治心疼作酸，又治水停心作声如雷，口眼歪斜，不省人事。
胆矾一分为末，温黄酒送下，以吐尽痰为度。
（口吐清水有虫） 生艾杵汁一大碗，先半日勿吃晚饭，次日五鼓先嚼烧肉于口内，
切勿吞下，候口中水入肚，虫闻香则头朝上矣。良久饮艾汁，立时打下虫出。
苦楝子内白皮切碎二斤，水十碗煎折一、二分，滤去渣，放砂锅内漫火熬成膏，每日五
更时温酒调下一钱，以虫下为度。
天花粉水煎，当茶服。
真绿豆粉一两 乳香五钱 辰砂一钱五分 俱研极细，每服一匙，甘草汤下。
白马尿一斤 地骨皮一斤 白蜜一斤 羊粪四十九粒
以上用水七升，滚数滚，滤去渣，再熬至一碗为度，每服一盅。忌马齿苋、蒸锅水。
又方
用猫胞衣，以新瓦炭火焙焦为末。每服二分，酒下，五、六次即愈。服后睡时，须口
含竹筒，恐伤齿。
用五谷虫，以麻布包好，水内洗净，炒黄色。加木香、沉香共研为末，烧酒调和服之。
又方
生姜汁 韭菜汁 童便
各一盅，同放大碗内入锅中水煮数沸，候冷取出，露一宿重煎，温服。日日如是，以愈
为止
白蜜一两，滚汤调服。
白硼砂一钱五分 青黛一钱 好沉香二钱
三味研细末听用。
再用白马尿一斤 白萝卜一斤（取汁） 生姜半斤（取汁）
共入铜锅内熬成膏，每服用膏三匙，加前药末一分，酒下。一日三服，可以开关（如系
翻胃，以黑驴尿一斤易马尿）。
治疗心痛伴有酸感，以及水饮停滞于心胸导致心区有声如雷鸣、口眼歪斜、神志昏迷不醒。

（若口吐清水且伴有寄生虫）取新鲜艾草捣取汁液一大碗，前一天晚上先不吃晚饭，次日黎明时分先在口中咀嚼烧熟的肉，
千万不要吞下，等待口中津液流入腹中，虫子闻到香味便会头朝上。过一段时间后饮用艾草汁，立刻可将虫打下排出。
取苦楝子内部的白色树皮切碎二斤，加水十碗煎煮至剩余一、二分水量，过滤去除药渣，放入砂锅中用微火熬制成膏状，每日五更天时用温酒调服一钱，以虫体排出为度。
天花粉用水煎煮，当作茶饮服用。

使用五谷虫（稻花虫），用麻布包好，在水中洗净，炒至黄色。加入木香、沉香共同研成细末，用烧酒调和后服用。
又一方
生姜汁 韭菜汁 童便（健康儿童的小便）
各取一盅，一同放入大碗内，置于锅中水煮数沸，待冷却后取出，露天放置一夜再次煎煮，温热服用。每日如此，直到痊愈为止。
白蜜一两，用滚开的热水调服。
白硼砂一钱五分 青黛一钱 优质沉香二钱
将这三味药研磨成细末备用。
再用白马尿一斤 白萝卜一斤（取汁） 生姜半斤（取汁）
共同放入铜锅内熬制成膏状，每次服用三匙膏剂，加入前述药末一分，用酒送服。一日三次服用，可以开通噎塞（如果是翻胃症，可用黑驴尿一斤代替马尿）。
Treats heart pain accompanied by a sour sensation, as well as water retention in the heart region causing sounds like thunder, deviation of the mouth and eyes, and unconsciousness.
Powdered Chalcanthite (Vitriol) is administered with warm yellow wine, until all phlegm is vomited out.
(If clear fluid is vomited containing parasites): Take one large bowl of juice from fresh Mugwort Herba (Artemisia argyi) pounded into liquid. Do not eat dinner the night before. At dawn the next day, chew cooked meat in the mouth first,
but do not swallow it. Wait for the saliva to enter the stomach; the parasites, attracted by the fragrance, will turn their heads upward. After some time, drink the mugwort juice to expel the parasites immediately.
Two jin of the inner white bark of Melia Toosendan Fructus (Chuan Lian Zi) are chopped and decocted in ten bowls of water until reduced to one or two fen of liquid. Filter out the dregs, then simmer slowly in a clay pot until a paste forms. Take one qian mixed with warm wine at the fifth watch (3-5 AM), until the parasites are expelled.
Decoct Trichosanthis Radix (Tian Hua Fen) in water and drink it as tea.
One liang of Mung Bean Starch (Zhen Lü Dou Fen), five qian of Frankincense (Ru Xiang), and one qian and five fen of Cinnabar (Chen Sha) are all ground into an extremely fine powder. Take one spoon per dose, administered with Licorice Root Decoction (Gan Cao Tang).
One jin of White Horse Urine, one jin of Cortex Lycii (Di Gu Pi), one jin of White Honey, and forty-nine grains of Sheep Feces (Yang Fen).
Boil these ingredients in seven sheng of water, boil a few times, filter out the dregs, and continue boiling until only one bowl remains. Take one cup per dose. Avoid eating Purslane (Ma Chi Xian) and water from steamers.
Another prescription:
Roast Cat Placenta (Mao Bao Yi) on new tiles over charcoal fire until charred, then grind into powder. Take two fen per dose with wine. It cures after five to six doses. When sleeping after taking the medicine, hold a bamboo tube in the mouth to prevent dental damage.
Wrap Five Grains Insect (Wu Gu Chong) in hemp cloth, wash clean in water, and stir-fry until yellow. Add Costus Root (Mu Xiang) and Agarwood (Chen Xiang), grind together into powder, and take mixed with distilled liquor (Shao Jiu).
Another prescription:
Ginger Juice (Sheng Jiang Zhi), Chinese Chive Juice (Jiu Cai Zhi), and Child's Urine (Tong Bian).
Take one cup of each, place in a large bowl inside a pot, and boil for a few minutes. Remove when cool, leave exposed overnight, and re-boil. Take warm daily. Continue until cured.
Take one liang of White Honey (Bai Mi), mixed with boiling water.
One qian and five fen of Borax (Bai Peng Sha), one qian of Indigo Naturalis (Qing Dai), and two qian of high-quality Agarwood (Chen Xiang).
Grind these three herbs into a fine powder for use.
Then, combine one jin of White Horse Urine, one jin of White Radish (Bai Luo Bo, extract juice), and half a jin of Ginger (Sheng Jiang, extract juice).
Simmer together in a copper pot until a paste forms. Take three spoons of the paste per dose, mixed with one fen of the aforementioned powder, taken with wine. Take three times a day to open the obstruction (if suffering from Fan Wei [reverse vomiting], substitute Black Donkey Urine for horse urine).
