即使是脱出二三寸的痔疮也可以治疗。凡使用外敷药物前，先用温水洗净患处。

取乳香（以两明亮者为佳）二两，没药（以和尚头形态者为佳）二两，大黄三钱，黄丹五分，朱砂五分，雄黄五分。将各药研成极细的粉末。用菜籽油调匀，用鸭毛蘸取药液轻轻涂抹在患处。切忌用指甲触碰或抓挠。可立即止痛并使痔疮回纳。

取五灵脂二斤，炒至无烟后研成细末。用米糊制成药丸。每次服用三钱，用海粉汤送服。

取荞麦面，数量不限。用猪胆汁调和制成药丸。用白开水送服二三钱，出血即可停止。

取刺皮（一个新鲜者更佳）一枚，蝉蜕二两，猪大肠八寸（内入皮硝二两），防己二两，猪后悬蹄爪（炙）适量，血竭三钱，牙皂三钱，生地一两。将上述药材研成细末，用蜂蜜制成药丸。每日清晨空腹时用陈酒送服三十丸。服药期间忌食酒、色欲、煎炸炒制食物、鱼鲜、油腻及发物。

取两只雄鸡，放置在安静处，饥饿饲养两天。第二天早晨用猪胰切碎，拌入二合米粉喂鸡。收集其粪便一两，晒干。加入乳香、没药各二钱，冰片五分，研匀后装入磁罐中收贮并封口。每次使用时，用唾液将药敷在痔疮上，停留一段时间后去除。再敷六七次，直到痔疮变为黑色，此时不必再上药。等待七天，痔疮自然脱落。之后用甘石生肌散促进愈合。

取雄猪大肠三尺（去掉肛门部分七寸），刺皮三张（新瓦焙存性），明矾，槐米（各四两）。将以上三味药材研成细末，放入大肠内，两头扎紧。用铜锅煮烂，捣匀制成药丸。每日清晨用开水送服四五钱。药服完即愈。
[Formula 1 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take cotton seeds, stir-fry until yellowish-black, remove the shells, and grind into fine powder. Mix with paste made from aged rice and rock sugar to form pills the size of *Tongzi* (Cibotium barometz fruit). Take three qian on an empty stomach daily with clear soup. A total consumption of three jin will result in a cure.
Even hemorrhoids prolapsing by two or three cun can be treated. Before applying external medication, wash the affected area thoroughly with warm water.
[Formula 2 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take Ru Xiang (Frankincense) (two liang, bright ones are preferred), Mo Yao (Myrrh) (two liang, "Monk's Head" shape is preferred), Da Huang (Rhubarb Root and Rhizome) (three qian), Huang Dan (Lead Monoxide) (five fen), Zhu Sha (Cinnabar) (five fen), Xiong Huang (Realgar) (five fen). Grind all medicines into extremely fine powder. Blend evenly with rapeseed oil. Dip a duck feather into the medicine and gently apply it to the affected area. Avoid touching with fingernails. Pain will cease immediately, and the hemorrhoid will retract.
[Formula 3 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take Wu Ling Zhi (Trogopterus Dung) (two jin), stir-fry until no smoke is produced, then grind into powder. Form pills using rice paste. Take three qian per dose, administered with Hai Fen (Seaweed) decoction.
[Formula 4 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take Qiao Mai Mian (Buckwheat Flour), quantity as needed. Form pills using pig bile. Swallow two or three qian with plain boiled water; bleeding will stop.
[Formula 5 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take Ci Pi (Zanthoxylum Bark) (one fresh one is better), Chan Tui (Cicada Slough) (two liang), Zhu Da Chang (Porcine Intestine) (eight cun, containing Pi Xiao [Mirabilite] two liang), Fang Ji (Stephania Root) (two liang), Zhu Hou Xuan Ti Zhua (Pig Hind Hoof Claw) (roasted, appropriate amount), Xue Jie (Dragon's Blood) (three qian), Ya Zao (Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit Spine) (three qian), Sheng Di (Rehmannia Root) (one liang). Grind into powder, form pills with honey. Take thirty pills on an empty stomach daily with aged wine. Avoid alcohol, sexual indulgence, fried foods, fish, seafood, greasy foods, and "fa wu" (trigger foods).
[Formula 6 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take two roosters, place them in a quiet location, and fast them for two days. On the early morning of the third day, chop porcine pancreas and mix with two he of rice flour to feed them. Collect one liang of their feces, dry them in the sun. Add Ru Xiang (Frankincense) and Mo Yao (Myrrh) (two qian each), Bing Pian (Borneol) (five fen), grind uniformly, store in a porcelain jar, seal tightly. For use, apply the powder to the hemorrhoid using saliva, leave for a while, then remove. Repeat application six or seven times until the hemorrhoid turns black. At this stage, no further medication is needed. Wait seven days for the hemorrhoid to fall off naturally. Afterwards, use Gan Shi (Calamine) to promote tissue regeneration.
[Formula 7 for Divine Treatment of Long-standing Internal and External Hemorrhoids]
Take Xiong Zhu Da Chang (Male Pig Large Intestine) (three chi, removing seven cun from the anus), Ci Pi (Zanthoxylum Bark) (three sheets, roasted on new tiles to retain properties), Ming Fan (Alum), Huai Mi (Sophora Flower Bud) (four liang each). Grind the above three ingredients into powder, insert into the intestine, tie both ends securely. Boil until tender in a copper pot, mash uniformly to form pills. Take four or five qian with boiled water every early morning. The condition is cured when the medicine is finished.
