神仙通隘散 贾兰峰秘方。

上为细末。吹喉中。立效。
一治喉中热毒肿痛。喉闭乳蛾等症。
清上丸
熊胆（一分） 雄黄（五分） 硼砂（一钱） 薄荷叶（五钱） 青盐（五分） 胆矾（少许）
上为细末。炼化白糖为丸。如芡实大。卧时。舌压一丸。自化入喉。神效。
一治声音不出。
真苏子（一两） 诃子（三个） 杏仁（三十个） 百药煎（二两）
上为末。每服二三钱。热酒调下。
一治欲好声音。用杏仁一升。熬去皮尖。酥一两。蜜少许。为丸如梧子大。空心。米汤
下十五丸。
一治失音。皂角一条去皮子。萝卜三个切片。水煎服之。不过三服。能语声。
毒邪散开时，加入黄芩、黄连、牛蒡子、玄参。服用四剂后病情平复。《内经》说：“火郁发之”，这指的是发汗疗法。出血疗法也是发汗的一种形式。
刘河间（刘完素）说：治疗喉部的火热病证，如同救火一样，不容许丝毫懈怠。我常见到因喉闭导致无法出血、喉风导致无法祛痰，从而致使病人死亡的情况很多。
每当治疗咽喉肿痛，或者生疮毒时，我用荆防败毒散加入黄芩、黄连；病情严重的，使用防风通圣散。
有一个男子口舌经常溃破，像没有皮肤一样，有时咽喉疼痛，服用各种寒凉药物后，病情反而加重。我用理中汤一剂，就好了。
有一个人脚发热，就会引起咽喉疼痛，伴有内热口干、痰涎上壅的症状。这是肾经亏损，虚火不归经所致。用补中益气汤加入麦冬、五味子，以及加减八味丸治疗而痊愈。
有一个人患咽喉痛，傍晚时分症状加重。这是气血虚弱而有热。用八珍汤治疗而痊愈。后来每次行房事，就出现发热头痛，用补中益气汤，又加麦冬、五味子，并常服六味丸，之后不再发作。
朱丹溪先生说：咽痛属于血虚，用四物汤加入竹沥。如果是阴虚火上炎者，必须加玄参。气虚者，加入人参、竹沥。他又说：咽喉肿痛，有阴虚阳气飞越、痰结在上部的情况，脉象必然浮大，重按必涩，离死不远。适宜单用人参一味药浓煎，细细饮用。如果当作实证来治疗，灾祸如反掌之间发生。这是阐发了前人未曾阐发的理论，拯救了无数早夭之人。（但这一方剂应当斟酌使用，看症候按方用药，不可拘泥固执。）
有一个人因为愤怒大叫，导致下颌骨脱臼，任其脱落无法复位，众人看着束手无策。我用乌梅捶打成饼，塞在两腮坐牙尽头的空隙处，张口流涎，片刻之间，随手就将下颌复位了。
一方治疗喉痛如同生出毒物，以及单侧和双侧乳蛾（扁桃体炎）的合并治疗。用巴豆、半夏，各等分。将这两味药放入极好的醋中，在小罐内煎熟。取出巴豆、半夏，一起研成粉末，用麻布包做成数粒，大小如豆子。用之前的醋浸泡这些药丸。取一粒含在咽喉疼痛处，感到发热后，再换另一粒含着。直到吐出或腹泻后才停止。随后用稀粥调养身体即可痊愈。忌食冷水和猪油。
一方利膈生津，止渴清音，是常用的药物。
乌梅（一两），苏州薄荷叶（四两）。
以上研为细末，白糖霜四两，蜂蜜炼制成丸，大小如芡实。每次用一丸含化。
一方治疗喉风咽痛及双单乳蛾。（姜师周传授）乌梅去核，用竹签插在蜒蚰（蜗牛类软体动物）身上，阴干。取其烧灰存性研末，点涂患处，立即痊愈。
一方治疗咽喉肿痛，生疮声音嘶哑，危急之甚。以及治疗虚劳引起的声音嘶哑、咽喉痛。

一方治疗喉中热毒肿痛，喉闭、乳蛾等症。
清上丸
熊胆（一分），雄黄（五分），硼砂（一钱），薄荷叶（五钱），青盐（五分），胆矾（少许）。
以上研为细末，炼化白糖为丸，大小如芡实。睡前，舌下压一丸，自然融化入喉，神效。
一方治疗声音不出。
真苏子（一两），诃子（三个），杏仁（三十个），百药煎（二两）。
以上研为末，每次服用二三钱，用热酒调服。
一方治疗想要恢复好声音。用杏仁一升，熬制去皮尖，酥油一两，蜂蜜少许，制成丸药，大小如梧桐子大。空腹时，米汤送服十五丸。
When the toxic pathogen dissipates, add Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Lianzi (Coptidis Rhizoma), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus), and Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix). After four doses, the condition stabilized. The *Classic of Medicine* states: "Fire depression is released by dispersing," which refers to sweating therapy. Hemorrhage therapy is also a form of sweating therapy.
Hejian (Liu Wansu) said: Treating fire in the throat is like fighting a fire; one cannot afford the slightest negligence. I have often seen cases where throat closure prevented bleeding and throat wind prevented phlegm expulsion, leading to death.
Whenever treating sore throat and swelling, or sores and toxicity, I use Jingfang Baidu San (Atractylodes and Saposhnikovia Powder to Dispel Toxins) added with Huangqin and Lianzi. For severe cases, I use Fangfeng Tongsheng San (Saposhnikovia Powder to Unblock the Intestines).
