桃仁散（出圣济总录）疗从高坠下伤内。血在腹聚不出。疗下血方。
取好大黄（二两） 桃仁（三十枚去皮尖及双仁者） 上捣。以水五升。煮取三升。分
为三
服。去血后。作地黄酒服。随能服多少益。血过百日。成微坚者。不可复下之。虚极杀人也。
或用酒一碗煎。去滓服之。
治从高坠下。或打扑伤损。腰胁心痛。（出危氏方）
用木香调气散。加红曲末少许。童子小便同酒调。空心热服。如无曲。酒亦可。

橘子酒（出圣济总录）治坠堕打扑。闪肭腰痛。恶血蓄瘀。痛不可屈伸。
以橘子炒。去皮研细。每服二钱。酒调。未止再作。或用猪腰子一只。去筋膜。破开入
药。用葱同茴香、盐、湿纸裹。煨熟细嚼。温酒下。一方治气滞腰痛。橘核炒香研。酒滤去
滓。下青木香丸。一方橘核入大蒜内。湿纸裹煨令香熟。酒吃一半盏研烂。入少炒面为丸。
用蒜白炒。酒吞下。俱治风气腰痛。及闪肭腰痛。
豆汁方 疗足痛。从高坠下。瘀血攻心。面青气短欲死。
又用大豆或小豆令熟。饮汁数升。和酒服之。一方以大豆五升。水一升。煮二升。去豆
服令尽。黑豆炒熟。水煎服。更加芎、归、芍药。酒煎更妙。
又方（出朱氏集验方）治堕坠 折。瘀血留心。鼻衄吐血。
用生地黄捣取汁。服一升。或二升尤佳。一方用米醋调敷疮上。
又方（出本草）治从高坠下。瘀血胀心。面青短气者。
用乌鸦翅羽二七枚烧末。酒和服。如吐血即见效。如左翅羽尤佳。

鸡鸣散（出三因方）治坠堕死。兼打扑闷绝者。

以半夏如大豆者为末。内鼻孔中。此五绝俱疗。五绝、一曰溺绝。二曰墙壁所笮绝。三
曰压绝。四曰自缢绝。五曰产蓐绝。并可用。纳鼻孔立活。虽经一日。而心温者。亦可救。
竹皮汤（出十便良方）治为兵杖所加。木石所笮。血在胸及胁中。痛不得气息
青竹（刮取茹） 乱发（各如鸡子大二枚） 上放炭火炙焦燥。合捣筛。以酒一升。煮
三沸

苦杖散（出保命集方）治从高坠下。涎潮昏睡。此惊恐并也。
以苦杖不以多少为细末。热酒调下。如产后瘀血不散。或聚血。皆治之。

以冷水喷之令身噤。肠自入也。

以重阳日收取茄子百枚。去蒂。四破切之。硝石十二两。碎捣。以不津瓶器。大小约可
盛内茄子者。于器中先铺茄子一重。乃下硝石一重覆之。如此令尽。然后以纸数重密封之。
安置净处。上下以新砖垫覆。令得地气不犯地气。至有五月后。取出。去纸两重。日中曝之。
逐日如此。至二三月度已烂。即开瓶倾出。滤出渣。别入新器中。以薄纸盖头又曝。直成膏
乃可用。内损酒调半匙。空心饮之。恶血散则痛止而愈矣。诸疮肿亦先饮酒半匙。又用膏于
疮面涂之。当觉冷如冰雪。疮干便瘥。其有根本在肤腠者。亦可内消。若痛久干硬。即以饭
饮之物涂之。
整骨丸（出杨氏家藏方）治从高坠下。筋骨断折。内外俱损。疼痛难忍。不问
轻重。并皆治之。
白矾（一十二两飞过） 黄蜡（六两） 黄丹 密陀僧（别研） 自然铜（别研为末以

用银石器或新锅。内先下猪脂熬成汁。去筋膜滓。次下蜡候熔。退火候稍冷。方下密陀
僧、黄丹、自然铜末。添慢火熬。以柳木篦子搅。候滴下水不散为度。抬下铜子于冷地上。
入朱砂、乳香、没药、白矾。更以篦子搅匀。丸如梧桐子大。每服二十丸。热葱酒送下。（葱
白切如丝于热酒中。以盏合少时。勿出寒）如昏困不能咽药者。即用葱酒化开灌下。仍将二
十三丸切开。于纸下以火炙之。如不化入油少许。随所伤大小摊成药靥。恐此药不粘。以云
母膏涂靥周遭贴之。良久糜变成痒。若骨碎及蹉跌者。并皆平正。不成芦节。其伤破处。便
生肌肉。多年伤折。每遇阴晦。发作疼痛者。亦可服。不拘时候。
又方（出永类钤方）
用水蛭、茴香各一两。先以茴香三钱。同水蛭炒。去茴香。又以茴香七钱微炒。共为末。
用水煎苏木加酒。和调乌药顺气散。一贴作三服。又法 砂、水蛭、竹膜、丝头四味。将砂
炒蛭。去砂用蛭为末。竹丝烧灰。和酒调服。
治从高坠下。瘀血胀心。面青气短欲死者。
用飞驳鸟（味甘寒） 翅羽七枚烧末。酒服之。得右翅者最良。（飞驳者即雄鹊也烧毛
作
屑。内水中沉者是雌也。其翼左覆右者是雄）
又方
用韶粉（味辛寒） 一钱匕。和水服之。即瘥。
治从高坠下。头破脑出血。中风口噤。
用黑豆（味甘平） 一升炒去腥。勿使太熟。杵末蒸之。令气遍甑下盆中。以酒一升淋
之。
温服一升。复取汁膏敷疮上。
桃仁散（出自《圣济总录》）治疗因高处坠落导致的内伤。血液在腹部积聚无法排出。治疗下血的方剂。
