上为细末。每次以竹管吹入漏疮口内。

天香散 内阁秘传。

一治狐臭神方。真轻粉研细。先用水洗净。次擦上药。立愈。每三日擦一次。搽一月。
断根。何以知其断根。其患人多是油耳。若病根一去。则油耳自愈。此为验也。
一治腋气。五更时用猪精肉二大片。以甘遂末一两拌之。挟腋下。至天明。以生甘草一
两。
煎汤饮之。良久。泻出秽物。须在荒野之处则可。恐秽气传人故也。根据法三五次即愈。虚弱
者间日为之。其他蜜陀僧、胡粉之类。皆塞窍治末耳。

如芡实大。每清晨噙化一丸。黄酒送下。忌生冷毒物解之。
沐浴方

上锉。水煎沐浴。令人香肌肤。去风癣。

以上药材锉碎为一剂药量。加生姜三片、蜂蜜三匙，用水煎煮。饭前服用，以大便通畅为度。
治疗痔疮漏管脱肛便血的方子：
川黄连（多用酒浸泡约三天洗净，四两） 防风（去芦头） 枳壳（麸炒二两） 当归（全用四两）
以上四味药，研成细末。用之前浸泡黄连的酒，调和面糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用七八十丸，空腹时，用米汤或开水送服。忌食煎炒、酒类、面食、羊肉、鸡肉、鱼类及腥膻之物。
生肌散
五倍子（炒至黄色三两） 乳香 没药 孩儿茶（各一钱） 白矾（五分）
以上药物研成细末。每次用竹管将药粉吹入漏管的疮口内。
治疗痔疮。肛门中虫痒不止。用水银、枣泥膏各二两，共同研磨混合，捏成枣核形状，用薄棉片包裹纳入下部。第二天虫子会出来。如果感到疼痛，可加入轻粉制成丸药使用。
天香散 内阁秘传配方。
琥珀 乳香（各一钱五分） 白胶香（三钱） 白芷（二钱） 当归 蛤粉（各一钱五分） 枯矾（三钱） 密陀僧（五分）
以上药物研成细末。洗净腋下，每日擦拭。有的配方中加入铜绿。
治疗体气（狐臭）的方子：蜘蛛一个，活捉大的。准备两个瓦灯盏，一个盛放，一个覆盖，用泥土密封固定，用火烘烤。加入轻粉一钱、枯矾一钱、赤石脂一钱。先服用通便药，然后用自己的小便清洗，再用此药擦拭。
治疗体气并伴有口腔牙齿恶臭的方子：
丁香（五钱） 藿香叶 零陵香 甘松（各三钱） 香附 白芷 当归 桂心 槟榔 益智仁（各一两） 麝香 白豆蔻（去壳一两）
以上药物研成细末，炼蜜为丸，捣杵千下，丸药大小如梧桐子。每次服用五丸，连服二十日，身体自然香气。
治疗体气的方子：
枯矾（一钱） 轻粉（一分） 蛤粉（二钱） 密陀僧（五分）
以上药物研成细末，搅拌均匀。每次取少许擦拭。
治疗腋气（狐臭）的方子：乌龙丸
当归（酒炒一两） 怀生地（二两捣烂） 白茯苓（去皮二两） 甘枸杞子（炒一两） 石莲肉（炒一两） 丁香（三钱） 莲肉（焙干五钱） 木香（五钱） 乳香（五钱） 青木香（五钱） 冰片（一分五厘另研） 京墨（五钱）
以上药物研成细末。用陈米饭，荷叶包裹，烧过之后捣烂，加入地黄制成丸药，大小如黄豆。用麝香一分，黄酒化开作为外衣。每次服用三四十丸，临睡前，在半饥半饱的状态下，用砂仁一二分炒熟，放入黄酒内送服。妇女服用需加乌药醋炒三钱、香附米童便炒三钱。
收功后的调理药：
人参 当归 生地黄 乳香 没药 官桂 木香（各一钱） 麝香（以上八味药用陈酒浸泡过夜） 青皮 陈皮 白芷 良姜 麻黄 米壳 甘草（各一钱）
以上药物锉碎，水煎服，使身体出汗。外用枯矾、川椒各一两，研成细末，擦拭腋下。终身忌食鳜鱼和羊肉。
治疗狐臭的神效方：真轻粉研细。先用水洗净患处，然后擦上药。立即痊愈。每三天擦一次，搽抹一个月，即可断根。如何知道已经断根？患病的人大多有油耳垢。如果病根去除，油耳垢也会自愈，这是验证的方法。
治疗腋气：五更天时，用猪精瘦肉两大片，拌入一两甘遂末，夹在腋下，直到天亮。然后用生甘草一两，煎汤饮用。过了很久，泻出秽物。必须在荒野之处进行，恐怕秽气传染给别人。按照这个方法三五次即可痊愈。体质虚弱者隔日进行一次。其他的如密陀僧、胡粉之类，都只是堵塞孔窍治标罢了。
治疗体气的秘方。专门治疗五膈五噎痞塞，各种虚损百病，五劳七伤，体气、口气、颡气（鼻气），一切各种臭气。初次服用一个疗程（七天），全身遍香。如果常服，身体健康，壮阳滋肾，补益丹田，其功效不可尽述。
透体气口丸

以上先将大粉草半斤锉成片，水煮取汁，去渣。将汁液熬成膏状。将前面的药物研成细末，炼蜜捣膏混合制成丸药，大小如芡实。每天清晨含化一丸，用黄酒送服。忌食生冷毒物以解药性。
沐浴方
防风 荆芥 细辛 当归 羌活 独活 皂角 藿香 白芷 本 番白草 水红花 川芎 甘松
以上药物锉碎，水煎后用于沐浴。使人肌肤芳香，去除风癣。
