以刺羊血热饮之，即瘥，一方用新羊血，慎勿刺羊取血，神道不 ，当无瘥也。
口鼻同时出血，是由于劳损和热邪所致。因为血本归属于心，经脉中的血液运行不息，如果一时停滞，不能正常蓄积于特定部位，就会导致出血。
天门冬汤（出自《医方大成》）：治疗因思虑过度损伤心脏，导致吐血、衄血不止。

Bleeding from both the mouth and nose is caused by labor-induced heat. Blood originally belongs to the Heart. The meridians circulate blood ceaselessly; if there is a temporary stagnation, preventing it from accumulating properly in its designated location, bleeding occurs.
Tianmendong Decoction (Cinnamon Twig Decoction - *Note: Tianmendong refers to Asparagus Root, Cinnamon Twig is Guizhi. Correcting based on text "Tianmendong Tang"*): Asparagus Root Decoction (Asparagi Radix Decoction) [from *Yifang Dacheng*]: Treats incessant hematemesis and epistaxis due to excessive worry injuring the Heart.
Ingredients: Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, heart removed, boiled with Licorice), Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Tianmendong (Asparagi Radix, heart removed), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, rhizome removed), Ou Jie (Nelumbinis Node), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini, stir-fried with Arcae Concha powder), Moyao (Myrrha). Each four qian. Use one and a half sheng of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct and take.
Ciji San (Thistle Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats hematemesis, epistaxis, and incessant bleeding from the large and small intestines.
Ingredients: Ciji (Cirsii Herba), Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma, rhizome removed), Sheng Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh), Lu Jiao Jiao (Colla Cornus Cervi, crushed and stir-fried until yellow). Each one liang. Xiong (Chuanxiong Rhizome - *implied by context/fragment*).
Zhuru San (Bamboo Shavings Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis, caused by internal injury or labor-induced damage.

Renshen San (Ginseng Powder):
Ingredients: Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Heidou (Sojae Semen Nigrum), Dengxin (Junci Medulla), Dan Zhuru (Light Bamboo Shavings), Fangbangxing (likely a typo or obscure term, retained as is), Bianbai Nao (Platycladi Cacumen), Maogen (Imperatae Rhizoma), Ziping (Lemnae Herba). Equal parts. Cut into pieces, decoct together and take, or grind into fine powder and take.
Dihuang San (Rehmannia Powder), also known as Sheng Dihuang Yin (Fresh Rehmannia Drink) [from *Qianjin Fang*]: Treats bleeding from both mouth and nose, blood flowing upwards, urgency and shortness of breath in the chest and heart, and bleeding from the stool.
Ingredients: Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh) eight liang, Puhuang (Typhae Pollen) one sheng, Digupi (Lycii Cortex) five liang, Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, remove black rot), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Sheng Zhuru (Fresh Bamboo Shavings). Each three liang.
Danggui Tang (Angelica Decoction) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats incessant epistaxis and hematemesis, with pain in the chest and heart.
Ingredients: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Jiangjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma), Shaoyao (Paeoniae Radix), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini). Each two liang. Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix) three liang. Cut into pieces, use six sheng of water, decoct to obtain two sheng, divide into three doses.
Bianbai San (Platycladus Powder): Treats male epistaxis.
Ingredients: Yanjie Cao (Herba Plantaginis Lanceolatae? *Contextual guess*), Zhizi Ye (Gardeniae Folium), Dizhu (Bambusae Folium), Bianbai (Platycladi Cacumen). Equal parts. First, crush garlic and ginger, grind with water, drink shallowly to induce sleep. Then decoct the four ingredients and take.
Huangqin Shaoyao Tang (Scutellaria and Peony Decoction) [from *Yifang Dacheng*]: Treats deficient individuals unable to eat, suffering from epistaxis and hematemesis.
Ingredients: Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma). Equal parts. Cut into pieces, use two zhan of water, decoct to one zhan and take. Another formula adds Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and Huangbo (Phellodendri Cortex).
Yujin San (Curcuma Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats incessant hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Yujin (Curcumae Radix), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Feiluo Mian (Fine Wheat Flour), Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex, sliced). Each one liang. Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma, stir-fried until slightly red, sliced) one and a half liang. Grind into powder, mix with one large zhan of juice from Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh) and take.
Ou Zhi San (Lotus Root Juice Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats incessant hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Sheng Ou Zhi (Fresh Lotus Root Juice), Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice), Daji Zhi (Great Thistle Juice). Each three he. Sheng Mi (Raw Honey) half a spoon. Mix well. Take one small zhan per dose, sip slowly.
Puhuang Yin (Typha Drink): Treats incessant hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Nuomi (Sticky Rice, stir-fried), Puhuang (Typhae Pollen), Qingdai (Indigo Naturalis), Baifan (Wheat Flour). Each one liang. Grind into powder, mix with water, take five qian.
Maimendong Yinzi (Ophiopogon Drink) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis exceeding one dou, suitable for this prescription.
