生姜为引，水煎服。
治红、白痢极效。
木香四两 苦参六两（酒炒）
以甘草一斤熬膏，丸药桐子大，每服二钱。白痢姜汤下；红痢茶下。
治一切痢疾初起，腹痛后重。

以上为细末，醋糊为丸，桐子大，空心服百丸。
治痢如神。

以乌梅肉四两，水泡捣烂，和药为丸，桐子大。每服百丸，空心白汤下。
治一切久痢红白不止，口干发热，饮食无味。

以神曲打糊为丸，桐子大。每服百丸，空心白汤下。
一切久痢诸药不效，服此立效。 黄丹一两（飞过） 枯矾二两
以铜勺熔黄蜡一两，入丹矾末，乘热为丸，如豆大。每服二丸，空心白汤下。

以陈仓米三钱为引煎服。如白痢加连肉三钱（不去心）；如疫痢噤口，发热合境，皆然
服之，神效。
当归一钱五分，白芍（用酒炒制）一钱五分，川连（黄连，用炒法处理）一钱，木香八分，枳壳（用炒法处理）一钱，槟榔一钱，大黄二钱，滑石三钱，苍术（用炒法处理）二钱，炙甘草五分。以生姜为药引，加水煎煮后服用。
此方治疗红色痢疾和白色痢疾极为有效。
木香四两，苦参六两（用酒炒制）。
用甘草一斤熬制成膏，将药物制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用二钱。白色痢疾用姜汤送服；红色痢疾用茶水送服。
治疗各种痢疾初起阶段，伴有腹痛和里急后重感。
川连（黄连）八两（与吴茱萸同炒），木香二两，槟榔二两，川大黄（蒸制）二两，吴茱萸一两（浸泡后取汁炒黄连）。
以上药物研成细末，用醋糊制作成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，空腹服用一百丸。
治疗痢疾如神效一般。
川连（黄连，用姜汁炒制）四两，吴茱萸（用水浸泡去除苦味，再用醋水炒制）五分，白蔻仁（用炒法处理）三钱，木香二两。
用乌梅肉四两，用水浸泡后捣烂，与药物混合制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。每次服用一百丸，空腹用白开水送服。
治疗各种长期不愈的红白痢疾，伴有口干、发热、饮食无味等症状。
川连（黄连，用酒炒制）三两，当归三两（用酒清洗），乌梅肉一两五钱，真阿胶一两五钱（用蛤粉炒至珠状），炮姜一两五钱。
用神曲打碎成糊状作为粘合剂，制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用一百丸，空腹用白开水送服。
对于所有久痢且其他药物无效的情况，服用此方立即见效。黄丹一两（经过飞制处理），枯矾二两。
用铜勺熔化黄蜡一两，加入黄丹和枯矾的粉末，趁热制成丸剂，大小如豆粒。每次服用两丸，空腹用白开水送服。
柴胡、前胡、羌活、独活、枳壳（用炒法处理）、桔梗、白茯苓、川芎各一钱，生甘草五分，白芍（用酒炒制）一钱五分，川连（黄连，用酒炒制）一钱。
以陈仓米三钱为药引煎煮服用。如果是白色痢疾，加用带心的莲子肉三钱；如果是疫毒痢导致噤口（无法进食），无论是否发热，全境流行时服用此方，均有神效。
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) 1.5 qian, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) [stir-fried with wine] 1.5 qian, Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian/Huanglian) [stir-fried] 1 qian, Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) 0.8 fen, Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao) [stir-fried] 1 qian, Arecae Semen (Binglang) 1 qian, Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang) 2 qian, Talcum (Huashi) 3 qian, Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cangzhu) [stir-fried] 2 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhigancao) 0.5 fen. Use Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Shengjiang) as a guide drug, decoct in water and take orally.
This formula is extremely effective for treating red dysentery and white dysentery.
Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) 4 liang, Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen) 6 liang [stir-fried with wine].
Decoct Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) 1 jin into a paste, process the herbs into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 2 qian per dose. For white dysentery, take with ginger soup; for red dysentery, take with tea.
Treats all cases of early-stage dysentery, characterized by abdominal pain and tenesmus (feeling of incomplete defecation).
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian/Huanglian) 8 liang [stir-fried with Evodiae Fructus], Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) 2 liang, Arecae Semen (Binglang) 2 liang, Rheum Palmatum (Chuan Dahuang) [steamed] 2 liang, Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) 1 liang [soaked in water, then used to stir-fry Coptidis Rhizoma].
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, bind with vinegar paste to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills on an empty stomach.
Treats dysentery with miraculous effect.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian/Huanglian) [stir-fried with Ginger Juice] 4 liang, Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu) [soaked in water to remove bitterness, then stir-fried with vinegar water] 0.5 fen, Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Baokouren) [stir-fried] 3 qian, Aucklandiae Radix (Muxiang) 2 liang.
Use Pruni Mume Carpos (Wumei Rou) 4 liang, soak in water and mash thoroughly, mix with the herbs to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, swallow with plain warm water on an empty stomach.
Treats all chronic cases of persistent red and white dysentery, accompanied by dry mouth, fever, and loss of taste/appetite.
Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian/Huanglian) [stir-fried with wine] 3 liang, Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui) [washed with wine] 3 liang, Pruni Mume Carpos (Wumei Rou) 1.5 qian, Ecorium Asini Collae (Ejiao) 1.5 qian [stir-fried with Gaviolis Pulvis to pearl-like texture], Zingiberis Rhizoma Praeparatum (Paojiang) 1.5 qian.
Process using crushed Medicated Leaven (Shenqu) paste as a binder to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 100 pills per dose, swallow with plain warm water on an empty stomach.
For all chronic dysentery cases where other medicines have failed, this formula produces immediate results. Minium (Huandan) [sublimed/refined] 1 liang, Alum (Kufan) 2 liang.
Melt Cerussa Flavida (Huangla) 1 liang in a copper spoon, add the powders of Minium and Alum, and while hot, form pills the size of beans. Take 2 pills per dose, swallow with plain warm water on an empty stomach.
Bupleuri Radix (Chaihu), Peucedani Radix (Qianhu), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Aurantii Fructus Immaturus (Zhiqiao) [stir-fried], Platycodonis Radix (Jiegeng), Poria (Baifuling), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong) each 1 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Shengcao) 0.5 fen, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Baishao) [stir-fried with wine] 1.5 qian, Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian/Huanglian) [stir-fried with wine] 1 qian.
Use aged rice from the granary (Chencangmi) 3 qian as a guide drug, decoct and take orally. If it is white dysentery, add Nelumbinis Semen (Lianrou) with heart intact 3 qian; if it is epidemic dysentery causing inability to eat (Jinkou Li) or fever prevalent in the region, taking this formula yields miraculous effects.
