大黄（二两九蒸） 礞石（二两 乳淬） 沉香（一两） 半夏（二两姜矾制） 陈皮

为末。陈米糊为丸。绿豆大。每服三钱。
松花（二钱），用薄荷叶煎煮的汤剂送服。加入一匙蜂蜜调和后服用。
黑沙糖（一钟），姜汁（一钟），滚开水（一钟）。搅拌均匀。让病患趁热服用。服药后会立即出现寒战发热，通过发汗而痊愈。
治疗大头瘟。颈部肿胀，腮部肿大，形状像蛤蟆一样。

白术（二两，用荷叶包裹蒸三次），广皮（八钱），山楂（五钱），川连（五钱，用吴茱萸拌炒后去掉吴茱萸），炙甘草，白矾（一两，用米泔水和生姜同煮），当归（一两）。以上药材均选用茅山产者为佳。研为细末。用竹沥、姜汁、荷叶汁，调和神曲糊制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。空腹服用二钱，开水送服。忌食猪头肉和鹅肉。
治疗中风。兼治小儿急惊风。
生石膏（十两），辰砂（五钱）。
共同研磨细并混合均匀。成人每次服用三钱。小儿一岁至三岁服用一钱，四岁至七岁服用一钱五分，八岁至十二岁服用二钱。
治疗口噤痰厥，不省人事。
辰砂，白矾。
等分共同研为粉末。在三伏天时装入猪胆内，挂在通风处阴干。每次服用如豆粒大小的一粒，用凉水化开灌服。即可痊愈。
另有方子：
荆芥穗略焙干研为粉末，用酒送服二钱，立竿见影。
治疗中痰。以及一切痰症。
大黄（二两，九次蒸制），礞石（二两，用乳汁淬炼），沉香（一两），半夏（二两，用姜汁和白矾炮制），陈皮（二两），黄芩。
研为粉末。用陈年米糊制成丸药，大小如绿豆。每次服用三钱。
Songhua (Pinus massoniana Pollen, 2 qian), taken with a decoction of Bohe Ye (Menthae Haplocalycis Folium). Mix with one spoonful of honey and take orally.
Heishatang (Black Sand Sugar, 1 zhong), Jiangzhi (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens Juice, 1 zhong), Gunshui (Boiling Water, 1 zhong). Stir evenly. Instruct the patient to drink it while hot. It will immediately induce chills and fever, leading to recovery through sweating.
Treat Datou Wen (Big Head Plague). Characterized by swelling of the neck and enlarged cheeks, resembling a toad.
Dianqihua (Indigo Naturalis Flower, 3 qian), Jiziqing (Galli Album, 1 unit), Shaojiu (Baijiu/Chinese Liquor, 1 bowl).
Beat together until uniform. Take orally for immediate recovery. Truly a miraculous prescription.
Specifically treats numbness in fingers and coldness in arms, sudden transient syncope, dizziness, and blurred vision. Take this formula for prevention.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, 2 liang, steamed three times wrapped in Heye/Lotus Leaf), Guangpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 8 qian), Shanzha (Crataegi Fructus, 5 qian), Chuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma, 5 qian, stir-fried with Wuzhuyu/Euodiae Fructus then discard Wuzhuyu), Zhigancao (Prepared Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Baifan (Alumen, 1 liang, boiled with Migan/Mi Jiang [Rice Wash Water] and Shengjiang/Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, 1 liang). Products from Maoshan are preferred. Grind into fine powder. Use Zhuli (Bambusae Caulis in Taeniae Succus), Jiangzhi (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens Juice), and Heyezhi (Lotus Leaf Juice) to mix with Shenqu (Medicated Leaven) paste to form pills, sized like wutong seeds. Take 2 qian on an empty stomach, washed down with warm water. Avoid consuming pig head meat and goose meat.
Treats Zhongfeng (Stroke). Also treats Xiao'er Jijing (Pediatric Acute Convulsion).
Sheng Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum, 10 liang), Chensha (Cinnabar, 5 qian).
Grind finely and mix uniformly. Adults take 3 qian per dose. Children aged 1-3 years take 1 qian; aged 4-7 years take 1.5 qian; aged 8-12 years take 2 qian.
Treats Koujin Tanjue (Jaw Lock due to Phlegm Obstruction) with loss of consciousness.
Chensha (Cinnabar), Baifan (Alumen).
Equal parts, ground into powder. During the Sanfu days (the hottest period of summer), fill inside pig gallbladders. Hang in a ventilated place to dry in the shade. Take one pill the size of a bean each time, dissolve in cool water, and administer via gavage or oral intake. Recovery is immediate.
Another prescription:
Jingjisui (Schizonepetae Spica), lightly roasted and ground into powder. Take 2 qian with wine for immediate effect.
Treats Zhongtan (Phlegm Obstruction) and all types of phlegm syndromes.
Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang, steamed nine times), Mengshi (Lepidolite, 2 liang, quenched with milk), Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum, 1 liang), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, 2 liang, processed with Shengjiang/Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens and Baifan/Alumen), Chenpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium, 2 liang), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix).
Grind into powder. Form pills using old rice paste, sized like mung beans. Take 3 qian per dose.
