为末。先将酸泔葱椒煎汤温洗。拭干掺药神效。
大黄、五倍子（各二钱，研为细末）
蛇壳烧成灰。用菜油调和后外敷，立即见效。
将粪勺的竹柄部分烧成灰。用香油调和后外敷，立即痊愈。
同时治疗裙带疮（指腹股沟或外阴部因潮湿摩擦引起的糜烂性疮疡）。患处溃烂发臭，边缘蔓延。
