治心痛 用生地黄取汁，搜面作 ，或作冷淘，随食多少，但忌用盐。久服，能疗一切久近心痛。
又方 用地上隔年葱，捣汁一杯，和香油半盏，频服。
又方 用荔枝核七个，烧存性为末，酒调服。
又方 用醋一盏，加生白矾一小块，如皂荚子大，同煎至七分，温服。
又方 用橘皮去白，煎饮之。
又方 以新嫩槐枝一握，切去两头，水二钟，煎至一钟，去渣。分二次热服。
又方 治急心痛、热痛，用灶中心对锅底泥为末，冷水服；若冷痛，以酒服。亦治颠狂不识人。
又方 七个乌梅八个枣，十个杏仁同处捣。盐酒送下七丸儿，不害心疼直到老。
又方 治虫咬心痛 香油、盐熬热，服一盏。
又方 治寸白虫攻心痛 用酸石榴东行根二两，糯米三十粒，水浓煎，空心服。
又方 治恶心痛或连腰脐者 盐如鸡子大，青布包，烧赤，投酒中饮，当吐恶物。
治狂言鬼语 用蛤蟆一个，烧为末，酒调服。
治心恙狂惑 用无灰酒二碗，真麻油四两共和匀，杨枝二十条，逐一条搅一二下，换遍杨枝，直候油酒相和如膏，
煎至七分。狂者强灌之，令熟睡，或吐或不吐，觉来即醒。
治发狂欲走着邪祟者 用蚕蜕纸作灰，酒调服。
治颠狂不止得之惊忧之极者 用丝瓜蒂半两为末，每服一钱，井水调一盏投之，即大吐。后熟睡，勿令惊起，即效。
又方 治邪狂癫痫，不欲眠，妄行不休 用白雄鸡二只，煮熟，五味调和作羹，食之。

又一方：七个乌梅、八个枣、十个杏仁放在一起捣碎。用盐酒送下七丸药，可防止心痛直至年老。
又一方：治疗寸白虫（绦虫）攻心引起的心痛，取向东生长的酸石榴根二两，糯米三十粒，用水浓煎，空腹服用。
又一方：治疗恶心痛或疼痛牵连腰脐者，取如鸡蛋大小的盐，用青布包裹，烧至通红，投入酒中饮用，应当吐出恶物。
治疗胡言乱语、似见鬼魂说话的症状，取一个蛤蟆，烧成细末，用酒调服。
治疗心神失常、狂惑之症，取无灰酒二碗，真麻油四两，混合均匀，取杨树枝二十条，逐条搅拌一二下，换遍所有杨树枝，直到油和酒混合如膏状，煎煮至剩余七分。对狂躁者强行灌服，使其熟睡，无论吐或不吐，醒来后即清醒。
治疗因极度惊恐忧虑导致的颠狂不止，取丝瓜蒂半两研为细末，每次服用一钱，用井水调成一盏量饮下，会引发剧烈呕吐。之后熟睡，不要惊动使其惊醒，即可见效。
To treat heart pain, extract the juice from fresh Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Dihuang, 生地黄), use it to knead flour into dough for making noodles or cold rinsed noodles (Lengtao, 冷淘). Consume according to appetite, but strictly avoid using salt. Long-term consumption can cure all types of chronic or acute heart pain.
Another prescription: Take scallions that have been on the ground for a year, crush them to obtain one cup of juice, mix with half a spoonful of sesame oil, and take frequently.
Another prescription: Take seven Lychee seeds (Lizhihe, 荔枝核), burn them until the exterior is charred but the interior retains its properties (Cunxing, 存性), grind into powder, and take with wine.
Another prescription: Take one spoonful of vinegar, add a small piece of raw Alum (Baifan, 白矾) the size of a soap bean pod, decoct together until three-quarters remains, and take warm.
Another prescription: Remove the white pith from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Jupi, 橘皮), decoct in water, and drink.
Another prescription: Take a handful of fresh tender Sophora branch (Huai Zhi, 槐枝), cut off both ends, add two cups of water, decoct until one cup remains, strain out the dregs. Divide into two doses and take hot.
Another prescription: For acute heart pain or heat-type pain, take the mud from the center of the stove facing the bottom of the pot, grind into powder, and take with cold water; if it is cold-type pain, take with wine. This also treats mania and confusion where the patient does not recognize people.
Another prescription: Seven dried Smoked Plums (Wumei, 乌梅), eight Jujubes (Zao, 枣), and ten Apricot Kernels (Xingren, 杏仁) are crushed together. Form into seven pills, take with salted wine, to prevent heart pain until old age.
Another prescription: To treat heart pain caused by insect bites, heat Sesame Oil (Xiangyou, 香油) and Salt together, and take one spoonful.
Another prescription: To treat heart pain caused by Taenia saginata (Cunbai Chong, 寸白虫), take two liang of the east-facing root of Punic Granatum (Suan Shiliu Dong Xing Gen, 酸石榴东行根) and thirty grains of Oryza Sativa Glutinosa (Nuomi, 糯米), decoct strongly in water, and take on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: To treat nausea-related heart pain or pain radiating to the waist and umbilicus, take salt the size of a chicken egg, wrap it in blue cloth, heat until red-hot, drop it into wine, and drink. It should induce vomiting of noxious substances.
To treat delirious speech and hallucinations of seeing ghosts, take one toad, burn it into powder, and take with wine.
To treat mental derangement and madness, mix two bowls of pure rice wine (Wuhui Jiu, 无灰酒) and four taels of genuine Sesame Oil (Mazhi, 麻脂/芝麻油), stir each of twenty Willow branches (Yangzhi, 杨枝) one or two times, replacing the branches until the oil and wine emulsify like paste. Decoct until three-quarters remains. Force-feed the manic patient to induce deep sleep. Whether they vomit or not, they will awaken clearly upon waking.
To treat mania with restlessness and susceptibility to evil influences, burn paper made from silkworm molts (Can Tui Zhi, 蚕蜕纸) into ash, and take mixed with wine.
To treat persistent mania resulting from extreme fear and anxiety, take half a liang of Luffa Fruit Stalk (Sigua Di, 丝瓜蒂), grind into powder. Take one qian per dose, mixed with well water to make one cup, which will induce severe vomiting. Follow with deep sleep; do not startle the patient awake for effectiveness.
Another prescription: To treat madness, epilepsy, and insanity caused by evil pathogens, characterized by insomnia and incessant wandering, take two white roosters, boil thoroughly, season with five flavors to make a soup, and consume.
