上为细末，每服三钱。枣二个，水一中盏，煎至一半，温服。
治伤寒阴痉，手足厥冷，筋脉拘急，汗出不止。

以上药物研成细末，每次服用三钱。用两个大枣，加水一中盏，煎煮至一半量，温服。
治疗伤寒导致的阴痉（阴茎内缩），手足厥冷，筋脉拘挛紧急，汗出不止。

以上药物切碎，每次服用五钱。加水二盏，生姜四片，大枣三枚，煎煮至八分，滤去药渣，温服。
治疗伤寒导致的阴痉，闭目侧卧，手足逆冷，筋脉拘挛紧急，汗出不止。

Treatment for Rou Jing (Flaccid Spasm), characterized by diaphoresis and no aversion to cold.

Da Cheng Qi Tang (Major Order the Qi Decoction) (After careful examination, I believe this formula is unsuitable for postpartum conditions, therefore it is not recorded here.)
Treatment for Shang Han (Cold Damage) presenting with cold extremities, spasticity of tendons and vessels, profuse sweating, stiffness and straightening of the neck, head shaking, and trismus (lockjaw).
Aconite Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi, 附子) Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 白术) (each 1 liang) Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong, 川芎) (3 qian) Cinnamon Bark (Rougui, 肉桂) (2 qian) Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duohuo, 独活) (0.5 liang)
Grind into a fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose. With two jujubes, add one zhong zhan of water, decoct until reduced by half, and take warm.
Treatment for Shang Han (Cold Damage) presenting with Yin Jing (retraction of the penis), cold extremities, spasticity of tendons and vessels, and profuse sweating.

Treatment for Shang Han (Cold Damage) presenting with Yin Jing (retraction of the penis), unrelieved after three days, cold extremities, spasticity of tendons and vessels, and anhidrosis. Fear of internal injury to Yin Qi.