取优质大黄（二两），桃仁（三十枚，去皮尖及双仁者）。将上述药材捣碎，加水五升，煮取三升药液。分三次服用。排出瘀血后，用地黄酒送服。根据患者体质，能喝多少就喝多少，越多越好。如果瘀血停留超过百日，形成轻微坚硬的积块，不可再用攻下法，因为此时身体极度虚弱，攻下会致死。
或者用一碗酒煎煮，去渣服用。
治疗因高处坠落，或被打扑造成的损伤，导致腰胁部疼痛、心痛。（出自《危氏方》）
使用木香调气散，加入少许红曲末。用童子小便和酒调和，空腹热服。如果没有红曲，只用酒也可以。
治疗破血证，因高处坠落，瘀血损伤在腹部，出现刺痛症状。（出自《本草》相关记载）
取蒲席（也可常用这种合拢的破旧蒲席）。取蒲黄、赤芍药、当归、大黄、朴硝煎服。（另一方的用法是将蒲席烧成灰，二钱，用酒送服）
橘子酒（出自《圣济总录》）治疗坠跌打扑，闪挫腰痛，恶血蓄积瘀滞，疼痛剧烈到无法屈伸。
将橘子炒制，去皮研细。每次服用二钱，用酒调服。如果疼痛未止，可再次制作服用。或者用猪腰子一只，去除筋膜，剖开，放入药物。用葱同茴香、盐一起，用湿纸包裹，煨熟后细嚼，温酒送下。另一方治疗气滞腰痛：橘核炒香研末，过滤酒去渣，加入青木香丸。另一方将橘核放入大蒜内，用湿纸包裹煨至香熟，吃一半盏量，研烂，加入少量炒面制成丸剂。用蒜白炒过，用酒吞服。均治疗风气腰痛及闪挫腰痛。
豆汁方 治疗足痛，因高处坠落，瘀血攻心，面色发青，气短欲死。
又法：用大豆或小豆煮熟，饮用汁液数升，和酒一起服用。另一方：用大豆五升，水一升，煮取二升，去掉豆渣，让患者饮尽。黑豆炒熟，用水煎服，再加入川芎、当归、芍药，用酒煎煮效果更佳。
又一方（出自《朱氏集验方》）治疗堕坠骨折，瘀血留心窍，鼻衄吐血。
用生地黄捣取汁液，服用一升，服用二升更好。另一方：用米醋调敷在疮口上。
又一方（出自《本草》相关记载）治疗因高处坠落，瘀血胀满心胸，面色发青，气短的患者。
用乌鸦翅羽十四枚（二七枚）烧成粉末，用酒调和服用。如果是吐血症状，立即见效。如果用左边的翅羽效果更好。
又一方（出自《圣惠方》）治疗因高处坠落，或被重物压迫顿挫，导致瘀血内停。
用豆豉三升，沸汤二升浸泡。片刻后，绞去渣滓，加入蒲三合投入其中，搅拌调匀一次性服下。不超过三四次服用，效果神良。
鸡鸣散（出自《三因方》）治疗坠堕致死，兼有打扑闷绝的情况。
急忙用手袖捂住其口鼻约一顿饭的时间，然后松开。先给予热的小便服用。如果感觉气息断绝不能说话，急忙掰开嘴巴，用热小便灌入。或者用酒和小便混合服用。火伤者用冷小便灌入。都能起死回生，非常有效。
被重物压迫顿挫，濒临死亡。（出自《十便良方》）
将半夏切成如大豆大小的颗粒，研成粉末，纳入鼻孔中。此法可治疗“五绝”。“五绝”是指：一曰溺绝（溺水窒息），二曰墙壁所笮绝（被墙挤压窒息），三曰压绝（被重物压窒息），四曰自缢绝（上吊窒息），五曰产蓐绝（难产窒息）。均可使用。纳入鼻孔后立即苏醒。即使经过一天，只要心脏尚温，也可以抢救。
竹皮汤（出自《十便良方》）治疗被兵杖打击，被木石压迫，血液在胸胁中积聚，疼痛导致呼吸不畅。
青竹（刮取竹茹） 乱发（各如鸡蛋大小两团）。放在炭火上烤焦干燥，混合捣碎筛细。用酒一升，煮三沸。一次服完。服用三次痊愈。
治疗因高处坠落，损伤筋骨，疼痛，叫唤不出，瘀血附着在内。（出自《本草》相关记载）
用鼠屎烧成粉末，用猪脂调和敷在疼痛处，紧急包扎。不到半天即可停止疼痛。
苦杖散（出自《保命集方》）治疗因高处坠落，涎潮昏睡，这是惊恐所致。
以苦杖（即甘草）不限多少，研成细末。用热酒调服。如果是产后瘀血不散，或聚血，也都治疗。
治疗压扑损伤。（出自《本草》相关记载）
捣碎核桃肉，和酒温热，一次性服用即可痊愈。
治疗人突然坠落造成的破损伤。（出自《本草》相关记载）
用冷水喷洒身体，使身体痉挛收缩，肠子自然回纳。
治疗坠扑内损，消散败血止痛，以及恶疮发背等。（出自《本草》相关记载）
在重阳节收取茄子一百枚，去掉蒂头，切成四瓣。硝石十二两，捣碎。用不透水的瓶器，大小大约能装下茄子为宜。先在瓶中铺一层茄子，再铺一层硝石覆盖它。如此层层铺满，然后用多层纸密封。放置在干净的地方，上下垫上新砖，使其接触地气但不直接接触地面。等到五个月后取出，去掉两层纸，在阳光下曝晒。每天如此操作，直到两三个月后茄子已烂，就打开瓶子倒出，滤出渣滓，装入新容器中，用薄纸盖住头部继续曝晒，直到变成膏状才可使用。内服用酒调半匙，空腹饮用。恶血消散则疼痛停止而痊愈。各种疮肿也先饮酒半匙，再用膏涂抹于疮面。应当感觉冷如冰雪，疮干即愈。那些病根在肤腠的，也可以内消。如果疼痛日久变得干硬，就用米饭汤汁等涂之。