Treatment for hemorrhoids and fistulas with heat syndrome. Accompanied by pain caused by blood stasis. Expel foul matter, promote the free flow of the Small Intestine (Xiaochang).
Chuanxiong Rhizome (Qiongxiong) (1.5 qian), Bai Zhi Root (Baizhi) (1 qian), Red Peony Root (Chishao) (2 qian), Aurantium Fruit (Zhiqiao) (1 qian), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao) (stir-fried, 2 qian), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Ezhu) (1 qian), Rehmannia Root (Sheng Dihuang) (3 qian), Poria (Fushen) (3 qian), Akebia Stem (Mutong) (2 qian), Trogopterus Dung (Wulingzhi) (1 qian), Peach Kernel (Taoren) (10 grains), Rhubarb (Dahuang) (2 qian), White Poria (Baifuling) (3 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao) (0.8 qian).
Crush the above herbs into one dose. Add three slices of fresh ginger and three spoons of honey. Decoct in water. Take before meals. Stop when bowel movement is unobstructed.
Formula for treating hemorrhoids, fistulas, rectal prolapse, and hematochezia:
Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian) (soaked in wine for about three days until clean, 4 liang), Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng) (remove rhizome), Aurantium Fruit (Zhiqiao) (stir-fried with bran, 2 liang), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (whole root, 4 liang).
Pulverize the above four ingredients into fine powder. Use the wine used to soak the Coptis to mix with wheat paste to form pills, sized like Sophora seeds. Take 70-80 pills per dose. Take on an empty stomach, delivered with rice drink or boiling water. Avoid fried foods, alcohol, wheat products, mutton, chicken, fish, and pungent odors.
Shengji San (Flesh-Regenerating Powder)
Chinese Gall (Wubeizi) (stir-fried until yellow, 3 liang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Child's Tea (Haiercha) (each 1 qian), Alum (Baifan) (0.5 qian).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Each time, use a bamboo tube to blow the powder into the fistula wound.
