生半夏四两，泡制六次。第一次米泔水浸三日，二次盐水浸一日，三次醋浸一日，四次
童便浸一日，五次黄酒浸一日，六次姜汁浸一日。阴干，加黄芩四两共为细末，老酒送下。
若肿痛或损骨，用醋调敷伤处即愈。
又方 跌打损伤，垂死可救。但百日内，勿食鸡肉。
荆芥 黄蜡 鱼鳔胶（炒黄色，各五钱） 艾叶（三片） 无灰酒（三碗） 重汤煮一炷香
时，热服取汗即效。
僵蚕 大黄 生南星 肉桂（各三钱） 皂角 乳香（去油，各二钱〕 甘松（四钱）
淡附（五钱） 上八味，共为细末，加酱粉、姜汁调敷，即退。又方∶铅粉 锻石 黄
柏半夏 肉桂 白芷 赤芍 芙蓉叶 枇杷叶（去毛） 天南星（各一两） 枯矾（二钱）
乳香（去油） 没药（去油，各五分） 上十三味，共为末，生姜汁同热醋调敷，浓布裹住
，即消。又方∶白玉簪花根捣敷，一服即退。加肥皂同捣，更速。
黄榔刺根（二两） 红曲粉（一两五钱） 老山栀（三两） 共为末，用糯米饭同捣糊敷伤
处，以杉树皮夹上，效。
小鸡（一只，约重五、六两，连毛） 五加皮（一两） 同捣为糊，拓在伤处。一炷香时
解下，后用山栀三钱、五加皮四钱、酒一碗，煎成膏贴之。再以大瓦松煎酒服之。真神方也
。

又一方：铅粉、锻石、黄柏、半夏、肉桂、白芷、赤芍、芙蓉叶、枇杷叶（去毛）、天南星（各一两）、枯矾（二钱）、乳香（去油）、没药（去油，各五分）。以上十三味药，共同研磨成粉末，用生姜汁和热醋调匀敷于患处，用厚布包裹住，肿胀即可消除。
又一方：将白玉簪花根捣碎敷于患处，服用一次即可消退。加入肥皂一同捣碎，效果更快。
黄榔刺根（二两）、红曲粉（一两五钱）、老山栀（三两），共同研磨成粉末，用糯米饭一同捣烂成糊状敷于伤处，再用杉树皮夹住固定，有效。
小鸡一只（约重五、六两，带毛）、五加皮（一两），一同捣烂成糊状，拓敷在伤处。一炷香的时间后解开，之后用山栀三钱、五加皮四钱、酒一碗，煎制成膏药贴敷。再服用大瓦松煎制的酒，真是神奇的方子。
Raw Pinellia Rhizome (Banxia, 半夏) four liang, processed six times. The first time, soak in rice washing water for three days; the second time, soak in salt water for one day; the third time, soak in vinegar for one day; the fourth time, soak in child's urine for one day; the fifth time, soak in yellow wine for one day; the sixth time, soak in ginger juice for one day. Dry in the shade, add Scutellaria Root (Huangqin, 黄芩) four liang, grind together into fine powder, and take with aged wine. If there is swelling, pain, or bone injury, mix with vinegar and apply to the injured area for cure.
Another prescription: For traumatic injuries, even those near death can be saved. However, do not consume chicken meat within one hundred days.
Schizonepeta Spike (Jingjie), Yellow Beeswax, Fish Swim Bladder Glue (Chao Huangse, fried until yellow, each five qian), Mugwort Leaf (Aiye, three pieces), add unfiltered wine (three bowls). Heat over a double boiler for the duration of one incense stick, drink hot to induce sweating for efficacy.
Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan), Rhubarb Root (Dahuang), Raw Arisaema Rhizome (Sheng Nanting), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui, each three qian), Gleditsia Sinensis Fruit (Zaojiao), Frankincense (Xuruxiang, de-oiled, each two qian), Spikenard (Gansong, four qian), Processed Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata (Danfu, five qian). The above eight herbs are ground into fine powder together, mixed with soybean paste powder and ginger juice, applied to the affected area to reduce swelling.
Another prescription: Lead Powder (Qianfen), Calcined Alumen (Duanshi), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Pinellia Rhizome (Banxia), Cinnamon Bark (Rougui), Angelica Dahurica Root (Baizhi), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Hibiscus Mutabilis Leaf (Furongye), Loquat Leaf (Pipaye, remove hairs), Arisaema Rhizome (Nanting, each one liang), Alum (Kufan, two qian), Frankincense (Xuruxiang, de-oiled), Myrrh (Moyao, de-oiled, each five fen). The above thirteen herbs are ground into powder, mixed with ginger juice and hot vinegar, applied to the affected area, wrapped tightly with thick cloth to eliminate swelling.
Another prescription: Crush the root of *Aglaia odorata* (Baiyuzanhua Gen) and apply to the wound; one dose reduces symptoms. Adding soap and crushing together speeds up the effect.
Root of *Allophylus cobbe* (Huanglang Ci Gen, two liang), Red Yeast Rice Powder (Hongqu Fen, one liang five qian), Gardenia Fruit (Lao Shanzhi, three liang). Grind into powder, crush together with glutinous rice flour to form a paste, apply to the injured area, and fix with fir tree bark for effectiveness.
One small chicken (approx. five to six liang, with feathers), Five-finger Pine Bark (Wujia Pi, one liang). Crush together into a paste and apply to the injured area. After the duration of one incense stick, remove it. Then, decoct Gardenia Fruit (Shanzhi, three qian), Five-finger Pine Bark (Wujia Pi, four qian), and one bowl of wine into a plaster for application. Finally, drink wine decocted with *Polyporus umbellatus* (Da Wasong). Truly a miraculous prescription.
