《养生方导引法》说：将两脚跟分开，膝盖并拢（或作“以两踵布膝”，意为脚跟与膝盖的特定姿势），可消除尿频。
（附论）
人的遗尿，是心、肾二气传导失常所致。因为心与小肠互为表里，肾与膀胱互为表里。如果心肾之气亏虚，
应当诊察脉象，若脉搏超过寸口进入鱼际部位出现遗尿，肝脉微滑，也会遗尿。左手关部脉沉为阴脉，阴脉绝者，即无肝脉也。
如果脉象反而浮大，面色本该黑却反黄，这是土克水，属于逆证，难以治愈。《内经》说膀胱不约束导致遗尿，也是肾虚不能约束水液，所以小便频多。严重时下焦损伤枯竭，真气不固，而小便失禁。
有的人在睡眠中不知不觉尿出，这是因为禀赋阴气偏盛，阳气偏虚，导致膀胱和肾气俱冷，不能温煦制约水液。
韭子丸（出自《三因方》）治疗小肠引起的遗尿，以及男子虚损严重，阳气衰败，小便白浊，夜间
梦遗精泄。此药补益

Enuresis results from the impaired transmission of Qi between the Heart and Kidneys. The Heart and Small Intestine are exterior-interior paired organs; the Kidneys and Bladder are exterior-interior paired organs. If the Qi of the Heart and Kidneys is deficient,
examine the pulse: if the pulse extends beyond the Cun Kou point into the Yu Ji area accompanied by enuresis, or if the Liver pulse is slightly slippery, enuresis may occur. A deep pulse at the Guan position on the left hand indicates Yin; if the Yin pulse is absent, it signifies the absence of the Liver pulse.
If the pulse is instead floating and large, and the complexion should be black but appears yellow, this represents Earth overcoming Water, which is a counterproductive pattern and difficult to treat. The *Neijing* states that failure of the Bladder to constrain leads to enuresis, also due to Kidney deficiency failing to control fluids, resulting in frequent urination. Severe cases involve exhaustion of the Lower Jiao, instability of True Qi, and involuntary urination.
Some individuals urinate involuntarily during sleep due to an innate excess of Yin Qi and deficiency of Yang Qi, causing coldness in both the Bladder and Kidneys, unable to warm and regulate water metabolism.
Jiu Zi Wan (from *San Yin Fang*) treats enuresis originating from the Small Intestine, as well as severe deficiency in men with depleted Yang energy, white turbid urine, and nocturnal seminal emission. This formula tonifies...

Cut into pieces. Decoct in 5 sheng of water to obtain 2 sheng. Take warm in three divided doses with rice drink. Powder form is also good.

Mi Yuan Dan (From *Wei Shi Fang*) treats internal deficiency and interior cold, spontaneous sweating, and urinary incontinence.
