Apply to both Gaohuang (BL43) acupoints, both Shenshu (BL23) acupoints, and both Sanli (ST36) acupoints. Lower back pain. Apply to Mingmen (GV4). Right-sided paralysis. Jingbai [Note: Textual ambiguity or specific location reference]. Orthostatic headache (Toufeng). Apply to Fengmen (BL12). Wandering qi (Qi moving pain). Apply to Zhangmen (LR13). Cold-damp Hongkong foot (lower limb cold-damp swelling and pain). Apply to Sanli (ST36). All nameless swellings and toxic sores, carbuncles on the back and mouth. As well as scrofula ulcers, yaws toxic poisons. Traumatic injuries. Fingertip amputation, arm fractures. Pi masses and Zhengjia (abdominal masses). All apply to the affected area of the patient.
Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Huangbo (Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix) (each 1.5 liang), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) (1 liang), Hong [Hua?]. The above herbs are soaked in Sesame Oil (San jin) for three days. Boiled until withered, dregs removed. Add Shuihong Fen Dan (each 12 liang). Process into plaster for application.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix) (each 2 liang), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Hair (each 1 liang). Use true Sesame Oil (Jinban shi) soak for three days. Boil until withered, remove dregs. Add Qianfen (Lead Carbonate) (12 liang). Process into plaster for application.

Abdominal distension chest [stifling]. Scalds, burns, snake bites. Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata), Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Fan Mubie (Strychni Semen), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Chishao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Yuan Shen (Scrophulariae Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Chuanjiao (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) (each 2 liang), Jinpi (Broussonetiae Cortex) (each [amount?]). The above herbs are each chopped, soaked in true Sesame Oil (Shi jin). Spring five days. Summer three days. Autumn seven days. Winter nine days to retrieve. Put into a large pot. Charcoal fire boil. Wait until paste forms. Qingfen (Calomel) (4 [liang?]). Pull over a hundred times. Paralysis and labor injury. Should understand to apply to the patient's affected area. Hernia pressing pain hard place. Dantian Shenshu apply. Malaria. Apply to the starting point of chills and fever. Watery diarrhea dysentery abdominal pain. Apply to umbilicus. Food stagnation. Apply to stomach opening. Distension. Use one grain of Baiduo white kernel. Slightly wrapped in cotton inserted into umbilicus. Plaster covers it. Asthma. Apply to Jianjing (GB21) acupoint heart back. Head wind. Apply to Taiyang acupoint. All above change every seven days. Frostbite, rotten sores and tinea. Using used old plaster applied is miraculous effect. For all accumulated difficult-to-heal conditions. Must apply half year several months to heal. Do not say no rapid effect.
