阿胶丸 治产前产后神妙。

筑打着及胎死在腹中。用醋汤下一丸。产噫。用千金散子一字。熟水调下一丸。产前产后被
血冲心。用黄散子半钱。醋汤调下一丸。产后遗沥不止。用烧盐半钱。无灰酒下一丸。难产
者。三日至五日。服此立下。用通灵散子一字。醋汤调下一丸。如女人产时衣先下。儿未见。
足踏衣生。用通灵散一字。调下一丸。如儿先下。衣未见。须臾用醋汤下一丸。如产后必用
通灵散子一字调下一丸。如浆破后。经三五日不生。用黄散子一钱。酒调下一丸。产前产后
痢。醋汤下一丸。血气用艾枝煎下一丸。婴粟米炒令黄为末。是千金散。真阿胶令黄为末。

常山饮子 治产后血海虚竭。发狂闷乱。时作。

柑皮汤 治产后发渴。经脉过多。发渴者亦治。

榴附饮 治产后泻。
酸石榴皮（米醋炒） 香附（等分） 上二味为末。每服二钱。米饮下。
枳术丸 治产后心腹坚大如盘。水饮所作。名曰气分。

秦艽汤 治偶伤风恶寒。浑身疼痛。

小黑神散 治产后产前皆可服。大能活血定痛。消逐利积。亦治横逆。

用童子小便好醋各一茶脚。百沸汤四五分。服。一方等分。白芷生用。治腰胁痛。
济生增损四物汤 治产后阴阳不和。乍寒乍热。恶露停滞。亦令寒热也。但看小腹

治产后肝气虚弱。风邪所中。肝气即亏。不能生心。心乏生气。非时惊恐。但一切
产后有虚冷中惊悸之候。大腑虚冷。此三药不可缺一。（出护命方）

治产后大腑虚冷。却因用性发怒。其气上逆。因而血晕。其状头觉重痛。昏昏如
醉。思睡。语声低小。宜吃此方。若是大腑热。并血晕。时壮热头痛。不可吃此药。自

半。水一盏。煎至九分。非时去滓吃。不要多吃。病住即止药。
治产后大腑虚冷。因怒后成血晕。吃前方药未效。却更加壮热头痛。面赤如醉。宜

牡丹皮（去心） 荆芥穗 羌活 麻黄（去根各一分） 上为末。每服二钱。水八分一
盏。
煎一两沸。急泻出。食后徐徐去滓热吃。病减即住药。
治妇人忽因经候行时。忽因产后。吃生冷不相当之物。忽产后起早。冲风伤损。血
气俱病。经候过多。临经候行时。气痛不可胜忍方。凡妇人血气痛。俱可与此方。（出

治产后小遗登高厕早。乱吃物早。宫脏伤风。饮食减少。近十日。远经半月。饮食
不进。才吃一口汤水。即闻所吃汤水。巡历胸中。方下入胃。既入胃。仍旧不出。面色
青黄。形体困重。宜服此方。若得此病。须是每日吃得一两盏酒方可。延得半月未死。
急宜治之。
细辛 官桂 川芎 当归（各半两） 羌活 藿香（各一分） 吴茱萸（三铢） 甘草
（四铢
炙） 上为细末。每服三钱。空心煎。防风汤调下。吃了浑身足手暖。忽头痛。即连吃一二
盏。候通身发热。忽行下恶血物。即便安乐也。若人得此病。须是根据得上面题目。方可吃此
方。
治产后热闷气上冲。变为香港脚者。何。答曰。产卧血虚。复因春夏取凉过多。地之
蒸湿。因足履之。而为香港脚之状。热闷掣 。惊怖心烦。呕吐气上。皆其候也。服小续
命汤二三服自愈。医人误以逐败血药攻之。则血去而疾盛增矣。
人参 黄芩 桂（去皮） 麻黄（去节） 防己 川芎 甘草 白芍药 白术（各二分）