Treatment for hemorrhoids. Unceasing itching from worms in the anal canal. Mix Mercury (Shuiyin) and Jujube Paste (Zaogao) each 2 liang. Grind together thoroughly. Mold into the shape of a jujube pit. Wrap thinly in cotton cloth and insert into the lower part. The worms will exit the next day. If pain occurs, add Calomel (Qingfen) to make pills.
Tianxiang San (Heavenly Fragrance Powder). Secret formula from the Grand Secretariat.
Amber (Hupo), Frankincense (Ruxiang) (each 1.5 qian), White Rosin (Baijiaoxiang) (3 qian), Bai Zhi Root (Baizhi) (2 qian), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Tridax Chinensis Powder (Ge Fen) (each 1.5 qian), Calcined Alum (Kufan) (3 qian), Litharge (Miduoseng) (0.5 qian).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Wash the axilla clean. Apply daily. Some versions add Malachite (Tonglv).
Treatment for body odor (Axillary osmidrosis):
Catch one large live spider. Prepare two clay lamp bowls, one to hold and one to cover. Seal tightly with mud. Roast over fire. Add Calomel (Qingfen) 1 qian, Calcined Alum (Kufan) 1 qian, Red Kaolin (Chishizhi) 1 qian. First take a purgative medicine. Then wash with your own urine. Apply this mixture afterwards.
Treatment for body odor accompanied by bad breath and dental odor:
Cloves (Dingxiang) (5 qian), Agastache Leaf (Huoxiangye), Lingnan Laurel Branch (Linglingxiang), Sweet Chestnut Root (Gansong) (each 3 qian), Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu), Bai Zhi Root (Baizhi), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Cinnamon Twig (Guixin), Areca Seed (Binglang), Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit (Yizhiren) (each 1 liang), Musk (Shexiang), Cardamom (Baidoukou) (shelled, 1 liang).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Make pills with refined honey, pounding a thousand times. Size like Sophora seeds. Take 5 pills per dose. After twenty days of continuous use, the body will become fragrant.
Treatment for body odor:
Calcined Alum (Kufan) (1 qian), Calomel (Qingfen) (1 fen), Tridax Chinensis Powder (Ge Fen) (2 qian), Litharge (Miduoseng) (0.5 qian).
Pulverize the above into fine powder and mix evenly. Apply a small amount each time.
Treatment for axillary osmidrosis: Wulong Wan (Black Dragon Pill)
Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui) (wine-fried, 1 liang), Rehmannia Root (Huai Shengdi) (2 liang, mashed), White Poria (Baifuling) (peeled, 2 liang), Goji Berry (Gan Gouqizi) (stir-fried, 1 liang), Lotus Seed (Shi Lianrou) (stir-fried, 1 liang), Cloves (Dingxiang) (3 qian), Lotus Seed Meat (Lianrou) (roasted, 5 qian), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) (5 qian), Frankincense (Ruxiang) (5 qian), Blue Aucklandia Root (Qingmuxiang) (5 qian), Borneol (Bingpian) (0.15 qian, ground separately), Beijing Inkstone Dust (Jingmo) (5 qian).
Pulverize the above into fine powder. Use aged rice steamed in lotus leaves, burn it, mash it, and mix with Rehmannia to form pills, size like soybeans. Coat with Musk (Shexiang) dissolved in yellow wine. Take 30-40 pills per dose. Before sleep, when half-hungry and half-full, stir-fry Amomum Fruit (Sharen) 1-2 fen, dissolve in yellow wine, and take with the pills. For women, add Cyperus Rotundus Rhizome (Wuyao) vinegar-fried 3 qian, and Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfu) stir-fried with child's urine 3 qian.