整骨丸（出自《杨氏家藏方》）治疗因高处坠落，筋骨断裂，内外俱损，疼痛难忍。不问轻重，都治疗。
白矾（十二两，飞过处理） 黄蜡（六两） 黄丹 密陀僧（分别研细） 自然铜（分别研为粉末，以上三味各四两） 乳香（另研） 朱砂 没药（分别研细，以上三味各一两） 猪脂（十二两，腊月采集的）。以上药材，用银石器或新锅，先放入猪脂熬成汁，去除筋膜渣滓。其次放入蜡等待熔化，退火后稍冷却，才放入密陀僧、黄丹、自然铜粉末。加慢火熬，用柳木篦子搅拌，等到滴入水中不散开为度。抬下铜锅放在冷地上，放入朱砂、乳香、没药、白矾，再用篦子搅拌均匀。制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用二十丸，用热葱酒送下。（葱白切丝放入热酒中，用杯子盖住片刻，避免受寒）。如果昏迷困倦不能吞咽药物，就用葱酒化开灌下。仍将二十三丸切开，在纸下用火炙烤。如果不融化，加入少许油。根据受伤大小摊成药饼。恐怕此药不粘，用云母膏涂抹药饼周围贴之。良久变糜变成痒。如果骨头碎裂及错位，都能复位平整，不成芦节形状。伤口破损处，便生肌肉。多年的伤折，每逢阴雨晦暗天气发作疼痛的，也可以服用。不拘时候。
又一方（出自《永类钤方》）
用水蛭、茴香各一两。先用茴香三钱，同水蛭炒，去掉茴香。又以茴香七钱微炒，共为粉末。用水煎苏木加酒，调和乌药顺气散。一贴作三次服用。又法：砂、水蛭、竹膜、丝头四味。将砂炒蛭，去掉砂用水蛭为粉末。竹丝烧灰，和酒调服。
治疗因高处坠落，瘀血胀满心胸，面色发青，气短欲死的患者。
用飞驳鸟（味甘寒）翅羽七枚烧成粉末，用酒服用。得到右翅的最好。（飞驳者即雄鹊也，烧毛作屑，内水中沉者是雌也，其翼左覆右者是雄）
又一方

治疗因高处坠落，头破脑出血，中风口噤。

温服一升，再取汁膏敷在疮上。
Taoren San (Peach Kernel Decoction) (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats internal injuries caused by falling from a height. Blood accumulates in the abdomen and cannot be expelled. This is a formula for treating lower gastrointestinal bleeding.
Take high-quality Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, 2 liang), Taoren (Persicae Semen, 30 pieces, remove skin, tips, and double kernels). Pound the above ingredients. Add 5 sheng of water, boil to obtain 3 sheng of decoction. Divide into three doses. After expelling blood, take Di Huang Jiu (Rehmannia Wine). Take as much as the patient can tolerate; more is better. If blood stasis remains for over a hundred days and forms slightly hardened masses, do not use purgatives again, as extreme deficiency will lead to death.
Alternatively, decoct with one bowl of wine, remove dregs, and take.
