小儿血气热。为风所干。搏于血气。散于皮肤之间。而发生疥癣。又云蛲虫作动，内外相乘之所生也。
雄黄膏
治小儿遍身疥癣如粟。痒而搔之脓血出。
雄黄（一两研水飞） 雌黄（一两研水飞） 松脂（一分研） 川乌头（一个去皮脐为末） 乱发（一分）
上以猪脂六两。于铫子中煎成油。入乌头松脂乱发。煎至发消尽。以绵滤去渣。入二黄末搅匀。盛瓷器中。
候冷成膏。每用少许。涂擦疮上。日三，亦治癣。
又方 名同治同。
雄黄（末一钱） 黄丹（一钱） 腻粉（一匣） 蜡（一块） 巴豆（十粒去皮） 葱（五根切碎）

碧粉散

治癣新生 以沙糖 砂各一小块同烂。抓破涂之。
又方 治诸癣。以蛇床子为末。和猪脂为膏涂之。
又方 治湿癣。以桃树青皮为末。和醋敷之。
又方 治圈儿癣。以羊蹄根干生为末。与白矾等分。研细匀。好醋调涂。

斑蝥（五个去翅足微炒） 盐豉（四十九粒浴令润） 砂糖（皂子大一块）
上先研斑蝥将细。入二味同研成膏。每用一大豆许。唾津调涂上。大效。
又方 治奶癣。黄连去须。赤芍药等分。为细末。入轻粉少许。嚼芝麻揉汁调药。先洗净拭干。以药敷之。
不过数次而愈。
治下炼癣疮。常对在两脚。以白犬血涂之。立瘥。
治上炼癣。常在头上。 以芦荟一两。甘草半两。同为末。先以温浆水洗之。以帛子拭干。用药敷之。立

又方 治如前。以大栀子不限多少。烧存性为末。好油调敷之。
又方 治疥癣，因用硫黄砒霜药。病愈后臭毒之气不歇。欲去之。又以 木煎汤浴之。及用浣衣。
小儿血气偏热，受风邪燥扰，风邪与血气搏结，散溢于皮肤之间，从而发生疥癣。又有说法认为是蛲虫活动，内外因素相互影响所致。
雄黄膏
治疗小儿全身遍生如粟米大小的疥癣，瘙痒难忍，抓挠后脓血流出。
药材：雄黄（一两，研细后用水飞法处理）、雌黄（一两，研细后用水飞法处理）、松脂（一分，研细）、川乌头（一个，去皮去脐后研为粉末）、乱发（一分）。
制法：取猪脂六两，放入铫子中煎炼成油。加入乌头、松脂和乱发，继续煎煮直到头发完全消融。用绵布过滤去除药渣。加入雄黄和雌黄的粉末，搅拌均匀。盛放在瓷器中。
待冷却凝固成膏状。每次取少量，涂抹擦拭在疮口上，每日三次。此方也能治疗癣。
又一方，名称相同，主治相同。

The child's blood and qi are hot. Affected by wind, which dries and combats with the blood and qi, scattering between the skin layers, resulting in scabies and tinea (skin fungal infections). It is also said that this arises from the activity of threadworms (Enterobius vermicularis), where internal and external factors mutually influence each other.
Xionghuang Ointment (Realgar Ointment)
Treats children with widespread scabies and tinea resembling millet grains all over the body. The area itches intensely; scratching leads to the discharge of pus and blood.
Ingredients: Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 liang, ground and purified by water flotation); Cihuang (Orpiment, 1 liang, ground and purified by water flotation); Songzhi (Pine Rosin, 1 fen, ground); Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Radix Lateralis Preparata, 1 piece, peeled and de-navelled, ground into powder); Luafa (Human Hair, 1 fen).
Preparation: Take 6 liang of lard (Zhu Zhi). Fry in a dingzi (a type of cauldron) until it becomes oil. Add Wutou, Songzhi, and Luafa. Continue frying until the hair completely dissolves. Filter through cotton cloth to remove dregs. Add the powders of Xionghuang and Cihuang, mix evenly. Store in a porcelain vessel.
Wait for it to cool and form an ointment. Apply a small amount to the sores by rubbing. Three times daily. This formula also treats tinea.
Another Formula, same name and indication.
Ingredients: Xionghuang (Powder, 1 qian); Huangdan (Lead Monoxide, 1 qian); Nifen (Calomel, one box); La (Beeswax, one piece); Badou (Croton Seed, 10 kernels, peeled); Cong (Scallion, five roots, chopped).
Preparation: Take 1 liang of oil. Add Cong and Badou, fry until blackened and charred. Filter out the residue. Add the remaining medicines, mix evenly. Wait for the wax to melt, then remove. Store in a container. Cool to form an ointment. Each time, scratch open the scabies sores and apply/rub the ointment.
Bifen Powder (Green Powder Powder)
Treats as described above.
Ingredients: Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, 1 liang, slightly stir-fried); Yelangdu (Stellerae Radix, 0.5 liang); Huhuang (Sulfur, 0.5 liang); Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis, 0.5 liang).
Preparation: Grind all ingredients into powder. Mix with a small amount of Nifen. Blend well with good quality oil and apply/rub. Highly effective.