Post-treatment Recovery Formula:
Ginseng Root (Renshen), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Rehmannia Root (Shengdihuang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Cassia Bark (Guangui), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang) (each 1 qian), Musk (Shexiang) (the above eight ingredients soaked in aged wine overnight). Tangerine Peel (Qingpi), Aged Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Bai Zhi Root (Baizhi), Galangal Root (Liangjiang), Ephedra Stem (Mahuang), Poppy Shell (Miqie), Licorice Root (Gancao) (each 1 qian).
Crush the herbs. Decoct in water and take. Induce sweating. Externally, use Calcined Alum (Kufan) and Sichuan Pepper (Chuanjiao) each 1 liang, pulverized, to rub the axilla. Lifelong avoidance of Mandarinfish (Guiyu) and mutton is required.
Miraculous Formula for Fox Odor (Axillary Osmidrosis):
Grind pure Calomel (Qingfen) finely. First wash the area with water, then apply the medicine. Immediate cure. Apply once every three days. Rub for one month to eradicate the root cause. How to know if the root is gone? Patients often have wet earwax. Once the disease root is removed, the wet earwax will heal itself. This is the verification.
Treatment for Axillary Osmidrosis:
At dawn (Wugeng hour), take two large pieces of lean pork meat. Mix with 1 liang of Kansui Root (Gansui) powder. Clamp between the armpits until morning. Then decoct 1 liang of Raw Licorice Root (Sheng Gancao) in water and drink. After a while, foul matter will be discharged. This must be done in a desolate place to avoid spreading the foul odor to others. Following this method, three to five treatments will cure it. For those with weak constitutions, do it every other day. Other substances like Litharge (Miduoseng) and Lead White (Hufen) only block the pores and treat the symptoms, not the root.
Secret Formula for Body Odor. Specifically treats obstruction in the five diaphragms and five dysphagias, various deficiencies and hundred damages, five labors and seven injuries, body odor, halitosis, and nasal odor, and all kinds of foul smells. Initial course of one week (seven days) results in fragrance throughout the body. Long-term use promotes health, strengthens yang, nourishes kidneys, and tonifies the Dantian. Agarwood (Chenxiang), Cloves (Dingxiang), Aucklandia Root (Muxiang), Agastache Herb (Huoxiang), Myrrh (Moyao), Sweet Chestnut Root (Gansong), Sand Cardamom (Suosha), Clove Skin (Dingpi), Cassia Bark (Guangui), Bai Zhi Root (Baizhi), Lingnan Laurel (Linglingxiang), Fine Tea (Xicha), Areca Seed (Binglang), Cyperus Rhizome (Xiangfuzi), Child's Tea (Haiercha), Cardamom (Baidoukou), Ginseng Root (Renshen) (each 1 liang), Frankincense (Ruxiang), Galangal (Shannai), Asarum (Xixin), Alpinia Oxyphylla Fruit (Yizhiren), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Lindera Root (Wuyao) (each 5 qian), Musk (Shexiang), Borneol (Chaonao) (each 1 qian), Mint (Bohe) (1 liang).
First, slice half a jin of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Root (Da Fencacao). Decoct in water, strain the residue. Boil the juice down to a paste. Mix the powdered herbs with the paste and refined honey to form pills, size like Euryale Seeds. Chew one pill slowly in the mouth every early morning, delivered with yellow wine. Avoid raw, cold, and toxic foods which can counteract the medicine.
Bathing Formula
Saposhnikovia Root (Fangfeng), Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie), Asarum (Xixin), Angelica Sinensis Root (Danggui), Notopterygium Root (Qianghuo), Angelica Pubescens Root (Duhuo), Soap Pod (Zaojiao), Agastache Herb (Huoxiang), Bai Zhi Root (Baizhi), Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome (Ben), Artemisia Capillaris Herb (Fanbaicao), Polygonum Multiflorum Vine (Shuihonghua), Chuanxiong Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Sweet Chestnut Root (Gansong).
Crush the herbs. Decoct in water for bathing. Makes the skin fragrant and removes wind-related dermatoses.