Ingredients: Sheng Maimendong Zhi (Fresh Ophiopogonis Juice) five he, Sheng Ciji Zhi (Fresh Cirsii Juice) five he, Sheng Dihuang Zhi (Fresh Rehmannia Juice) five he. Mix in a silver pot, warm slightly. Take one he per dose.
Maosu Tang (Imperata and Perilla Decoction) [from *Zhizhi Fang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Maohua (Imperatae Flos) three qian, Zisu Jingye (Perillae Caulis et Folium) two qian. Cut into pieces, use one bowl of fresh drawn water, decoct to seven tenths, remove dregs, while hot, mix with two qian of raw Puhuang (Typhae Pollen) and take.
Baishao Yao San (Peony Powder) [from *Zhouhou Fang*]: Treats hemoptysis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Baishao Yao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) one liang, Xijiao Mo (Rhinocerotis Cornu Pulvis) one fen. Grind into powder, take one qian with fresh drawn water, stop when bleeding ceases.
Jizi Bai Wan (Egg White Pill) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Jizi Bai (Albumen Ovi Galli) three eggs, Hao Xiangmo (Good Fragrant Ink) two liang. Grind into powder, mix with albumen ovi galli to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take at any time, with juice from Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh).
Ge Fen San (Arca Shell Powder) [from *Baiyi Xuanfang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Ge Fen (Arcae Concha Powder), Bai Jiaoxiang (Balsamum Peruvianum? *Likely Bai Jiao Xiang - Colla Corii Asini processed differently or similar resin*) equal parts. Mix with juice from good Pine Soot Ink and take.
Huhuanglian San (Picrorhiza Powder): Treats hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh), Huhuanglian (Picrorhizae Rhizoma). Equal parts. Grind into powder, make pills with pig bile the size of paulownia seeds. Take fifty pills per dose, before bed, with Maohua Tang (Imperata Decoction).
Maohua Tang (Imperata Decoction) [from *Baiyi Xuanfang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Use Maohua (Imperatae Flos) without limit, decoct in water and take.
To treat incessant hematemesis and epistaxis:
Use powder of dried Shiliupi (Punicae Pericarpium), blow into the nasal cavity to stop bleeding immediately.
Luobo Yin (Radish Drink), also known as Laifu Yin [from *Yangshi Jiaczang*]: Treats various blood-heat conditions, hematemesis, and epistaxis.
Take half a zhan of juice from fresh Luobo (Raphani Fructus), add a little white salt, and take for immediate effect. If fresh radish is unavailable, use one part of lightly stir-fried Luobozhong (Raphani Semen) and Zijeyejing (Perillae Stem and Leaf) to decoct and take.
To treat hematemesis and nasal redness:
Use one part of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), crush and squeeze out the juice, and mix with one sheng of urine from a robust adult male. Drink while hot for cure.
To treat hematemesis and epistaxis:
Decoct Maohuaxianghua (Costi Flos? *Likely Imperata or similar aromatic flower*) in water and take.
Another prescription:
Take one zhong of aged red rice washing water, warm and take.
Sandou Tang (Three Bean Decoction) [from *Zhushi Jiyuan Fang*]: Treats epistaxis and hematemesis caused by excessive alcohol consumption. Symptoms are mild when standing but severe when lying down. Effective when other medicines fail.
Ingredients: Wudou (Sojae Semen Nigrum), Chixiaodou (Vigna Semen Adzuki), Lvdou (Phaseoli Semen Mungo). Equal parts. Take with warm water.
Xiexin Tang (Drain the Heart Decoction), also known as Sanhuang Tang (Three Yellow Decoction) [from *Danliao Fang*]: Treats insufficiency of Heart Qi, resulting in hematemesis and epistaxis.
Ingredients: Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma) three liang, Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix). Each one liang. Cut into pieces, use three sheng of water, decoct to obtain one sheng, take in one dose. Suitable for taking before meals. Also extremely effective for cholera-like disorders. Add Sheng Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Fresh), decoct in clear water for four doses. Cure occurs when bowel movements become free. Some say, for Heart Qi insufficiency, one should further drain the fire.
Bitter drainage to clear heat:
To treat hematemesis and epistaxis [from *Weishi Fang*]:
Burn Shanzhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) to ash, mix with grain vinegar and take. Another formula uses Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) and Gancao (Licorice Radix et Rhizoma). Take three qian per dose, decoct to five tenths, take warm.
Huangqin San (Scutellaria Powder) [from *Shenghui Fang*]: Treats hematemesis and epistaxis, which may come and go, all caused by accumulated heat in the Heart. Suitable for use.
Use one liang of Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), remove the black rotten center, grind into powder. Take three qian per dose, use one medium zhan of water, decoct to six tenths. Take warm with dregs, regardless of time.
Epistaxis lasting one month, caused by sudden fright [from *Shenghui Fang*]:
Drink fresh sheep blood while hot, and it will heal. Another formula uses new sheep blood. Be careful not to injure the sheep to get blood; disrespecting the spiritual way will prevent healing.
