peng Ezhu (Curcumae Rhizoma, boiled in vinegar) 2 liang, Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix, roasted) 1 liang.
Grind together into powder. Take 5 fen each time, administered with light vinegar decoction, take when symptoms occur.
Honghua (Carthami Flos) a large pinch, 2 zhong of water, decoct to 1 zhong, take.
Treats cold qi attacking the heart causing pain, and hernia-related abdominal pain.
Yanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizoma), Hujiao (Piperis Longi Fructus).
Grind into equal parts of powder. Take 2 qian each time, mix with warm wine before meals for administration.
