千金论曰。有人自少至长。阴下常有干癣者。宜根据癣方主之。有五劳七伤而得阴下痒湿。

男子在阴头节下。妇人在玉门内。并似疳疮。作半剂食之大痛。疳则不痛。
苦参汤
疗阴囊下湿痒疮。
上煮槐皮、苦参、黄柏。及香薷汁洗之。并良。
矾石散（出海上方）

治丈夫阴气盛。阳气微弱。风寒之气。乘虚而客于肾经。故阴囊湿痒而微热。一种
但痒而不湿。一种在阴根并毛际痒。一种湿不痒。一种无汗者。谓之毒瓦斯不泄。此药治

【附论】
所谓虚劳导致的阴部疮疡，是因为肾气本应滋养外阴。如今肾虚无法滋养，导致津液从阴部渗出如汗。正气虚弱则易受风邪侵袭，
风邪客居于

天雄丸
治疗因虚劳导致的阳痿、阴部潮湿瘙痒并生疮。搔抓后流出汁液形成疮口，小便淋漓不尽或呈赤黄色，尿道内疼痛剧烈，遗精严重痛苦甚至尿血，视物模糊不清，遇风流泪，下肢软弱无法久立。适宜服用此药。
天雄（一两，炮制裂开，去皮和脐） 蛇床子（三分） 细辛（半两） 川大黄（半两，锉碎为佳） 杜
仲（三分，锉碎） 石菖蒲（三分，去心） 川椒（半两，去目及闭口者） 吴茱萸（三分） 白术（三分）。以上药材捣碎过筛，
用温酒送服三十丸。
蛇床子丸
治疗因虚劳导致的阳气衰微绝少，阳痿、阴部潮湿瘙痒生疮。
蛇床子（三分） 续断（半两） 薯蓣（半两） 桑寄生（半两） 肉苁蓉（一两，酒浸
一夜，刮去皱皮） 远志（半两，去心）
捣碎研磨二百下，制成梧桐子大小的丸药。
小浴方
治疗因虚劳导致的阴部潮湿瘙痒生疮。

煎至二升，滤去药渣。
清洗三五次。

麒麟竭散
治疗因虚劳导致的阴部潮湿生疮。
麒麟竭（半两） 坐拿草（三两） 黄柏（半两）。以上药材捣碎过筛为末，加入腻粉一分，全部研磨均匀。如果疮面破溃
腊茶散
治疗阴部疮疡瘙痒，流出黄水经久不愈的（又名五倍散）。
腊茶 五倍子（各等分） 腻粉（少许）。以上药材研成细末，先用浆水葱汤清洗患处，频繁敷药，用花椒汤更佳。另一方法
黄龙散
治疗湿性干性疮癣，黄汁浸淫蔓延，颜色像花瓣一样。
黄柏 龙骨 赤石脂（各一两）。以上药材研成细末，用好酒调匀扫在疮上，或者干贴。
槐白皮汤（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗因虚劳导致的阴部潮湿瘙痒生疮。
槐白皮（二两） 黄柏（一两半） 香茅叶（一两半）。以上药材细细锉碎，用水三升，煎至二升，
滤去药渣，观察温度。
乌梅散（出自《圣惠方》）
治疗因虚劳导致的阴部潮湿瘙痒生疮。
乌梅（十四枚） 青钱（四十文） 盐（三钱）。以上药材用水和酒各一升，在铜器内煎至升半，
滤去药渣，观察温度。
佛手散
治疗湿性疳疮癣，瘙痒疼痛皮肤腐烂。
黄丹（炒黄二钱） 豆粉（炒黄二两）。以上药材研磨均匀，用清油调匀扫在疮上，之后掺入如圣散。

