砂仁一两 川椒（去椒目闭口者）一两 针砂三两
大麦不拘多少，炒磨面。大黑枣一斤，蒸熟去核皮，捣烂，共前药末面捣为丸。如不成
丸，将前面打糊为丸，每服二钱，好酒下，早晚进一服。
苦葶苈三两，捣如泥加汉防己末四两
取绿头鸭就药臼中宰血，并截鸭头入药，再捣五千下，丸桐子大。每空心滚水服三十丸，
轻者五丸。
治水肿胀鼓，服行气药不效，病反增剧，及四肢逆冷，脾肾虚也，急服此药能
治脾肾虚，腰重脚肿，小便不利，肚腹胀满，四肢面目浮肿喘急。
白茯苓三钱 牛膝一两 肉桂一两 泽泻一两 车前子一两 山茱萸一两 丹皮一两
熟附
子五钱 山药（炒）一两 熟地四两（泡捣膏）
共为细末。用地黄膏、蜜为丸，如桐子大。每服二、三钱不等。
细茶二钱 核桃仁五个 生姜三钱 红糖三钱
水二碗，煎八分服。
苍术一钱（炒） 浓朴一钱（炒） 陈皮一钱 猪苓一钱 泽泻一钱 白术二
钱（土炒） 白茯苓一钱五分 白芍一钱五分 肉桂三分 炙草三分
生姜为引，煎服。有热加炒连一钱；有寒加炮姜一钱；有泻加滑石一钱；食积加山楂、
神曲
各一钱。

大麦不限数量，炒熟后磨成粉。大黑枣一斤，蒸熟后去核和皮，捣烂，与前药粉和大麦面一起捣匀制成丸剂。如果无法成丸，可用大麦面糊作为粘合剂制丸。每次服用二钱，用优质黄酒送服，早晚各一次。
苦葶苈三两，捣成泥状，加入汉防己末四两。
取绿头鸭，在药臼中宰杀放血，并将鸭头截下放入药中，再捣击五千次，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次空腹用滚开水送服三十丸，病情轻者服五丸。
五谷虫洗净，炒至黄色后研成粉末，用黄米饭作为粘合剂制成丸剂，用白开水送服，疗效显著。
治疗水肿、腹胀如鼓，服用行气药物无效，且病情反而加重，以及四肢逆冷，属于脾肾虚损，急需服用此药以治疗脾肾虚损，症状包括腰部沉重、脚部浮肿、小便不利、腹部胀满、四肢及面目浮肿、气喘急促。
白茯苓三钱，牛膝一两，肉桂一两，泽泻一两，车前子一两，山茱萸一两，丹皮一两，熟附子五钱，山药（炒）一两，熟地黄四两（浸泡后捣成膏状）。
共同研磨成细末。用地黄膏和蜂蜜作为粘合剂制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二至三钱不等。
细茶二钱，核桃仁五个，生姜三钱，红糖三钱。
加水两碗，煎煮至剩余八分，服用。
人参一钱五分，川黄连三钱（用吴茱萸汤炒制）。
研成粉末，用水调服。
苍术一钱（炒），厚朴一钱（炒），陈皮一钱，猪苓一钱，泽泻一钱，白术二钱（土炒），白茯苓一钱五分，白芍一钱五分，肉桂三分，炙甘草三分。
以生姜为引经药，煎煮后服用。若有热象加炒黄连一钱；若寒象加炮姜一钱；若有腹泻加滑石一钱；若有食积加山楂、神曲各一钱。
Amomi Fructus (Sha Ren) 1 liang, Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuan Jiao) [remove seeds and closed ones] 1 liang, Magnetitum (Zhen Sha) 3 liang.
Hordeum Vulgare (Da Mai) as needed, stir-fried and ground into powder. Large black dates (Da Hei Zao) 1 jin, steamed until soft, pitted and peeled, then mashed. Mix with the aforementioned herbal powders and barley flour, pounding together to form pills. If they do not hold shape, use barley flour paste as a binder. Take 2 qian per dose, washed down with good wine, once in the morning and once in the evening.
Descurainiae Semen seu Lepidii Semen et Lepidii Semen (Ku Ting Li) 3 liang, pounded into a paste. Add Polyporus Umbellatus (Han Fang Ji) powder 4 liang.
Take a green-headed duck, slaughter it to collect blood in the mortar used for herbs, cut off the duck's head and add it to the mixture, then pound five thousand times. Form into pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach with boiling water; for mild cases, take five pills.
Wu Gu Chong (Five-grain Insect Larvae) cleaned, stir-fried until yellow, then ground into powder. Use yellow rice flour as a binder to form pills. Take with plain boiled water; efficacy is immediate.
For treating edema and abdominal distension like a drum, where qi-regulating medicines are ineffective and the condition worsens, accompanied by cold limbs due to Spleen and Kidney deficiency, urgently take this medicine to treat Spleen and Kidney deficiency. Symptoms include heavy waist, swollen feet, difficult urination, abdominal fullness, edema of limbs and face, and rapid breathing.
Poria (Bai Fu Ling) 3 qian, Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix (Niu Xi) 1 liang, Cinnamomi Cortex (Rou Gui) 1 liang, Alismatis Rhizoma (Ze Xie) 1 liang, Plantaginis Semen (Che Qian Zi) 1 liang, Corni Fructus (Shan Zhu Yu) 1 liang, Moutan Cortex (Dan Pi) 1 liang, Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix (Shu Fu Zi) 5 qian, Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shan Yao) [stir-fried] 1 liang, Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Shu Di) 4 liang [soaked and pounded into paste].
Grind all into fine powder. Use Rehmannia paste and honey as binders to form pills the size of tung tree seeds. Take 2-3 qian per dose.
Xi Cha (Fine Tea) 2 qian, Juglans Regia Semen (Tao He Ren) 5 pieces, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Sheng Jiang) 3 qian, Red Sugar (Hong Tang) 3 qian.
Add two bowls of water, decoct until one-eighth remains, and take.
Ren Shen (Ginseng Root) 1.5 qian, Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuan Lian) 3 qian [stir-fried with Evodiae Decoction].
Grind into powder, mix with water, and take.
Atractylodis Rhizoma (Cang Zhu) 1 qian [stir-fried], Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Nong Po) 1 qian [stir-fried], Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Pi) 1 qian, Polyporus (Zhu Ling) 1 qian, Alismatis Rhizoma (Ze Xie) 1 qian, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Bai Zhu) 2 qian [soil-stir-fried], Poria (Bai Fu Ling) 1.5 qian, Paeoniae Radix Alba (Bai Shao) 1.5 qian, Cinnamomi Cortex (Rou Gui) 0.3 qian, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle (Zhi Cao) 0.3 qian.
Use Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Sheng Jiang) as a guide herb, decoct and take. If heat signs are present, add stir-fried Coptidis Rhizoma (Chao Lian) 1 qian; if cold signs are present, add processed Zingiberis Rhizoma (Pao Jiang) 1 qian; if diarrhea is present, add Talcum (Hua Shi) 1 qian; if food stagnation is present, add Crataegi Fructus (Shan Zha) and Medicated Leaven (Shen Qu) 1 qian each.
