疗妇人产后虚冷，玉门不闭、宽冷方。（《千金》同）
蛇床子 硫黄（各四分） 菟丝子（五分） 吴茱萸（六分）
上为细末，以汤一升，投药方寸匕，以洗玉门，日再用。
治妇人产后用力太过，产门恶出。
以四物汤入真龙骨末少许煎，空心连进二服。麻油汤熏洗。
《集验》疗妇人产后阴下脱方。
单炒蛇床子一升，乘热以帛裹熨患处。亦治产后阴中痛。
治产后阴肿妨闷。
桃仁（去皮尖，别研为膏） 枯矾 五倍子
上等分，为细末，以膏子拌均敷之。
治产后子肠下出，不能收拾。不论年深者皆治之。
樗枝（取皮焙干，一握）
上用水五升，连根葱五茎，汉椒一撮，同煎至三升，去滓，倾入盆内乘热熏，候通手淋
洗。如冷，倾入五升瓶内，再煎一沸，根据前用。一服可作五度用。洗了睡少时。忌盐、藏酢
酱、湿面、发风毒物及用心力、房劳等事。
疗产后阴下脱方。
鳖头（二个，阴干） 葛根（一斤，当作一两）
上二味为末，酒服方寸匕，日三服。
治产后 。
皂角树皮 川楝树皮（各半斤） 皂角核（一合） 石莲（一合，炒，去心）
上为粗末，用水煎汤，乘热以物围定熏，通手洗于净房中，就熏洗处铺荐席，才熏洗了
，以帛挹干，便吃玉露通真丸，热酒下二丸，便仰睡。（方见通用方中）
治疗妇人产后身体虚寒，阴道口松弛不能闭合的方剂。（《千金方》中也有相同记载）

用四物汤加入少许真龙骨末煎煮，空腹时连续服用两次。再用麻油汤进行熏洗。

将蛇床子单独炒制一升，趁热用布包裹后熨烫患处。此法也用于治疗产后阴道内疼痛。
治疗产后外阴肿胀感到憋闷不适。
桃仁（去皮尖，单独研磨成膏状）、枯矾、五倍子。
以上药物等分，研成细末，用膏状物拌匀后敷在患处。
治疗产后直肠脱出，无法回纳。无论病程长短均可治疗。
樗白皮（取树皮焙干，约一把的量）。
以上药物用水五升，连同葱根五茎、汉椒一撮，共同煎煮至三升，滤去药渣，倒入盆中趁热气熏蒸，待温度适宜时淋洗。如果水凉了，将其倒入五升的瓶中重新煮沸一次，按照前面的方法继续使用。一次煎煮的药液可分五次使用。洗完后可稍作休息。忌食盐、醋酱、湿面以及易引发风毒的食物，并避免过度用心力和房事等行为。
治疗产后子宫脱垂的方剂。
鳖头（两个，阴干）、葛根（一斤，此处应为一两）。
以上两味药研成细末，用酒送服一方寸匕，每天服用三次。

以上药物捣成粗末，用水煎汤，趁热气用物体围住熏蒸，待温度适宜时在洁净的房间内清洗，在熏洗处铺设席子，熏洗完毕后，用布擦干，随即服用玉露通真丸，用热酒送服两丸，然后仰卧休息。（该方见通用方章节）
To treat postpartum deficiency-cold in women, with the vaginal orifice remaining open and loose. (Also found in *Qianjin Fang*)
*Cyathiae Folium* (Shechuangzi), *Sulfur* (Liuhuang) (each 4 fen); *Cuscutae Semen* (Tusizi) (5 fen); *Evodiae Fructus* (Wuzhuyu) (6 fen).
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take one *fangcunbi* (a traditional Chinese measure for powder, roughly equivalent to a square inch spoonful) of the medicine and add it to one *sheng* (approx. 200ml) of hot water. Use this solution to wash the vaginal orifice, twice daily.
To treat women whose perineum has prolapsed due to excessive effort during childbirth.
Decoct *Siwu Tang* (Four Substances Decoction) with a small amount of powdered *Os Draconis* (Zhen Longgu). Administer orally on an empty stomach, two doses consecutively. Also fumigate and wash with sesame oil decoction.
From *Jiyan Fang*: To treat uterine prolapse in postpartum women.
Stir-fry *Cyathiae Folium* (Shechuangzi) alone until one *sheng* is used. While still hot, wrap it in a cloth and apply as a hot compress to the affected area. This method also treats pain within the vagina after childbirth.
To treat vulvar swelling and stifling sensation after childbirth.
*Persicae Semen* (Taoren) (remove skin and tips, grind separately into a paste), *Alumen Crudum* (Kufan), *Galla Chinensis* (Wubeizi).
Mix equal parts of the above into a fine powder. Blend evenly with a paste medium and apply topically to the affected area.
To treat rectal prolapse after childbirth that cannot be reduced. Effective regardless of how long the condition has persisted.
*Bark of Ailanthus altissima* (Chuzhi) (take the bark, bake dry, approx. one handful).
Decoct the above with five *sheng* of water, along with five stalks of green onion including roots, and a pinch of *Zanthoxyli Fructus* (Han Jiao). Boil down to three *sheng*. Strain the dregs and pour into a basin. Fumigate while hot, then wash when the temperature is tolerable. If it cools, pour it back into a five-*sheng* bottle, boil once more, and use according to the previous method. One preparation can be used five times. After washing, rest for a short while. Avoid salt, vinegar sauces, wet noodles, foods that trigger wind-toxins, mental exertion, and sexual activity.
To treat uterine prolapse after childbirth.
*Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum* (Bie Tou) (two heads, dried in shade); *Puerariae Radix* (Gegen) (one *jin*, should be one *liang*).
Grind these two ingredients into powder. Take one *fangcunbi* with wine, three times daily.
To treat postpartum [symptom missing in original text].
*Bark of Gleditsia sinensis* (Zaojiao Shupi), *Bark of Toosendan Fructus* (Chuanlian Shupi) (each half *jin*); *Semen Gleditsiae Sinensis* (Zaojiao He) (one *ge*); *Nelumbinis Semen* (Shilian) (one *ge*, stir-fried, remove plumule).
Grind into coarse powder. Decoct in water. Fumigate while hot using a device to enclose the area. Wash thoroughly in a clean room. Place a mat at the site of fumigation and washing. After finishing, wipe dry with a cloth. Immediately take *Yulu Tongzhen Wan* (Jade Dew True Unblocking Pill), taken with two pills via warm wine, then lie supine to rest.