Ingredients: Dafuzi (Arecae Semen, 2 fen); Shechuangzi (Cnidii Fructus, 2 fen); Huhuang (Sulfur, 1.5 fen).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder. Add a small amount of Qingfen (Calomel). Blend well with "Hao Pi" (likely a typo for Hao You/good oil or specific medium). Before sleep, scratch open the scabies and apply. Also apply a small amount to the palms and soles, rub vigorously until very hot. For severe cases, no more than two applications are needed.
Treating new-onset tinea: Take a small piece of Shatang (Rock Sugar) and Sha (Sand), grind them together until mushy. Scratch open the affected area and apply.
Another Formula, treats various tinea. Grind Shechuangzi into powder, mix with lard to form an ointment, and apply.
Another Formula, treats damp tinea. Grind Taoshu Qingpi (Pericarpium Persicae/Peach Skin? Note: Text says Peach Tree Green Bark) into powder, mix with vinegar, and apply as a compress.
Another Formula, treats ringworm (Quan'er Tinea). Dry Yangti Gen (Radix Salsolae Coronopifoliae) and use raw, grind into powder. Mix equally with Baifan (Alumen). Grind finely and evenly. Blend with good vinegar and apply.
Another Formula, treats various tinea. Grind Juemingzi (Cassiae Semen) into powder. Add a small amount of Yinfen (Silver Powder/Calomel), grind evenly. Scratch open the tinea lesion with an object and apply. Immediate cure.

Ingredients: Banmao (Mylabris, 5 pieces, wings and feet removed, slightly stir-fried); Yanchi (Fermented Soybean, 49 grains, soaked until moist); Shatang (Rock Sugar, size of a soap bean).
Preparation: First grind Banmao finely. Add the other two ingredients and grind together into a paste. Each time, take an amount the size of a soybean, mix with saliva, and apply. Highly effective.
Another Formula, treats milk tinea. Remove the whiskers from Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma). Mix equal parts of Chi Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra). Grind into fine powder. Add a small amount of Qingfen. Chew Sesame seeds to extract juice, use this juice to mix the medicine. First wash and dry the area, then apply the medicine. Cure within a few applications.
Treating lower Lian Xuan sores: Usually located on both feet. Apply white dog blood. Immediate cure.
Treating upper Lian Xuan: Usually located on the head. Use 1 liang of Lvhui (Aloe), 0.5 liang of Gancao (Licorice Root), grind together into powder. First wash with warm Jiangshui (fermented rice water). Dry with a silk cloth. Apply the medicine. Once dry, it cures immediately. (Gancao should be honey-fried).
Another Formula, treats as described above. Use Dazhizi (Gardenia Fruit) without limit on quantity. Burn until carbonized but retaining efficacy (Cun Xing), grind into powder. Blend with good oil and apply.
Another Formula, treats scabies and tinea. After using medicines containing Huhuang (Sulfur) and Pishuang (Arsenic Trioxide), the foul toxic odor persists after the disease heals. To remove this odor, bathe with decoction of [Wood/Missing Character]. Also use this water to wash clothes.
