妇人阴痒者，必有阴虫。微则痒，甚则痛，或为脓水淋沥，多由湿热所化，名曰 。内宜
清肝火，以龙胆泻肝汤及加味逍遥散主之。外宜桃仁研膏，和雄黄末，或同鸡肝纳阴中，以制其虫，然无如银
朱烟搽，鸡肝以纳之，尤妙。
银朱烟（见《新方八阵·因阵》）治头发生虱，及诸疮之有虫者。
用银朱四五分，揩擦浓纸上，点着置一干碗中，上用一湿碗露缝覆之，其烟皆着于湿碗之上，乃用指揩擦
发中，覆以毡绢，则虮虱皆尽矣。此烟以枣肉和捻作饼或作丸，或擦于猪鸡熟肝之间，用贴诸疮癣之有虫者，
及虫蚀肛门者，以绵裹枣、丸，纳肛门中一宿，无不神效。须留绵带在外，以便出之。
椒茱汤 治妇人阴痒不可忍，惟以热汤泡洗，有不能住手者。
花椒 吴茱萸 蛇床子（各一两） 藜芦（半两） 陈茶（一撮） 炒盐（二两） 以水五升煎汤，乘热熏洗。
杏仁膏 治妇人阴痒不可忍。
杏仁（烧存性） 麝香（少许）
上为末，用旧帛裹之，缚定，火上炙热，纳阴中。
椿根皮汤 治阴痒突出。
臭椿皮 荆芥穗 藿香（等分）
上 ，煎汤熏洗，即痒止而入。
一方∶治疳虫下蚀下部。用蒲黄、水银研匀，傅入（注意，水银量多入血，可中毒致死），外以鹤虱草
煎汤熏洗。
炙肝散治妇人阴痒虫蚀。
用牛肝或猪肝，切三寸长，大如钱，炙熟，纳阴中，引虫出尽即愈。
一方∶治阴中虫痒。捣桃叶，绵裹，纳阴中，日易三四次。
一方∶治阴痒同。蛇床子一两，白矾五钱，煎汤淋洗。
妇女外阴瘙痒的病症，必然存在阴部寄生虫。症状轻微时表现为瘙痒，严重时则出现疼痛，或者伴有脓性分泌物淋漓不尽，这大多是由湿热邪气转化而成，病名为“阴虫蚀”。内治应当清泻肝火，以龙胆泻肝汤和加味逍遥散为主方治疗。外治应当将桃仁研磨成膏，混合雄黄粉末，或者与鸡肝一同纳入阴道内，以抑制寄生虫，然而没有比使用银朱烟涂抹更好的方法了，用鸡肝包裹银朱烟纳入阴道内，效果尤为奇妙。
银朱烟（参见《新方八阵·因阵》）用于治疗头发生虱子，以及各类生有寄生虫的疮疡。
取银朱四五分，在浓纸上摩擦，点燃后置于一个干燥的碗中，上面用一个有缝隙的湿碗覆盖，烟雾都会附着在湿碗上，然后用手指蘸取擦拭头发中，盖上毡绢，虮子和虱子就全部除尽了。这种烟雾可以用枣肉调和捏成饼或丸，或者夹在煮熟的猪肝或鸡肝之间，贴敷于各类生有寄生虫的疮癣处，以及虫蚀肛门的情况，用棉絮包裹枣泥丸，纳入肛门内一夜，无不神效。必须留出棉带在外，以便取出。
椒茱汤 治疗妇人外阴瘙痒难以忍受，只能用热汤浸泡清洗，热得让人无法把手放在上面。
花椒、吴茱萸、蛇床子（各一两）、藜芦（半两）、陈茶（一撮）、炒盐（二两），用水五升煎煮成汤，趁热气熏洗患处。
杏仁膏 治疗妇人外阴瘙痒难以忍受。
杏仁（烧至保留药性）、麝香（少许）。
以上药物研成粉末，用旧布包裹，绑紧，在火上烤热，纳入阴道内。
椿根皮汤 治疗阴痒且组织突出。
臭椿皮、荆芥穗、藿香（等量）。
以上药物煎煮成汤，熏洗患处，瘙痒即止并恢复原位。
另一处方：治疗疳虫下蚀下部。用蒲黄、水银研磨均匀，涂敷进入患处（注意：水银用量多会入血，可导致中毒死亡），外用鹤虱草煎汤熏洗。
炙肝散 治疗妇人阴痒及虫蚀。
用牛肝或猪肝，切成三寸长、大如铜钱的大小，烤熟后纳入阴道内，引出寄生虫排尽即可痊愈。
Vulvar pruritus in women is invariably caused by vaginal parasites (Yin Chong). When mild, it presents as itching; when severe, it manifests as pain, or with dripping purulent discharge. This condition is mostly transformed from damp-heat (Shi Re) and is named "parasitic erosion of the yin" (Yin Chong Shi). Internal treatment should clear liver fire (Gan Huo), primarily using Longdan Xiegan Tang (Gentian Liver-Draining Decoction) and Jiawei Xiaoyao San (Modified Free and Easy Wanderer Powder). External treatment involves grinding Tao Ren (Prunus Armeniaca Seed) into a paste, mixing it with Xionghuang powder (Realgar), or inserting it together with chicken liver into the vagina to suppress the parasites. However, nothing surpasses the efficacy of applying Yin Zhu Yan (Silver Cinnabar Smoke); inserting chicken liver containing the smoke into the vagina yields particularly excellent results.
Yin Zhu Yan (see *Xin Fang Ba Zhen · Yin Zhen*) treats head lice and various sores infested with parasites.
