*Zisheng Jing* states: "Ji" (accumulation) primarily pertains to Zang organ diseases, while "Ju" (aggregation) primarily pertains to Fu organ diseases. "Ji" refers to food stagnation that knots and does not dissipate; "Ju" refers to latent phlegm that aggregates without transforming. When phlegm-fluids lie hidden in the upper diaphragm, they cause dizziness and pain in the head and eyes, frequent clear salivation, or tidal fever. Treat with Pingwei San (Regularize the Stomach Powder) and Wujin Wan (Black Gold Pill). This discussion is reasonable, so it is recorded here together (cited from *Mingyi Jia Lu* by Famous Physician Jia).

Wang Shi says: Phlegm and saliva syndromes are numerous and varied. Among them, phlegm associated with Laozai (consumption disease/tuberculosis) is the most difficult to treat. It is advisable to moxa Gohuang (BL-43). Once the number of moxa cones is sufficient, there should be a therapeutic effect.
For kidney patients who vomit water after eating, moxa Feishu (BL-13), and also moxa Sanyinjiao (SP-6) and Qimen (LR-14). This method drains Lung Qi and tonifies Kidney essence. The number of moxa cones for each point should correspond to the patient's age. Since some phlegm-saliva conditions resemble this, this moxibustion method should also be applied.
Treat phlegm-fluids in the chest, Gu poison (parasitic toxicity), Huoluan (cholera-like syndrome), palpitations, sudden severe abdominal distension and pain, persistent mental confusion, vomiting and refusal to eat. Puncture Juque (RN-14). Use a filiform needle inserted 6 fen deep, then stop. This point is excellent for transforming Qi and eliminating saliva. Subsequently puncture Zusanli (ST-36) on both sides of the Foot-Yangming Meridian; recovery will be immediate.
Treat spitting of saliva. Select Tianrong (SI-17).
Treat phlegm-saliva obstruction with sounds like sawing, unresponsive to medication. Moxa Guanyuan (RN-4), Tiantan (CV-17/Mingmen area depending on context, usually Ren-12 or similar midline points, but text says Tiantan/Dantian - likely referring to lower Dantian/Ren-4 area or specific local point, keeping as Tiantan per text literal translation but noting Dantian is often CV-4/CV-6 region. Text says "Guan Yuan, Dantian"). *Correction*: Text says "Guan Yuan, Dantian". I will translate as Guanyuan (RN-4) and Dantian (lower abdomen region, often synonymous with Guanyuan or Qihai in general context, but listed separately here).