石膏 黄芩（去皮心各一两）。以上药材研成细末，干掺在疮上。先使用佛手散。

治疗因虚劳导致的阴部潮湿瘙痒生疮。
猪蹄（两个，锉碎） 槐树寄生（细锉二升）。以上药材用水五升，煮取三升，滤去药渣，根据冷热程度，洗
疮口三五次
玉粉散
治疗阴部疮疡浸淫不止。
白矾（枯矾） 定粉（各等分）。以上药材研成细末，先洗澡洗净擦干，然后掺药。
雌鸡散
治疗阴部下方潮湿瘙痒。
以上方法：先用黄雌鸡，将粉和滑石研成末，拌饭喂鸡吃。然后取出鸡肉食用，非常补益。
蒲黄散
治疗男子阴部下方潮湿瘙痒。
以上方法：取蒲黄末，敷用三次效果良好。
《千金论》说：有人从小到长大，阴部下方常有干癣，应当依据治疗癣的方剂主治。有五劳七伤导致阴部下方痒湿，
搔抓后
男子在阴茎头节下，妇人在玉门内，都类似疳疮，服用半剂食物会剧烈疼痛，如果是疳疮则不痛。
苦参汤
治疗阴囊下方潮湿瘙痒生疮。
以上方法：煮槐树皮、苦参、黄柏，以及香薷汁清洗，都有效。
矾石散（出自《海上方》）
治疗阴囊上生湿疮，流黄水，妨碍行走。
以上方法：取白矾不限多少，研为末，放入冷水中清洗疮口，即愈。
治疗阴部下方潮湿瘙痒成疮。（出自《圣惠方》）
以上方法：煮桃树皮和黍米汁，清洗患处。
治疗阴部下方潮湿瘙痒生疮。（出自《十便良方》）
以上方法：取甘草一尺，用水五升，煮取三升，浸泡清洗，每天三四次即可痊愈。
治疗阴囊潮湿瘙痒生疮。
猪蹄两只脚 槐枝里白皮（切一升）。以上药材用水煮洗疮口，一天五六遍，永远痊愈。

Tianxiong Wan (Heavenly Hero Pill)
Treats impotence, dampness, itching, and ulceration of the external genitalia caused by deficiency consumptive disease. Scratching produces fluid that forms ulcers; urination is dribbling or red-yellow; severe pain in the urethra; severe seminal emission with suffering or hematuria; blurred vision; tearing when exposed to wind; lower limb weakness preventing prolonged standing. This formula is suitable for use.
Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Tianxiong, 1 liang, processed until cracked, skin and umbilicus removed), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 3 fen), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (Xixin, 0.5 liang), Rheomi Radix et Rhizoma (Chuan Dahuang, 0.5 liang, cut into small pieces), Eucommiae Cortex (Duzhong, 3 fen, cut into small pieces), Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma (Changpu, 3 fen, heart removed), Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, 0.5 liang, eyes and closed-mouth ones removed), Evodiae Fructus (Wuzhuyu, 3 fen), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu, 3 fen). The above herbs are crushed and sieved. Take 30 pills with warm wine.
Shechuangzi Wan (Cnidius Fruit Pill)
Treats impotence, dampness, itching, and ulceration of the external genitalia caused by exhaustion of Yang Qi due to deficiency consumptive disease.
Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi, 3 fen), Dipsaci Radix (Xuduan, 0.5 liang), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shuyao, 0.5 liang), Taxilli Herba (Sangjisheng, 0.5 liang), Cynomorii Herba (Roucongrou, 1 liang, soaked in wine overnight, wrinkled skin scraped off), Polygalae Radix (Yuanzhi, 0.5 liang, heart removed). Crush and grind for 200 strokes. Make pills the size of paulownia seeds.
Xiao Yu Fang (Small Bath Formula)
Treats dampness, itching, and ulceration of the external genitalia caused by deficiency consumptive disease.
Zanthoxyli Fructus (Chuanjiao, 1.5 liang), Cnidii Fructus (Shechuangzi), Sophorae Flavescentis Radix (Kushen, 1.5 liang), Alumen (Baifan, 1 liang), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiangfuzi, 1 liang), Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guixin, 3 fen), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, ...). Decoct until 2 sheng remains. Strain. Wash 3-5 times.
Ruxiang Longgu San (Dragon Bone and Frankincense Powder)
Treats dampness, itching, and erosion/ulceration of the external genitalia.
Longgu (Fossilized Mammal Bones, 1 qian), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, raw), Myrobalani Fructus (Wubeizi, 1 fen each), Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji), Ruxiang (Frankincense), Minium (Huangdan, 0.5 fen each), Moschus (Shexiang, a little). The above herbs are ground into fine powder.
Piaosao San (Mantis Egg Case Powder)
Treats dampness and ulceration of the external genitalia caused by deficiency consumptive disease.