Treats waist and hypochondriac pain, heart pain due to falls from height or blunt trauma. (from *Wei Shi Fang*)
Use Muxiang Tiaoqi San (Aucklandiae Powder for Regulating Qi), add a small amount of Hongqu Mo (Red Yeast Rice Powder). Mix with Tongzi Xiaoye (Child's Urine) and wine, take warm on an empty stomach. If Hongqu is unavailable, wine alone is acceptable.
Treats broken blood syndrome, stabbing pain in the abdomen due to falls from height and blood stasis injury. (from *Bencao* records)
Take Puxi (Mat made of cattail leaves, preferably old/collapsed ones). Take Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Chishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Pu Xiao (Natrii Sulfas). Decoct and take. (Another method: burn Puxi to ash, 2 qian, take with wine.)
Juzi Jiu (Citrus Wine) (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats falls, bruises, sprained waist pain, accumulation of evil blood and stasis, severe pain preventing flexion and extension.
Stir-fry Juzi (Citrus fruit), remove peel, grind finely. Take 2 qian per dose, mix with wine. If pain persists, prepare again. Alternatively, use one pig kidney, remove fascia, split open, insert medicine. Wrap with Congbai (Scallion White), Huixiang (Fennel Fruit), salt in wet paper, bake until cooked, chew thoroughly, swallow with warm wine. Another method for Qi stagnation waist pain: stir-fry Juhe (Citruli Semen) until fragrant, grind, filter wine to remove dregs, add Qingmuxiang Wan (Aquilariae Pill). Another method: place Juhe inside garlic, wrap in wet paper, bake until fragrant and cooked. Eat half a zhan, grind to paste, add a little fried flour to make pills. Stir-fry Suabai (Garlic White), swallow with wine. All treat Wind-Dampness waist pain and sprained waist pain.
