上研匀细，水煮，蒸饼为丸，朱砂为衣，如绿豆大。百日儿每服一丸，一岁儿二丸，薄
荷温汤下，食后。
解毒，治急惊，风痫，潮热及诸疾虚烦，药毒上攻，躁渴。
腊月取东行母猪粪（烧灰存性） 辰砂（水研飞） 脑麝（各二钱） 牛黄（一钱各别研） 蛇
黄（西山者，烧赤，醋淬三次，水研飞，干用半两）
上以东流水作面糊丸，桐子大，朱砂为衣，每服二丸，钥匙研破，温水化下。小儿才生
，便宜服一丸，除胎中百疾，食后。
学海案∶“聚珍本”脑麝分为二物。云∶猪粪、辰砂各半两，龙脑、麝香各二钱。
治涎盛，膈热实，痰嗽，惊风，积，潮热。

郁李仁（去皮焙秤为末） 白牵牛 铁粉 好腊茶（各三钱）
上同为细末，熬梨汁为膏，丸如绿豆大。龙脑水化下一丸至三丸。亦名梨汁饼子，及治
大人风涎，并食后。
学海案∶“聚珍本”好腊茶作“好蜡”，恐误。又蝎尾、硼砂、郁李仁、粉霜、牵牛、
轻粉作各一钱，铁粉、好蜡作各三钱。
【大惺惺丸】治疗惊疳（因惊恐和积滞导致的营养不良）的各种病症以及其他的坏病，无法一一列举。
辰砂（研磨）、青礞石、金牙石（各一钱半）、雄黄（一钱）、蟾灰（二钱）、牛黄、龙脑（各一字，分别研磨）、麝香（半钱，分别研磨）、蛇黄（三钱，用醋淬炼五次）。
以上药物研成均匀细粉，用水煮糊，蒸饼作为粘合剂制成丸药，外裹朱砂衣，大小如绿豆。百日大的婴儿每次服用一丸，一岁的婴儿每次服用两丸，饭后用薄荷温汤送服。
【小惺惺丸】解毒，治疗急惊风、风痫（类似癫痫的抽搐病症）、潮热以及各种疾病引起的虚烦、药毒上攻、烦躁口渴。
腊月时取向东行走的母猪粪便（烧成灰但保留药性）、辰砂（用水研磨飞制）、脑麝（龙脑和麝香，各二钱）、牛黄（一钱，分别研磨）、蛇黄（产自西山的，烧红后用醋淬炼三次，再用水研磨飞制，干燥后使用半两）。
以上药物用东流水制作面糊丸，大小如梧桐子，外裹朱砂衣。每次服用两丸，将药丸用钥匙研碎，温水化开送服。小儿刚出生时，适宜服用一丸，以清除胎中的各种疾病，饭后服用。
学海案：“聚珍本”中将“脑麝”分为两种药物。记载为：猪粪、辰砂各半两，龙脑、麝香各二钱。
【银砂丸】治疗痰涎壅盛、膈部热实、痰嗽、惊风、积滞、潮热。
水银（结成砂子状，三个皂荚子大小）、辰砂（研磨二钱）、蝎尾（去毒后研成末）、硼砂、粉霜（分别研磨）、轻粉、郁李仁（去皮焙干后称重研成末）、白牵牛、铁粉、好腊茶（各三钱）。
以上药物共同研成细末，熬梨汁为膏，制成如绿豆大小的丸药。用龙脑水化开，每次服用一至三丸。此方又名梨汁饼子，也可治疗大人的风涎证，饭后服用。
学海案：“聚珍本”中“好腊茶”写作“好蜡”，恐怕有误。另外，蝎尾、硼砂、郁李仁、粉霜、牵牛、轻粉各一钱，铁粉、好蜡各三钱。
[Da Xingxing Wan (Great Awakening Pill)] Treats various conditions of Jing Gan (malnutrition due to fright and accumulation) and other deteriorated diseases, which cannot be exhaustively listed.
Zhensha (Cinnabar, ground), Qingmengshi (Green Mica Schist), Jinyashi (Gold Tooth Stone) (each 1.5 qian), Xionghuang (Realgar, 1 qian), Canhui (Toad Ash, 2 qian), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Naonao (Borneol, each 1 zi, separately ground), Shexiang (Moschus, 0.5 qian, separately ground), Shehuang (Snake Yellow/Orpiment treated with vinegar, 3 qian, quenched in vinegar five times).
Grind the above ingredients into a uniform fine powder. Mix with water paste made from steamed bread dough to form pills, coat with Zhensha (Cinnabar), size of mung beans. Infants under 100 days old take one pill per dose; infants one year old take two pills per dose. Administer after meals with warm decoction of Bohe (Mentha haplocalyx).
[Xiao Xingxing Wan (Small Awakening Pill)] Resolves toxicity, treats Ji Jingfeng (acute convulsive disorder), Fengxian (wind epilepsy), Chaore (tidal fever), and various diseases causing deficiency heat and irritability, upward attack of drug toxicity, restlessness, and thirst.
In the twelfth lunar month, collect dung from a sow that walks eastward (burn to ash but retain efficacy), Zhensha (Cinnabar, washed and levigated), Naoshuo (Borneol and Moschus, each 2 qian), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis, 1 qian, separately ground), Shehuang (from Western Mountains, heated red, quenched in vinegar three times, washed and levigated, dried, use 0.5 liang).
Mix the above with flour paste made from flowing water from the east to form pills, size of paulownia seeds, coat with Zhensha (Cinnabar). Take two pills per dose. Crush the pill with a key, dissolve in warm water, and administer. For newborns, it is advisable to administer one pill immediately to eliminate hundred diseases from the womb. Administer after meals.
Xuehai Case: The "Juzhen Ben" edition separates "Naoshuo" into two substances. It states: Pig dung and Zhensha (Cinnabar) each 0.5 liang; Longnao (Borneol) and Shexiang (Moschus) each 2 qian.
[Yinsha Wan (Silver Cinnabar Pill)] Treats excessive phlegm-saliva, heat excess in the diaphragm, cough with phlegm, wind convulsions, food accumulation, and tidal fever.
Shuiyin (Mercury, formed into sand-like grains, size of three soap pods), Zhensha (Cinnabar, ground, 2 qian), Xiwei (Scorpion Tail, detoxified and powdered), Pengsha (Borax), Fenshuang (White Arsenic Oxide) (separately ground), Qingfen (Calomel), Yuliren (Prunus japonica Seed, peeled, roasted, weighed, and powdered), Bai Qianniu (Ipomoea batatas seed), Tiefen (Iron Powder), Hao Lacha (Good Winter Tea) (each 3 qian).
Grind all together into a fine powder. Boil Lizhi (Pear Juice) into a paste to bind the powder into pills, size of mung beans. Dissolve one to three pills in water containing Longnao (Borneol). This formula is also known as Lizhi Bingzi (Pear Juice Cake) and can treat wind-phlegm in adults. Administer after meals.
Xuehai Case: The "Juzhen Ben" edition writes "Hao Lacha" as "Hao La" (Good Wax), which is likely an error. Furthermore, Xiwei (Scorpion Tail), Pengsha (Borax), Yuliren (Prunus japonica Seed), Fenshuang (White Arsenic Oxide), Qianniu (Ipomoea batatas seed), and Qingfen (Calomel) are each 1 qian; Tiefen (Iron Powder) and Hao La (Good Wax) are each 3 qian.
