上各等分为末，茶清送下，或酒调下。

上各等分，为末，蜜丸，又用当归、生地黄研烂，和药为丸，每服三十丸，空心盐汤吞下。
治热毒、赤肿、痛涩难开。

上各等分，为末，砂糖、诃子煎汤调送下。
治肾气虚弱上攻目，昏暗涩痛，及生 肉侵睛，皆治之。

上各五钱，为末，麝香调酒送下。
人参 木香 茯苓 附子（各五钱，炒） 玄参 木贼 郁金 细辛 车前子 麝香 樟脑 青葙子
上为末，用猪胰切片子，入椒、盐少许炙焦，温酒送下。

以上药材各取等量，研成细末，用蜂蜜制丸；另外再用当归、生地黄研烂，与药粉混合制成丸药，每次服用三十丸，空腹时用盐汤吞服。
治疗热毒引起的眼部红肿、疼痛且难以睁开。
黄芩、天花粉、菊花、荆芥、淡竹叶、川当归。
以上药材各取等量，研成细末，用砂糖、诃子煎成的汤调服。
治疗肾气虚弱上冲于目，导致视物昏暗、涩痛，以及胬肉攀睛（翼状胬肉），均可治疗。

以上药材各取五钱，研成细末，用麝香调酒送服。

以上药材各取等量，研成细末，用米糊制丸，用荆芥汤或菊花煎汤送服。
人参、木香、茯苓、附子（各五钱，炒制）、玄参、木贼、郁金、细辛、车前子、麝香、樟脑、青葙子。
以上药材研成细末，用猪胰脏切片，加入少许花椒、盐炙烤至焦黄，用温酒送服。

Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower), Manjingzi (Vitex Fruit), Gouqizi (Goji Berry), Gancao (Licorice Root), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome), Mimenghua (Buddleja Flower), Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root), Baijili (Tribulus Fruit).
Grind the above herbs, each in equal parts, into fine powder. Take with clear tea or mixed with wine.
For treating headache and eye pain.
Shigao (Gypsum Fibrosum), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Wallichii Rhizome), Chuan Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica Root), Ben (Ligusticum Sinense Rhizome), Xixin (Asarum Root).
Grind the above herbs, each in equal parts, into fine powder. Take with decoction of Juncus effusus (Rush Pith).
Mimenghua (Buddleja Flower), Xuanfuhua (Inula Flower), Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower) (each 5 qian), Juemingzi (Cassia Seed), Gouqizi (Goji Berry), Niubangzi (Arctium Fruit), Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed) (soaked in wine, steamed until cooked, mashed, and dried), Difuzi (Kochia Fruit), Gancao (Licorice Root).
Grind the above herbs, each in equal parts, into fine powder. Make pills with honey, sized like paulownia seeds. Take 50-60 pills per dose, washed down with Ophiopogon Decoction (Maidong Tang).
For treating kidney qi attacking upwards, liver deficiency with gallbladder excess, gradually forming cataracts/opacities leading to blurred vision or blindness.
Tianmazǐ (Hemp Seed, also known as Huomazi, subject to verification), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Laifuzi (Radish Seed), Juemingzi (Cassia Seed), Qingxiangzi (Celosia Seed), Tusizi (Cuscuta Seed), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Jingjiezi (Schizonepeta Fruit).
Grind the above herbs, each in equal parts, into fine powder. Make pills with honey. Additionally, mash Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) and Shengdihuang (Rehmannia Root) and mix with the powder to make pills. Take 30 pills per dose, swallowed on an empty stomach with salt water.
For treating heat-toxin causing redness, swelling, pain, and difficulty opening the eyes.
Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Tianhuafen (Trichosanthes Root), Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), Danzhuye (Lophatherum Leaf), Chuan Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root).
Grind the above herbs, each in equal parts, into fine powder. Take with decoction of rock sugar and Hezi (Chebula Fruit).
For treating kidney qi deficiency attacking the eyes, causing dim vision, astringency, and pain, as well as pterygium (fleshy growth invading the cornea). All can be treated.
Huangqin (Scutellaria Root), Baijili (Tribulus Fruit), Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike) (each 1 liang), Chantui (Cicada Slough, remove head and feet), Qianghuo (Notopterygium Root), Shetui (Snake Skin) (soaked in oil, roasted).
Take 5 qian of each of the above herbs, grind into fine powder. Take with wine mixed with Shexiang (Musk).
Xuan Shen (Scrophularia Root), Mimenghua (Buddleja Flower).
Grind the above herbs, each in equal parts, into fine powder. Make pills with starch paste. Take with Jingjie decoction or Juhua decoction.
Renshen (Ginseng Root), Muxiang (Aucklandia Root), Fuling (Poria), Fuzi (Prepared Aconite Root) (each 5 qian, stir-fried), Xuan Shen (Scrophularia Root), Mouze (Equisetum Hiemale), Yujin (Curcuma Longa Rhizome), Xixin (Asarum Root), Cheqianzi (Plantago Seed), Shexiang (Musk), Zhangnao (Camphor), Qingxiangzi (Celosia Seed).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Slice pig pancreas, add a little Sichuan pepper and salt, roast until scorched. Take with warm wine.