Douzhi Fang (Soybean Juice Formula) treats foot pain, blood stasis attacking the heart after falling from height, cyanotic face, shortness of breath, near death.
Another method: Cook Da Dou (Glycines Max Seed) or Xiao Dou (Vigna angularis Seed), drink several sheng of juice, mix with wine. Another method: Use 5 sheng of Da Dou, 1 sheng of water, boil to 2 sheng, remove beans, drink all. Chao Hei Dou (Fried Black Soybean), decoct with water, add Xiong (Ligustici Rhizoma), Gui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), decoct with wine for better effect.
Another formula (from *Zhu Shi Ji Yan Fang*) treats falls/fractures, blood stasis affecting the heart/mind, epistaxis, hematemesis.
Pound Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) to extract juice. Take 1 sheng, 2 sheng is even better. Another method: Apply Mi Cu (Rice Vinegar) mixed to the wound.
Another formula (from *Bencao* records) treats falls from height, blood stasis distending the chest/heart, cyanotic face, shortness of breath.
Burn 14 feathers from Crow wings (Wuya Chi Yu), grind to powder, mix with wine and take. Effective immediately for hematemesis. Left wing feathers are especially good.
Another formula (from *Shenghui Fang*) treats falls from height, compression by heavy objects, resulting in blood stasis.
Take 3 sheng of Chi Dou (Fermented Soybean), soak in 2 sheng of boiling water. After a moment, squeeze out dregs, add 3 he of Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), stir and take at once. Not exceeding 3-4 doses, highly effective.
Jiming San (Crowing Rooster Powder) (from *San Yin Fang*) treats death by fall, combined with suffocation from blunt trauma.
Immediately cover mouth and nose with sleeve for about one meal time, then release. First give hot urine to drink. If breath is cut off and unable to speak, forcibly open mouth and灌 (pour) hot urine. Or mix wine and urine. For burns, use cold urine. All can revive the dead, very effective.
Compression by heavy objects, near death. (from *Shibian Liangfang*)
Grind Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma) cut into soybean-sized pieces into powder, insufflate into nostrils. This treats "Five Extinctions" (Wu Jue): 1. Drowning, 2. Crushing by wall, 3. Compression, 4. Hanging, 5. Childbirth. All applicable. Insufflation leads to immediate revival. Even if one day has passed, if the heart is still warm, it can be saved.
Zhupi Tang (Bamboo Skin Decoction) (from *Shibian Liangfang*) treats blows from weapons, crushing by wood/stone, blood in chest/hypochondrium, pain preventing breathing.
Qingzhuru (Green Bamboo Shavings), Luankou (Human Hair clump size of two eggs). Char on charcoal fire until dry, pound and sieve. Decoct in 1 sheng of wine for three boils. Take all at once. Three doses cure.
Treats falls from height, bone/tendon injury, pain, inability to cry out, internal blood stasis. (from *Bencao* records)
Burn Shushi (Mus Musculus Feces) to powder, mix with Zhizhi (Porcine Fat), apply to painful area, bandage tightly. Pain stops within half a day.
Kuzhang San (Licorice Powder) (from *Baoming Ji Fang*) treats falls from height, salivary flooding, coma/sleepiness, due to fright/shock.
Grind Kuzhang (Gancao, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) to fine powder regardless of amount. Take with hot wine. Also treats postpartum blood stasis retention or aggregation.
Treats crushing/blunt trauma injuries. (from *Bencao* records)
Pound Hetao Rou (Walnut Kernel), mix with warm wine, take at once for recovery.
Treats sudden fall causing open wounds. (from *Bencao* records)
Sprinkle cold water on body to induce spasms, allowing intestines to retract naturally.
