上为细末，每服一钱。温酒调下，无时候。
治妇人中风，牙关紧急，手足顽麻，心膈痰涎壅滞。

上为细末，炼蜜丸如梧桐子大。每服七丸，温酒吞下。亦治角弓反张。
夫妇人中风口噤者，是体虚受风，风入颔颊夹口之筋也。手三阳之筋，结入于颔颊；足
阳明之筋，上夹于口，而风挟冷乘虚入其筋则筋挛，故引牙关急而口噤也。

以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用七丸，用温酒送下。也治疗角弓反张。
妇女中风口噤的病症，是由于体质虚弱感受风邪，风邪侵入下颌脸颊夹持口部的筋脉所致。手三阳经的筋脉，结聚于下颌脸颊；足阳明经的筋脉，上行夹持于口旁，风邪挟带寒气乘虚侵入筋脉导致筋脉挛急，因此牵引牙关紧急而口噤不开。
治疗妇人中风，口噤、四肢拘急痉挛。

Grind the above into a fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose. Mix with warm wine and administer at any time.

Grind the above into a fine powder. Form pills using refined honey, sized like wutong seeds. Take 7 pills per dose, swallow with warm wine. Also treats opisthotonos.
The condition of lockjaw in women with wind-stroke is caused by body deficiency allowing wind pathogen to invade. The wind enters the tendons that bind the mandible and cheeks around the mouth. The tendons of the three Yang meridians of the hand converge in the mandible and cheeks; the tendons of the Foot-Yangming Meridian ascend and flank the mouth. When wind carries cold and exploits the deficiency to enter these tendons, it causes tendon contraction, thereby pulling the jaw tight and causing lockjaw.

Grind the above into a fine powder. Take half a qian per dose. Mix with ginger juice and warm wine, administer at any time, pry open the mouth and pour in.

Grind the above into a fine powder, mix thoroughly with the previously ground ingredients. Take an amount equivalent to "yi zi" (a small measure). Administer at any time, mix with Doulin Wine (soybean-infused wine) and pour into the mouth.
