白秃之候。头上白点斑剥。初似癣而上有白皮屑。久则生痂HT 成疮。遂至遍头。洗刮除
其痂
头成疮孔如箸头大。里有脓汁出。不痛而有微痒时。其内有虫。甚细微难见。九虫论亦云
是蛲虫动作而成此疮。乃自幼小及长大不瘥。头发秃落。故谓之白秃也。宜以后方治之。
一治秃疮方。
藜芦（二钱） 枯矾 苦参 五倍子（各二钱）
上为细末。香油调搽。
一治秃疮方。临颖杨子登传。
仙人垢（即埋葬过人棺板底上垢腻也研烂不拘多少）
上用鲫鱼。以香油煎熟去鱼。将油调仙人垢涂秃上一钱浓。一二次即愈。
一治秃疮。先用水洗令净。用烧酒和芥末。调涂患处。立已。
一治秃疮。
胆矾（三钱） 乳香（二钱） 没药（二钱） 紫草（五钱） 食盐（三钱） 木地沥青（一钱）
油同草盐煎久。下前三味。剃头方搽。
一治头疮如神。云松弟验。
紫草 没药 淮盐（各三钱炒） 木地沥青（二两） 胆矾（一钱） 石乳（二钱） 樟脑（二钱）
上为细末。地沥青调匀。先将头发剃净。再洗令净。擦药。一日搽一次。神效。
一治小儿白秃疮。
黄柏皮（五分） 枯矾（一钱五分） 硫黄 韶粉 轻粉（各一钱）
上为细末。腊月猪油调。日擦三次。又用大蒜。每早揩白处。
一治秃头疮。用鲫鱼一个。重三四两。去肚肠。以乱发填满。纸裹。烧存性。雄黄二钱
共为末。清油调敷。先以尽洗拭后用药。
又方。以苦楝皮烧猪脂调敷。
白秃的症状表现是：头上出现白色斑点，呈斑驳状。起初类似癣症，但表面有白色皮屑。时间久了会结痂并发展成疮疡，进而蔓延至整个头部。清洗并刮除痂皮后，头皮形成如筷子头大小的疮孔，里面有脓液流出。患者感觉不到疼痛，但偶尔会有轻微瘙痒，这是因为体内有虫（极其细微，难以看见）。《九虫论》中也提到，这是由蛲虫活动而形成的疮疡。这种病从幼小时期延续到成年也不痊愈，导致头发脱落，因此称为“白秃”。适宜使用以下方剂进行治疗。
一方治疗秃疮：
藜芦（二钱）、枯矾、苦参、五倍子（各二钱）
将上述药材研成细末，用香油调和后涂抹患处。
另一方治疗秃疮，由临颖人杨子登传授：
仙人垢（即埋葬过人的棺板底部的污垢腻物，研磨烂，数量不限）
取一条鲫鱼，用香油煎熟后去掉鱼身，用煎出的油调和仙人垢，厚涂于秃发处一钱厚度的量，一至两次即可痊愈。
一方治疗秃疮：先用水洗净患处，用烧酒调和芥末，调匀后涂抹患处，立即见效。
一方治疗秃疮：
胆矾（三钱）、乳香（二钱）、没药（二钱）、紫草（五钱）、食盐（三钱）、木地沥青（一钱）
将紫草、食盐与油一同久煎，然后加入前三味药（胆矾、乳香、没药），剃净头发后涂抹。
一方治疗头疮效果神奇，由云松的弟弟验证有效：
紫草、没药、淮盐（各三钱，炒制）、木地沥青（二两）、胆矾（一钱）、石乳（二钱）、樟脑（二钱）
将上述药材研成细末，用地沥青调和均匀。先将头发剃净，再清洗患处使其洁净，然后擦药，每天涂抹一次，疗效显著。
一方治疗小儿白秃疮：
黄柏皮（五分）、枯矾（一钱五分）、硫黄、韶粉、轻粉（各一钱）
将上述药材研成细末，用腊月（农历十二月）的猪油调和，每天擦拭三次。另外，每天早晨用大蒜擦拭白色患处。
一方治疗秃头疮：用一个鲫鱼，重三四两，去除内脏，用乱发填满，用纸包裹，烧至存性（保留药性），再加入雄黄二钱，共同研为细末，用清油调和敷贴。用药前先彻底清洗并擦干患处。
又一方：用苦楝皮烧焦后，用猪脂调和敷贴。
The manifestation of Bai Tu (White Baldness) involves white, patchy spots on the scalp. Initially resembling Tinea (ringworm), it presents with white scales on the surface. Over time, crusts form and develop into sores, eventually spreading across the entire head. After washing and scraping off the crusts, crater-like sores the size of a chopstick head appear on the scalp, exuding pus. The condition is painless but accompanied by occasional mild itching due to the presence of parasites within (which are extremely minute and difficult to see). The *Jiu Chong Lun* (Treatise on Nine Types of Parasites) also states that this sore is caused by the activity of Enterobius vermicularis (pinworms). This condition persists from childhood to adulthood without healing, leading to hair loss; hence it is called "Bai Tu" (White Baldness). It is appropriate to treat it with the following formulas.
Formula 1 for treating baldness sores:
Veratrum Viride Rhizome (Lilu) (2 qian), Alum (Kufan), Sophora Root (Kushen), Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) (each 2 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply topically.
