Shili Infused Wine Formula (from *Shenghui Fang*) treats Feng Da (Major Leprosy). Symptoms include heat-toxin in the head and face, skin sores, nodules on the face, and even loss of eyebrows.
Ingredients: Suan Shili (Sour Pomegranate, crushed with peel), Tian Shili (Sweet Pomegranate, seven each, crushed with peel), Renshen (Ginseng, rhizome removed), Kushen (Sophora Root, sliced), Shashen (Adenophora Root, rhizome removed).
Usage: Seal the head (apply medicinal liquid or paste to the affected area of the head).

Kushen Powder (from *Rumen Shiqin*) treats Li Feng (a severe form of wind-disease).
Ingredients: Kushen (fine powder, weighed at two liang), Zhudu (Pig stomach, one, fat removed).
Preparation and Usage: Sprinkle the Kushen powder into the pig stomach, sew it shut with thread, and boil overnight until soft. Remove after cooling, add Hewushao (Polygonum Multiflorum, two liang), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, one liang, raw), Shaoyao (Peony Root, five qian), Renshen (Ginseng, three qian), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, one liang, baked). Sanji Wan (Three Remedies Pill) (from *San Yin Fang*) treats severe Feng Da diseases.
Ingredients: Danggui (Angelica Sinensis), Shudihuang (Prepared Rehmannia Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Flower Spike, three liang each), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Xixin (Asarum, one liang each), Guixin (Cinnamon Twig, one fen).
Preparation: Cut the herbs, mix uniformly, and make into pills.

Mijiao Powder (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats severe Feng Da diseases accompanied by seminal emission.

Preparation: Grind all ingredients together finely.

Liushen Powder (from *Shengji Zonglu*) treats Lei disease.
Ingredients: Lougu (Mole, one, remove intestines), Shanglu Genzhi (Phytolacca Root Juice, half zhan), Fengmi (Bees, seven, wrapped in mud half a finger thick, roasted over one jin of charcoal until the mud is dry and red-hot, cooled and finely ground in a mortar, not sieved), Shengmi (Raw Honey, three fen), Shengjiangzhi (Fresh Ginger Juice, three fen), Ludoumo (Mung Bean Powder, one qian).
Preparation: Mix all ingredients together.
Usage: Take with decoction; monitor bowel movements; effective in about half a day. Treats accumulation of heat in the Heart and Lungs, wind-toxin from the Kidneys attacking the skin, causing frequent scabies and tinea, unbearable itching, occasional discharge of yellow fluid, hand and foot ulceration due to Feng Da, eyebrow loss, and all kinds of wind diseases.
Ingredients: Xuanshen (Scrophularia Root), Jingjie (Schizonepeta), four liang each; Kushen (Sophora Root), half a jin; Da Chuanwu (Large Aconite Root), Xuanlian (Coptis Rhizome), one liang each; Zhen Niuhuang (Real Buffalo Calves' Yellow, two or three qian).
Preparation: Grind into powder, bind with water paste into pills the size of Sophora seeds.
Usage: Take thirty pills per dose with warm water or tea rinse. Another formula adds Shengma (Cimicifuga), Fangfeng, and Zaojiao (Gleditsia Sinensis) boiled into a paste, added to refined excipients.
Indication: Treats mild cases of Feng Da syndrome.

Danggui, Qianghuo, Duhuo Powder (Formula name implied by ingredients)

Ingredients: Jinqi (Gold Lacquer, five he), Wushe (Chinese Cobra, soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted until slightly yellow), Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root, rhizome removed), Sang'e (likely Sangzhi Mulberry Twig or Sangye Mulberry Leaf, three liang each, best harvested in winter), Gualougen (Trichosanthes Root...).

Kushen Pill

Lingxiao San (凌霄散) (Also known as Wujiu San, from *Rumen Shiqin*)
Treats Li Feng (Leprosy). This disease is not limited to the Lung organ; because it manifests on the nose, it is colloquially called Lung Sores. It occurs when blood follows Qi transformation. When Qi fails to distribute, Blood accumulates; once Blood accumulates, flesh rots. Main treatment involves gentle dispersal via decoction. In Bureau Formulas, take Shengma Tang (Cimicifuga Decoction) with Xie Qing Wan (Drain Green Pill). Other diseases are treated according to their respective meridians.
Ingredients: Chanke (Cicada Slough), Dilong (Earthworm, stir-fried), Baijiangcan (White Silkworm), Quanxie (Scorpion, seven each), Lingxiaohua (Campsis Flower, half liang).
Preparation: Grind into fine powder.
Usage: Take two qian per dose, mixed with wine.

Tianma Pill (from *Shengji Zonglu*)
Treats Feng Da Lei.
Ingredients: Tianma (Gastrodia Rhizome), Baifuling (Poria Cocos, black skin removed, two liang each), Baifuzi (Arisaema Cum Bile, processed, one and a half liang), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong, three liang each), Fuzi (Processed Aconite Root), Jiangcan (Stir-fried Silkworm), Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, stir-fried), Mayaxiao (Mirabilite, crushed, one liang each), Dansha (Cinnabar, ground, three fen), Bailonggu (Dragon Bone, one liang), Niuhuang (Buffalo Calves' Yellow, ground, one fen), Shexiang (Musk, ground, half liang).
Preparation: Except for already ground drugs, crush and sieve the rest. Mix with the separately ground drugs, bind with refined honey into pills the size of Sophora seeds.
Usage: Take seven to ten pills per dose with warm wine. Take on an empty stomach, at noon, and before bed. For all wind diseases, if sweating is desired, take with Stir-fried Bean Pouring Wine and cover with thick clothing.

