Treats heat disease (Re Bing) occurring three days or more later, with inability to sweat. Apprehension and fear. Also stated to treat heat disease (Re Bing), characterized by vexation and fullness, desire to vomit or hiccup. Inability to turn the chest and hypochondrium. Cough and abdominal fullness. Red urine.

Epistaxis and hematuria that do not stop. Hematemesis. Rebellious Qi. Continuous belching. Pain in the throat and inability to swallow food. Thirst. Ulceration in the mouth. Heat in the palms. Desire to vomit.