Treats internal injury from falls/bruises, dissipating bad blood, stopping pain, and malignant sores/back carbuncles. (from *Bencao* records)
On Double Ninth Festival, collect 100 eggplants, remove stems, cut into quarters. Grind 12 liang of Xiaoshi (Natrii Nitras). In a non-porous vessel large enough to hold eggplants, layer eggplant and mineral salt alternately until full. Seal tightly with multiple layers of paper. Place in clean spot, cushioned by new bricks to touch earth qi but not ground directly. After five months, remove, discard two layers of paper, sun-dry. Repeat daily for 2-3 months until rotten. Open bottle, pour out, filter dregs, put in new vessel, cover with thin paper, continue sun-drying until paste-like. Take half spoonful mixed with wine on empty stomach. Bad blood dissipates, pain stops, cured. For swellings, drink half spoonful wine first, then apply paste to sore. Should feel cold like ice; sore dries and heals. Roots in skin/fascia can be resolved internally. If pain is long-standing and hard, apply rice water.
Zhengggu Wan (Bone Setting Pill) (from *Yang Shi Jia Cang Fang*) treats falls from height, broken bones/tendons, internal/external injury, unbearable pain. Treats regardless of severity.
Bai Fan (Alumen, 12 liang, purified), Huang La (Beeswax, 6 liang), Huang Dan (Minium), Miduoseng (Litharge, separately ground), Ziran Tong (Chalcopyrite, separately ground to powder, each of these three 4 liang), Ruxiang (Frankincense, separately ground), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Moyao (Myrrh, separately ground, each of these three 1 liang), Zhizhi (Porcine Fat, 12 liang, collected in 12th lunar month). In silver/glass pot or new wok, melt Zhizhi, remove fascia/dregs. Add wax, melt. Remove from heat, cool slightly. Add Miduoseng, Huang Dan, Ziran Tong powder. Simmer slowly, stir with willow spatula. Test by dropping liquid into water; if it doesn't disperse, it's ready. Remove pot, place on cold ground. Add Zhusha, Ruxiang, Moyao, Bai Fan. Stir evenly. Make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20 pills per dose, send down with hot Congjiu (Scallion Wine). (Cut Congbai into silk, steep in hot wine under lid briefly to retain heat). If unconscious/unable to swallow, dissolve pills in Congjiu and灌 (pour). Cut remaining 23 pills, roast over fire on paper. If not melting, add oil. Spread into patches according to injury size. To prevent sticking, apply Yunmu Gao (Mica Ointment) around edges. After some time, becomes itchy/granulating. Dislocated/fractured bones realign. Wounds regenerate flesh. Old fractures hurting on cloudy/rainy days can also take this, anytime.
Another formula (from *Yonglei Qianfang*)
Use Shui Zhi (Hirudo, 1 liang), Huixiang (Fennel Fruit, 1 liang). Stir-fry 3 qian Huixiang with Shui Zhi, remove Huixiang. Lightly stir-fry another 7 qian Huixiang. Grind together to powder. Decoct Sumu (Sappan Wood) in water with wine, mix with Wuyao Shunqi San (Lindera Powder for Regulating Qi). One dose divided into three servings. Another method: Sha (Sand), Shui Zhi, Zhumo (Bamboo Membrane), Sitou (Silk Thread). Stir-fry Shui Zhi with sand, remove sand, use Shui Zhi powder. Burn Zhusi (Bamboo Silk) to ash, mix with wine and take.
Treats falls from height, blood stasis distending chest/heart, cyanotic face, shortness of breath, near death.
Use Feibo Niao (Flying Magpie, sweet/cold taste) wing feathers, 7 pieces, burn to powder, take with wine. Right wing feathers are best. (Feibo refers to male magpie; feathers burning to ash sink in water are female; left wing covering right indicates male).
Another formula
Use Shaofen (Kaolin, pungent/cold taste), 1 qian bi, mix with water and take, cures immediately.
Treats falls from height, head trauma with brain hemorrhage, stroke with jaw lock.
Use Heidou (Black Soybean, sweet/neutral taste), 1 sheng, stir-fry to remove raw smell, do not overcook. Pound to powder, steam. Capture steam in basin below steamer,淋 (drip) 1 sheng of wine onto the powder.
Warm drink 1 sheng. Collect residue paste, apply to wound.
