归尾（一钱五分） 赤芍 黄芩 黄连 黄柏（各一钱） 大黄（三钱） 防风（八分） 金银

上锉一剂。水煎。露一宿。五更服。若肠风脏毒下血。去木鳖子。加槐花一钱。
一治一切癣疮瘙痒甚者。
胡粉（另研） 雄黄（另研） 硫黄（另研各一钱五分） 大草乌（三钱生用） 斑蝥（一钱）
砒霜（五分） 全蝎梢（三钱） 麝香（五分）
上为细末。先用羊蹄根蘸醋擦动。次用药少许擦患处。
一治干癣不瘥。
天南星 草乌（各一个生用）
上为末。用羊蹄根捣匀和调涂。
一治遍身顽癣。

上共为末。河水、井水各一碗。浸一夜。蘸汁擦之。

上为末。地沥青捣匀。先将椒艾汤洗令净。痒时抓破患处。擦之大效。
一治牛皮癣极痒抓烂。牛脚爪烧灰存性为末。香油调搽。立效。
一治癣疮。用 针磨极尖快。当痒时于癣疮上各刺百针。血出尽。盐汤洗之。未愈。再
刺再洗。
治疗风癣流脓、疥癞血风以及各类疮肿毒害的方剂：
当归尾（一钱五分）、赤芍、黄芩、黄连、黄柏（各一钱）、大黄（三钱）、防风（八分）、金银花、苦参（各一钱）、木鳖子（去壳一个）。
以上药材锉碎为一剂，加水煎煮，露天放置一夜。在五更天（凌晨3-5点）服用。如果伴有肠风脏毒导致的下血症状，去掉木鳖子，加入槐花一钱。
治疗一切严重瘙痒的癣疮的方剂：
胡粉（单独研磨）、雄黄（单独研磨）、硫黄（单独研磨，各一钱五分）、大草乌（三钱，生用）、斑蝥（一钱）、砒霜（五分）、全蝎梢（三钱）、麝香（五分）。
以上药材研成细末。先用羊蹄根蘸醋擦拭患处使其活动，再取少量药粉涂抹在患处。
治疗干癣久治不愈的方剂：
天南星、草乌（各一个，生用）。
以上药材研成粉末。用羊蹄根捣烂均匀调和后涂抹。
治疗遍身顽癣的方剂：
大枫子（四十九个）、川槿皮（二两）、斑蝥（去翅足五个）、川椒、轻粉（各一钱）、杏仁（三钱）、海桐皮（二钱）。
以上药材共同研成粉末。取河水和井水各一碗，浸泡一夜。蘸取汁液擦拭患处。
治疗癣疮的有效方剂。（由万嵩鹤传授）
使用一个马蜂窝，仰面放在炭火上。用枯矾末慢慢填满下方。用火烤至焦黑，研成粉末。用蜡脚醋调匀涂抹在癣上，即可痊愈。
对于一切疥癣癞疮，以及各类疮口不能愈合的情况，能立即促使收口愈合。
鱼腥草（晒干研末为主料）、雄黄（一钱）、木鳖子（去壳一个）、银朱（一钱）、艾叶（不限多少）。
以上药材研成粉末。用纸卷起燃烧产生烟雾，熏蒸患处，立即见效。
治疗疥癣疮板、血风痛痒的神效方剂。（孙方李存吾传授）
大枫子（去壳四十九个）、蛇床子（二钱）、木鳖子（去壳十个）、川椒（二钱）、枯矾、轻粉、水银（各二钱）、樟脑（一钱）。
以上药材研成粉末。用地沥青捣匀。先用花椒和艾叶煮的水洗净患处。发痒时抓破患处，涂抹此药，效果极大。
治疗牛皮癣极痒且抓烂的方剂：
将牛脚爪烧成灰，保留药性，研成粉末。用香油调匀搽擦，立即见效。
治疗癣疮的方法：
使用针磨得极尖快。当感到瘙痒时，在癣疮上每个部位刺一百针，直到血液流出干净。用盐汤清洗。如果没有痊愈，再次针刺并清洗。
Formula for treating wind xanthoma with pus, scabies and leprosy due to blood wind, as well as various sores, swelling, and toxins:
Dangguiwei (Radix Angelicae Sinensis Caudex), 1.5 qian; Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Huangqin (Radix Scutellariae), Huanglian (Rhizoma Coptidis), Huangbai (Cortex Phellodendri), each 1 qian; Dahuang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei), 3 qian; Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), 8 fen; Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae), Kushen (Radix Sophorae Flavescentis), each 1 qian; Mubiezi (Semen Momordicae), one fruit with shell removed.
The above herbs are cut into pieces for one dose. Decoct in water, leave exposed overnight, and take at wugeng time (between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.). If there is lower bleeding due to changfeng (intestinal wind) and zangdu (visceral toxin), remove Mubiezi and add Huaihua (Flos Sophorae), 1 qian.
Formula for treating all kinds of severe itching caused by xanthoma sores:
Hufen (Plumbum Carbonicum), separately ground; Xionghuang (Realgar), separately ground; Liuhuang (Sulfur), separately ground, each 1.5 qian; Da Caowu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), 3 qian, used raw; Banmao (Mylabris), 1 qian; Pisuan (Arsenic Trioxide), 5 fen; Quanxie Shao (Tail of Scorpio), 3 qian; Shexiang (Moschus), 5 fen.
The above herbs are ground into fine powder. First, rub the affected area with Radix Sanguisorbae dipped in vinegar to stimulate it, then apply a small amount of the medicinal powder to the lesion.
Formula for treating dry xanthoma that does not heal:
Tiannanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis), Caowu (Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii), each one piece, used raw.
Grind the above herbs into powder. Mash Radix Sanguisorbae evenly, mix with the powder, and apply topically.
Formula for treating stubborn xanthoma all over the body:
Da Fengzi (Semen Crotonis Tiglii), 49 seeds; Chuanjinpi (Cortex Hibisci Mutabilis), 2 liang; Banmao (Mylabris), five insects with wings and feet removed; Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli), Qingfen (Calomelas), each 1 qian; Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum), 3 qian; Haitongpi (Cortex Erythrinae), 2 qian.
Grind the above herbs together into powder. Soak in one bowl of river water and one bowl of well water overnight. Dip in the juice and rub on the affected area.
Effective formula for treating xanthoma sores. (Transmitted by Wan Songhe)
Take one hornet's nest, place it upside down on charcoal fire. Gradually fill the bottom with Gufan (Alumen Ustums). Roast over fire until charred, then grind into powder. Mix with vinegar containing wax residue and apply to the xanthoma. It will heal immediately.
For all kinds of scabies, xanthoma, leprosy sores, and various sores that cannot close, this promotes immediate wound closure.
Yuxingcao (Herba Houttuyniae), dried and ground into powder as the main ingredient; Xionghuang (Realgar), 1 qian; Mubiezi (Semen Momordicae), one fruit with shell removed; Yinzhu (Vermilion); Aiye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi), any quantity.
Grind the above herbs into powder. Roll in paper, burn to produce smoke, and fumigate the affected area. Immediate effect.
Divine effective formula for treating scabies, xanthoma plaques, and pain/itching due to blood wind. (Transmitted by Sun Fang/Li Cunwu)
Da Fengzi (Semen Crotonis Tiglii), 49 seeds with shells removed; Shechuangzi (Fructus Cnidii), 2 qian; Mubiezi (Semen Momordicae), ten fruits with shells removed; Chuanjiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli), 2 qian; Gufan (Alumen Ustums), Qingfen (Calomelas), Shuiyin (Hydrargyrum), each 2 qian; Naonao (Borneolum Syntheticum), 1 qian.
Grind the above herbs into powder. Mash with litharge pitch. First wash the affected area clean with a decoction of Chuanjiao and Aiye. When itching occurs, scratch the lesion open, then apply the medicine. Highly effective.
Formula for treating neurodermatitis with extreme itching and excoriation:
Burn cow hooves to ash, preserve the therapeutic properties, and grind into powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply. Immediate effect.
Method for treating xanthoma sores:
Sharpen a needle to be extremely sharp and pointy. When itching occurs, prick each spot on the xanthoma sore 100 times until blood flows out completely. Wash with salt water. If not healed, prick and wash again.
