所谓久痔，是由于脏腑长期积聚风热毒邪，流注于大肠，从而形成此病。再加上下元虚冷疲惫，肾脏劳损受伤，气血不调，三焦壅塞不通，热毒流滞，与血相搏，侵入大肠，因此导致便血，肛门周围肿胀瘙痒，或者生疮疡。
槐子丸（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗五种痔疮，数年不愈。燥湿痔疮有雌雄之分，患病痛苦者，有的表现为干燥肿痛，有的表现为崩漏出血，有的伴有赘生物，有的肠中返痒。病程长达三五年可致人死亡。忌饮酒及过度劳累和房事，触犯禁忌即会发病。
药材：槐子、干漆（熬制）、杉木根皮（形似茱萸，各四两）、秦艽、黄芩、白蔹、青木香、牡蛎、龙骨。
制法：研为细末，用蜂蜜调和制成丸药。（原文此处文字残缺，推测为蜜丸）
雷矾丸
治疗五种痔疮，便血日久，服用多种药物无效的。
药材：雷矾（二两）、紫芝、白芷、紫菀（各二两）、贯众（五两）、秦艽（去苗土）、浓朴（去粗皮，生姜制，各半两）、猪悬蹄（炙）。
用法：研末，炼蜜为丸，空腹温酒送服，晚间再服一次。
黄膏（出自《圣惠方》）
药材：黄（一两半，锉碎）、漏芦（一两半）、黄柏（一两半，锉碎）、槐子仁（半两）、木通（一两半，锉碎）、苦参、硫黄（一两，细研）、麝香。
制法：煎煮二十余沸，用布绞去药渣，涂在旧帛上贴敷患处，每天换药两三次，虫出则痊愈。
乌蛇膏（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗痔疮疾病年月深远，旁边生出孔窍，有头，流出脓血，疮疡瘙痒难以忍受。
药材：乌蛇（一两，烧成灰）、马齿苋（一两，烧成灰）、皮（一两，烧成灰，原文缺字，疑为某动物皮）、乳发（三分，烧成灰）、黄矾（三分，研细）、猪脂（一斤）。
制法：将上述药材研极细，先煎猪脂，再加入其他药粉，最后加入蜡三两。
安息香丸
治疗长期患有肠风、痔疮等各种疾病。
药材：安息香（一分）、阿魏（半分）、乳香（一钱，三味一处研）、丹砂（一分）、雄黄、龙脑、麝香（各少许）。
用法：水一大盏，重汤煮，或在饭甑上蒸熟，制成丸药，空心服用。若伴有心腹诸气痛，可用温酒送服。
洗药方
治疗痔疮经久不愈者。
药材：桃条、柳条、槐条、桑条、艾叶、荆芥、茄根、苍耳根、萱草根（各等分）。
用法：每次取三两，煎汤熏洗。
五倍子散
药材：五倍子（五个，灰火炮制）、香白芷（二钱）、轻粉（二钱）、黄丹（二钱）、麝香（少许）。
制法：研为细末。

鳗鲡鱼丸

药材：鳗鲡鱼头（一两，炙黄）、木香（一两）、麝香（一两，细研）、砒霜（一分，细研）、粉脚（一两，细研）。
用法：莲子大丸药，用棉裹一丸，每日用之，以痔头消为止。
熨方（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗痔疾有头，多年不愈，频发，疼痛坐立不得。
药材：雄黄（一分）、醋石榴皮（一分）、皂荚（一分）、杏仁（一分，汤浸去皮尖）、藜芦（一分，去头）、柳枝。
用法：七次治愈。
大黄汤

As for chronic hemorrhoids (Jiu Zhi), it arises from the long-term accumulation of wind-heat and toxic pathogens in the internal organs, which flow into and stagnate in the Large Intestine (Da Chang), thereby forming this disease.
