疗产后阴下脱方。
川椒（一升） 吴茱萸（二升） 戎盐（半鸡子大）
上为末，以绵裹如半鸡子大，内阴中。日一易，二十日愈。
凡妇人少阴脉数而滑者，阴中必生疮，名曰 疮，或痛或痒，如虫行状，淋露脓汁，阴
蚀几尽者。此皆由心神烦郁，胃气虚弱，致气血留滞。故经云∶诸痛痒疮，皆属于心。又云
∶阳明主肌肉，痛痒皆属于心。治之当补心养胃，外以熏洗、坐导药治之乃可。
疗阴蚀疮方。
当归 芍药 甘草 芎 （各二两） 地榆（三两）
上细切，以水五升，煮取二升，去滓熏洗，日三夜一。
又方蒲黄（一升） 水银（一两）
上二味研均。以粉上。
又方肥猪肉（三十斤）
上以水三硕，煮熟去肉，入盆中浸之，冷即易，不过三、二度。
崔氏疗阴蚀。洗 汤方。
甘草 干漆（各一两） 黄芩 干地黄 当归 芍药（各二两） 龟甲（五两）
上细切，以水七升，煮取一半，去滓，以绵帛内汤中，以 疮处，良久即易，日二度。
每汤可行十里许即 干，捻取甘湿散薄敷疮上、使遍，可经半日，又以汤 ， 讫如前敷
药。（余家婢遇此疾，就甘家疗不瘥。蚀处作两疮，深半寸。余于涓子方中捡得此甘草汤方
，仍以自处蚺蛇胆散。不经七日疮乃平复，甚效。凡救十八人，手下即活。遇斯疾者，请广
流布传之）
治疗产后子宫脱垂的方剂。

以上药物研成细末，用棉布包裹如半个鸡蛋大小，纳入阴道内。每天更换一次，二十天痊愈。
凡是妇女少阴脉数且滑的，阴中必定生疮，名叫“妒疮”，或者痛或者痒，像虫子爬行一样，淋沥流出脓汁，阴部被腐蚀几乎殆尽的。这都是因为心神烦闷抑郁，胃气虚弱，导致气血停滞。所以经书说：各种疼痛、瘙痒、疮疡，都归属于心。又说：阳明经主管肌肉，疼痛和瘙痒都归属于心。治疗时应当补益心气、调养胃气，外用熏洗、坐药导引等方法治疗才可以。
治疗阴部腐蚀疮的方剂。
当归 芍药 甘草 川芎（各二两） 地榆（三两）
以上药物切碎，用水五升，煎煮取二升药液，去掉药渣，趁热熏洗患处，白天三次，夜间一次。
另一个方子：蒲黄（一升） 水银（一两）
以上两味药研磨均匀。将药粉撒在患处。
又一个方子：肥猪肉（三十斤）
以上用水三硕，煮熟后去掉肉，将药汤倒入盆中浸泡患处，变冷就更换，不超过三到两次。
崔氏治疗阴部腐蚀的洗汤方。
甘草 干漆（各一两） 黄芩 干地黄 当归 芍药（各二两） 龟甲（五两）
以上药物切碎，用水七升，煎煮取一半药液，去掉药渣，用棉帛浸在药汤中，敷于腐蚀处，很久之后更换，每天两次。
每次药汤行走十里左右就会变干，捻取甘湿散薄薄地敷在疮上，使其遍布，可以维持半天，然后再用药汤浸敷，敷完后像前面那样敷药。（我家婢女遇到这个病，去甘家治疗没有好转。腐蚀处形成两个疮，深半寸。我从涓子的方子中找到这个甘草汤方，同时使用蚺蛇胆散。不到七天疮口就平复了，非常有效。总共救治了十八人，立刻见效。遇到这种病的，请广泛流传传播它）
Formula for treating prolapse of the vagina after childbirth.
Chuanjiao (Sichuan Pepper Fruit, *Zanthoxyli Fructus*) - 1 sheng
Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit, *Evodiae Fructus*) - 2 sheng
Rongyan (Rock Salt, *Natrii Chloridum*) - Size of half an egg
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Wrap in cotton cloth to a size of half an egg, and insert into the vagina. Replace once daily; cure within twenty days.
In women whose Shaoyin pulse is rapid and slippery, sores will inevitably appear in the vagina, known as "Du Chuang" (Jealousy Sores). These may present with pain or itching, feeling like insects crawling, with purulent discharge, leading to severe erosion of the genitalia. This is caused by mental agitation and depression, combined with weak Stomach Qi, resulting in stagnation of Qi and Blood. As the classics state: "All pain, itching, and sores belong to the Heart." It also states: "The Yangming channel governs the muscles, and pain and itching belong to the Heart." Treatment should involve tonifying the Heart and nourishing the Stomach, supplemented by external fumigation, washing, and suppository therapies.
Formula for treating erosive sores of the vulva.
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*)
Shaoyao (White Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix Alba*)
Gancao (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*)
Xiongqiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome, *Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma*) - each 2 liang
Diyu (Sanguisorba Root, *Sanguisorbae Radix*) - 3 liang
Finely chop the above ingredients. Decoct in 5 sheng of water until 2 sheng remains. Strain the dregs. Use the liquid for fumigation and washing, three times during the day and once at night.
Another formula:
Puhuang (Lygodii Pollen, *Lygodii Spora*) - 1 sheng
Shuiyin (Mercurius, *Hydrargyrum*) - 1 liang
Grind the two ingredients uniformly. Apply the powder to the affected area.
Yet another formula:
Fei Zhurou (Fat Pork, *Sus Scrofa Fat*) - 30 jin
Decoct in 3 shuo of water until cooked. Remove the meat. Pour the broth into a basin and soak the affected area. Change when cool, not exceeding three or two times.
Cui Shi's Fumigation Decoction for treating erosive sores.
Gancao (Licorice Root, *Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma*)
Ganqi (Dry Lacquer, *Rhois Verniciferae Resina*) - each 1 liang
Huangqin (Scutellaria Root, *Scutellariae Radix*)
Gan Dihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root, *Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata*)
Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, *Angelicae Sinensis Radix*)
Shaoyao (White Peony Root, *Paeoniae Radix Alba*) - each 2 liang
Guijia (Tartar Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum, *Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum*) - 5 liang
Finely chop the above ingredients. Decoct in 7 sheng of water until half remains. Strain the dregs. Soak cotton cloth in the decoction and apply to the eroded area. Leave on for a long time before changing. Apply twice daily.
When the decoction cools down after traveling about ten li (metaphorically referring to cooling time/distance), take Ganshi San (Sweet Moist Powder) and apply a thin layer over the sore to cover it completely. This can last for half a day. Then, re-apply the decoction wash, and after finishing, apply the medicine again as before. (My family's maid suffered from this disease and was not cured by treatment at the Gan household. The eroded area formed two sores, half an cun deep. I found this Gancao Tang formula in Juanzi's prescriptions and simultaneously used Ranshe Dan San (Python Gallbladder Powder). Within seven days, the sores healed completely, proving very effective. I saved eighteen people in total, who recovered immediately upon my hands. Those encountering this disease are requested to widely disseminate and transmit this method.)
