中巴豆毒痢不止，以大豆一升煮汁饮之可解，或红豆煮汁亦可，又以冷粥一碗食下亦解。

忌食热物。又蓝根、沙糖擂烂和水服之。又巴豆畏大黄、黄连、芦笋、菰笋，各水煎水冷
皆能止泄。

若误食巴豆导致腹泻不止，可用大豆一升煮汁饮用以解毒，或用红豆煮汁也可以。再吃一碗冷粥也能解此毒。