附子（一钱炮） 防风（一钱半） 上计一两一钱半。锉末。作四服。生姜五片。水二盏。

盏。温服。评曰。香港脚故是常病。未闻产后能转为者。殊不知香港脚初得之不觉得。因他病之
后。血气方发。产后既虚。发则无疑。小续命汤知其证加木瓜煎引入经络治之。切忌药汤淋
洗。
治产后壮热。头痛颊赤。口干唇焦。多烦渴燥。昏闷不爽。
松花 川芎 石膏 蒲黄（等分） 上为末。每服二钱。水二合。红花一捻。同煎七分
去
滓。粥后温温细呷。
治产后下白涕不止方。
四物汤（出自《产经》）治疗足月分娩或小产。根据证候配合服用，立即见效。
腹中刺痛，恶露不下。（加当归、芍药各半钱）口干想喝水。（加栝蒌、麦门冬去心各一钱）发冷发热。（加干姜、牡丹皮、芍药各半钱）水饮停聚在心下，轻微呕吐逆气。（加木香、猪苓、茯苓、防己各半钱）因热生风。（加川芎、柴胡各半钱）虚烦失眠。（加人参、竹叶各半钱）大便秘结。（加大黄半钱炒制）头痛或身体发热。（加柴胡、黄芩各半钱）小便涩滞。（加桃仁去皮尖炒制半钱）腹胀。（加厚朴、枳实炮制各半钱）滑泄腹泻。（加官桂、附子各半钱）呕吐。（加人参、白术各半钱）血崩。（加地黄、蒲黄各一钱）
山蕲散（出自《杨氏家藏方》）治疗产后各种疾病。气血作痛，消散坚块，驱逐恶血。
当归（洗过微炒） 没药 乱发（用男子头发放入小瓷瓶烧成灰） 凌霄花（各半两） 红花 子伏龙肝 甘柏木 松烟墨（烧成灰各一分） 鲤鱼鳞（一两烧灰） 以上药材研为细末。每次服用二钱，用热酒调服。饭前服用。
黑神丸（出自《杨氏家藏方》）治疗产后各种疾病。
巴豆（半两用水两碗煮尽后去皮心出油） 白姜（半两炮制） 肉桂（半两去皮） 黑附子（半两炮制去皮） 以上研为细末，用曲糊制成如萝卜子大小的丸剂。每次服用三丸或五丸，用冷茶送服，若用热茶投服则会导致泻下三四五次，之后用粥来止泻。排出恶物，百病皆除。一天内忌食热食。
保生丸（出自《王氏博济方》）治疗产前产后，以及妇女所患的一切由血气风冷引起的疾病，均有神奇疗效。
金钗石斛（一分另研） 秦艽 官桂（去皮） 干地黄 贝母 防风 糯米 甘草（炮制） 干姜 细辛（以上各一分） 当归 蜀椒（去掉黑籽只取皮） 大麻仁 大豆卷（黑豆皮是） 黄芩（以上各二分） 石膏（明净者） 麒麟竭 没药 龙脑（各一钱半） 以上十九味药，都必须选用产地新好的药材，细捣筛为末。炼蜜六两熟透，必须加入一分水，一同炼制直到水尽，与药混合做成丸剂。先杵五百下，然后做成如弹子大小的丸剂，总共可做成七十二丸。用药引治疗，病症如下：产前产后，血风头旋，身体颤抖，用薄荷酒送服。月经不通，用当归酒送服。赤白带下，用温酒送服。妇人临产难产，胎衣不下，胎儿死于腹中，横产倒生，死亡不语，只要看心头还有热气，取一丸，用京枣汤研磨灌入口中，只要入喉立刻苏醒，神妙无比。产后恶血不尽，脐腹疼痛，呕吐，发热憎寒，烦闷，月经不调，或多或少，皮肤虚肿，产血不止，面色萎黄，逐渐形成劳瘦，饮食无味。以上病症，均用温酒研磨一丸送服。服用至五到七丸，临产时五脏不痛，男女易生，神效难以言述。催生，用当归酒送服。治疗产后中风，血晕，生地黄同煎十沸，研磨药丸一丸灌之，立刻痊愈。凡是御风，只需每五日一次，烂嚼一丸，空腹热酒送服。或者洗澡后嚼一丸，温酒送服。小儿天吊惊风，用薄荷酒送服。一丸分作三次服用。中风不语，身体僵硬如板，用好瓤消梨与薄荷同研，热服一丸，分作三次服用，用衣被盖住，只要出汗，依次揭开衣被，不要迎风坐卧，立刻痊愈。其妇人身边一切诸病，均以温酒及当归薄荷同研一丸送服，立刻痊愈。
阿胶丸 治疗产前产后神妙。

牡丹皮（去心） 荆芥穗 羌活 麻黄（去根各一分） 以上为末，每次服用二钱，水八分一盏，煎一两沸，急泻出，食后徐徐去滓热吃，病减即住药。
治妇人忽因经候行时，忽因产后，吃生冷不相当之物，忽产后起早，冲风伤损，血气俱病，经候过多，临经候行时，气痛不可胜忍方。凡妇人血气痛，俱可与此方。（出自《万全护命方》）

治产后小遗登高厕早，乱吃物早，宫脏伤风，饮食减少，近十日，远经半月，饮食不进，才吃一口汤水，即闻所吃汤水，巡历胸中，方下入胃，既入胃，仍旧不出，面色青黄，形体困重，宜服此方。若得此病，须是每日吃得一两盏酒方可，延得半月未死，急宜治之。
细辛 官桂 川芎 当归（各半两） 羌活 藿香（各一分） 吴茱萸（三铢） 甘草（四铢炙） 以上为细末，每次服用三钱，空心煎，防风汤调下，吃了浑身足手暖，忽头痛，即连吃一二盏，候通身发热，忽行下恶血物，即便安乐也。若人得此病，须是根据得上面题目，方可吃此方。
治产后热闷气上冲，变为香港脚者。何？答曰：产卧血虚，复因春夏取凉过多，地之蒸湿，因足履之，而为香港脚之状，热闷掣 ，惊怖心烦，呕吐气上，皆其候也。服小续命汤二三服自愈。医人误以逐败血药攻之，则血去而疾盛增矣。