Take 4–5 fen of Yin Zhu (Cinnabar processed with sulfur), rub it onto thick paper, ignite it, and place it in a dry bowl. Cover it with a wet bowl that has gaps, so that the smoke adheres to the wet bowl. Then, use a finger to apply the smoke to the hair, cover with felt or silk, and all nits and lice will be eliminated. This smoke can be mixed with jujube flesh to form cakes or pills, or placed between cooked pig or chicken livers, applied to sores and tinea infested with parasites, or cases of parasitic erosion of the anus. Wrap the jujube pill in cotton, insert it into the anus overnight, and it will be miraculously effective. Ensure the cotton tail remains outside for easy removal.
Jiaozhu Tang (Pepper and Evodia Decoction) treats unbearable vulvar pruritus in women, where hot water washing is used, often too hot to keep hands immersed.
Huajiao (Zanthoxylum Fruit), Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit), Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) (each 1 liang), Lilü (Veratrum Rhizome) (0.5 liang), Chencha (Aged Tea) (a pinch), Chaoyan (Stir-fried Salt) (2 liang). Decoct in 5 sheng of water, and fumigate/wash the area while hot.
Xingren Gao (Almond Paste) treats unbearable vulvar pruritus in women.
Xingren (Apricot Seed, burnt to retain its properties), Shexiang (Musk) (a small amount).
Grind the above into powder, wrap in old cloth, bind tightly, heat over fire, and insert into the vagina.
Chungenpi Tang (Toona Root Bark Decoction) treats vulvar pruritus with tissue prolapse.
Choukunpi (Toona Sinensis Root Bark), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Spike), Huoxiang (Patchouli Herb) (equal parts).
Decoct the above in water, fumigate and wash the affected area; itching ceases immediately and tissues retract.
Another prescription: Treats gan parasites eroding the lower part. Grind Puhuang (Lygodium Spore) and Shuiyin (Mercury) evenly, apply internally (Note: Excessive mercury enters the blood and can cause fatal poisoning). Externally, fumigate and wash with Heshicao (Dysphania Ambrosioides) decoction.
Zhigan San (Roasted Liver Powder) treats vulvar pruritus and parasitic erosion in women.
Use beef liver or pork liver, cut into pieces 3 cun long and the size of a coin, roast until cooked, and insert into the vagina. Once the parasites are fully drawn out, the condition resolves.
Another prescription: Treats parasitic itching in the vagina. Crush peach leaves, wrap in cotton, insert into the vagina, changing 3–4 times daily.
Another prescription: For vulvar pruritus as above. Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit) 1 liang, Baijian (Alum) 5 qian. Decoct in water and wash.