Formula 2 for treating baldness sores, transmitted by Yang Zideng from Linying:
Immortal Filth (Xianren Gou - i.e., the greasy dirt found at the bottom of coffin boards used in burials, ground until soft, quantity as needed).
Take one crucian carp, fry it熟 in sesame oil until cooked, remove the fish, and use the oil to mix with the Immortal Filth. Apply a thick layer (equivalent to 1 qian) onto the bald area. It will heal in one or two applications.
Formula 3 for treating baldness sores: First wash the affected area clean with water. Mix distilled spirits (baijiu) with mustard powder, apply the mixture to the lesion, and it will heal immediately.
Formula 4 for treating baldness sores:
Chalcanthite (Danfan) (3 qian), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Arnebia Root (Zicao), Table Salt (Shiyan) (each 3 qian), Wood Pitch (Mudi Qingxi) (1 qian).
Boil the Zicao and Shiyan in oil for an extended period, then add the first three ingredients (Danfan, Ruxiang, Moyao). Shave the hair and apply the mixture.
Formula 5 for treating scalp sores with miraculous efficacy, verified by Yun Song's younger brother:
Arnebia Root (Zicao), Myrrh (Moyao), Huai Salt (Huaiyan) (each 3 qian, stir-fried), Wood Pitch (Mudi Qingxi) (2 liang), Chalcanthite (Danfan) (1 qian), Rock Milk (Shiru), Camphor (Zhangnao) (each 2 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Blend evenly with wood pitch. First shave the hair completely, then wash the area clean. Apply the medicine once daily. The effect is miraculous.
Formula 6 for treating pediatric white baldness sores:
Phellodendron Bark (Huangbo Pi), Alum (Kufan) (1.5 qian), Sulfur (Liuhuang), Sha Powder (Shaofen), Calomel (Qingfen) (each 1 qian).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with lard rendered in the twelfth lunar month. Rub three times daily. Additionally, rub garlic on the white patches every morning.
Formula 7 for treating bald scalp sores: Use one crucian carp weighing 3-4 liang. Remove the guts, fill the cavity with tangled hair, wrap in paper, and burn until carbonized (preserving medicinal properties). Add 2 qian of Realgar (Xionghuang). Grind together into a powder. Mix with refined oil and apply. Thoroughly wash and dry the area before application.
Another formula: Burn Chinaberry Bark (Kulianpi) and mix with lard for topical application.