A man had frequent ulceration of his mouth and tongue, appearing as if skinless, and sometimes suffered from sore throat. Taking various cooling medicines aggravated the condition. I prescribed Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction) for one dose, and he recovered.
Another patient experienced sore throat whenever his feet felt hot, accompanied by internal heat, dry mouth, and upward congestion of saliva and phlegm. This was due to deficiency of the Kidney channel and fire failing to return to its source. He was cured using Bushen Yiqi Tang (Tonify the Middle and Augment Qi Decoction) added with Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) and Wuweizi (Schisandrae Fructus), along with Jiajian Bawei Wan (Modified Eight-Ingredient Pill).
Another patient suffered from sore throat that worsened in the late afternoon. This indicated deficiency of Qi and Blood with heat. He was cured using Bazhen Tang (Eight-Treasure Decoction). Later, after every sexual intercourse, he experienced fever and headache. He was treated with Bushen Yiqi Tang, added with Maidong and Wuweizi, and regularly took Liuwei Wan (Six-Ingredient Pill with Rehmannia), after which the symptoms did not recur.
Mr. Zhu Danxi said: Sore throat belongs to Blood deficiency; use Siwu Tang (Four-Substance Decoction) added with Zhuli (Bamboo Juice). In cases of Yin deficiency with flaming-up fire, Xuanshen must be added. In cases of Qi deficiency, add Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) and Zhuli. He also said: In cases of sore throat and swelling due to Yin deficiency with flying away of Yang Qi and phlegm knotting above, the pulse will necessarily be floating and large, and deep pressing will reveal a choppy quality, indicating proximity to death. It is appropriate to use only Renshen, decocted strongly, and drunk slowly. If treated as an excess syndrome, disaster will occur instantly. This elucidated theories previously unexplored by predecessors, saving countless premature deaths. (However, this single prescription should be used with discretion; match the formula to the syndrome without rigid adherence.)
One person, due to anger and shouting, dislocated their mandible, which hung down and could not be reset. Everyone looked on helplessly. I pounded a sour plum (Wumei) into a cake and stuffed it into the empty space at the end of the molars in both cheeks. The patient opened their mouth and drooled. Within moments, I manually reduced the dislocation.
One prescription treats sore throat resembling toxic growths, as well as unilateral and bilateral tonsillitis (Dan'e and Shuang'e). Use Badou (Crotonis Fructus) and Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) in equal parts. Place these two ingredients in a small jar with high-quality vinegar and boil until cooked. Remove the Badou and Banxia, grind them together into powder, wrap portions in hemp cloth to make pills the size of beans, and soak them in the previous vinegar. Take one pill and hold it against the sore throat area until it feels hot, then replace with another. Continue until vomiting or diarrhea occurs. Then restore health with thin rice gruel. Avoid cold water and lard.
One prescription benefits the diaphragm, generates fluids, stops thirst, and clears the voice; it is commonly used.
Wumei (1 liang), Suzhou Bohe Ye (Menthae Haplocalycis Folium, 4 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Add 4 liang of white sugar frost. Form pills with honey, the size of Euryale Seed. Hold one pill in the mouth to dissolve each time.
One prescription treats throat wind, sore throat, and unilateral/bilateral tonsillitis. (Transmitted by Jiang Shizhou) Remove the pits from Wumei. Insert a bamboo skewer through a slug (Yanyou). Dry in the shade. Burn to ash while retaining properties, grind into powder, and apply to the affected area for immediate cure.
One prescription treats sore throat and swelling, sores with hoarseness, which are extremely critical. It also treats hoarseness and sore throat caused by consumptive disease (Xu Lao).
Shenxian Tong'ai San (Divine Immortal Unblocking Powder), Secret Recipe of Jia Lanfeng.
Baipengsha (Borax, 2 qian), Ha'ercha (Child's Tea, 1 qian), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen, 6 fen), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 1 qian), Yanxiao (Natrii Sulfas, 6 fen), Kufan (Alumen Exsiccatum, 6 fen), Bai Huashi (Talcum, 1 qian), Pian Nao (Borneolum Syntheticum, 2 fen), Huanglian Mo (Coptidis Rhizoma Powder, 5 fen), Huangbai Mo (Phellodendri Cortex Powder, 5 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Blow into the throat. Immediate effect.
One prescription treats heat-toxic swelling and pain in the throat, throat closure, and tonsillitis.
Qingshang Wan (Clear Upper Pill)
Xiongdan (Ursi Fel, 1 fen), Xionghuang (Realgar, 5 fen), Pengsha (Borax, 1 qian), Bohe Ye (Menthae Haplocalycis Folium, 5 qian), Qingyan (Natrii Chloridum, 5 fen), Danfan (Chalcanthite, a little).
Grind into fine powder. Refine white sugar to form pills, the size of Euryale Seed. At bedtime, place one pill under the tongue to melt naturally into the throat. Divine efficacy.
One prescription treats loss of voice.
Zhen Suzi (Perillae Fructus, 1 liang), Hezi (Chebulae Fructus, 3 pieces), Xingren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum, 30 pieces), Baiyao Jian (Fermented Medicinal Cake, 2 liang).
Grind into powder. Take 2-3 qian each time, mixed with warm wine.
One prescription to restore good voice. Use 1 sheng of Xingren, roasted and peeled/pitted. Mix with 1 liang of butter and a little honey. Form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 15 pills on an empty stomach with rice soup.
One prescription treats aphonia. One strip of Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus), pitted and skinned. Three radishes sliced. Decoct in water and drink. Within three doses, speech ability returns.