Shihu Powder (from *Shengji Zonglu*)
Treats severe wind diseases where limbs cannot move or turn over, shoulder pain, heavy body and tight neck, muscle spasms preventing walking, feet feeling like pierced by awls. These result from drinking and sleeping exposed to wind-dampness, rising from below to stiffen the abdomen and back, Bi Syndrome, deficiency of Ying and Wei, blocked blood vessels, anxiety and unhappiness, cold and dampness under the scrotum.

Canger Wine
Treats severe Feng Da diseases and all wind diseases, even toxic wind in the bone marrow, making the person robust.
Ingredients: Cang'er (Xanthium Fruit with stems, leaves, flowers, and seeds, cut, one shi, harvested in August), Niuxigen (Achyranthes Root, sliced, one sheng), Shanglu Gen (Phytolacca Root, sliced, one dou, white woody type), Shunianzi (Burdock Seed...).
Preparation and Usage: Text is fragmented, involving soaking, stirring, filtering steps.

Baigui Powder
Treats slow and urgent Feng Da, limb spasms, or long-term paralysis with loss of control.
Usage: Make wine with turtle and drink; all will recover.

Kushen Drink

Grass Formula

Usage: Take one dan of grass, boil in two shi of water to obtain one shi of liquid, soak and wash the sores. Cure in three to five applications.

Fuzi Wine (from *Qianjin Fang*)
Treats Feng Da, cold phlegm, masses, distension, various Bi syndromes. Disperses wind, removes dampness, warms meridians and dispels cold evil. Use one large Fuzi (two if severe). Process it, soak in wine. Spring/Winter: five days; Summer/Autumn: three days. Take one he, until cured. Take twice daily. If not cured... (text fragmentary).

Treating Feng Da (from *Bencao*)
Eat one segment of Ran She (Reticulated Python) meat to cure.
Previously, Lu Yuanqin of Quanzhou Prefecture suffered from Feng Da, with only his nose remaining intact. (On the fifth day of the fifth month, he intended to take Ran She gallbladder, but someone said meat could treat wind, so he took a segment...)

Mole Xiang Formula (from *Shenghui Fang*)
Treats severe wind diseases.
Ingredients: Mole Xiang (One jin, select bright ones from the teat duct), Niuru (Cow's Milk, five sheng), Gancao Mo (Licorice Powder, four liang).

Ingredients: Wutou (Aconite Root, raw, skin and umbilicus removed), Langdangzi (Datura Seed), Wuzhuyu (Evodia Fruit, washed seven times in hot water), Heidou (Black Soybean, raw, skin removed, equal parts).
Preparation: Grind into powder, bind with drops of water into pills.

Shechuangzi Powder
Treats Feng Da Lei disease.
Ingredients: Shechuangzi (Cnidium Fruit), Langdangzi (Datura Seed, equal parts).
Preparation: Grind into powder.
Usage: Take appropriate amount, decoct strongly to wash sores. Take Shenhu Pill daily; sores gradually dry in ten days.

Ersheng San (Two Sages Powder)
Treats severe Feng Li disease, blurred vision unable to distinguish people nearby, eyebrow and hair loss, collapsed nasal bridge, skin sores. (Also known as Zhiming San Life-Chasing Powder).
Usage: Burn one to two jin of Zaojiao Ci to ash, grind fine, decoct half liang of Dahuang, mix and take two qian. Another method uses cold wine to mix; passing black worms indicates efficacy. Rash if... Manjing Pill... (text mixes titles and content chaotically).

Manjing Pill
Treats Feng Da.
Ingredients: Manjingzi (Vitex Fruit), Gouqizi (Goji Berry), Niubangzi (Arctium Fruit, stir-fried), Hei Qianniu (Black Morning Glory Seed, stir-fried), Huma (Sesame Seed), Baizhi (Angelica Dahurica), Hewushao (Polygonum Multiflorum), Weilingxian (Clematis Root), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Flower Spike), Duhuo (Pubescent Angelica Root), dried half liang each.

Treats Feng Da Lei, itchy skin that flakes like bran upon scratching. Benefits viscera, clears latent heat in the Stomach, relieves dry throat and tongue, removes wind-Bi and emaciation, treats eyebrow/beard loss. Long-term use lightens the body, prolongs life, and prevents aging.
Ingredients: Songzhi (Pine Resin, two dou five sheng, collected in June from deep mountains/valleys), Shumi (Millet, two dou five sheng), Xiqu (Fine Yeast, fifteen jin half), Nuomi (Glutinous Rice, five dou).

Ruxiang Jian (Frankincense Decoction) (from *Shenghui Fang*)

Ingredients: Rushi (Frankincense, three liang, finely ground), Xionghuang [Realgar, two or three liang, finely ground], Yuzhizi (Prunus Mume Seed, one liang, pounded to powder).

Treats Li Feng, curled fingers, unbearable joint pain, gradual detachment, and destroyed nose; also treats wind diseases.
Ingredients: Bima (Castor Bean, remove shell), Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome, sliced, two liang each).
Preparation: Put in a small bottle, add one sheng of water to soak, three days in spring/summer, five days in autumn/winter.
