曲柏丸 治下痢数年不止。消谷下气。补虚弱。

狗头骨丸 治久患下痢。脐腹疼痛。所下杂色。日夜不止。或其人久虚。顿下肠垢

醋糊丸如梧桐子大。每服五七十丸。米饮空心下。一方脓出甚者。去附子。
密陀僧丸 治久痢。
密陀僧 白矾 阳起石 伏火砒 伏龙肝 赤石脂（各半两） 上捣令细。入瓶中。盐

诃黎勒散 治久痢不止。沉困怠惰。

虚积丸 治久痢不瘥。将变 。
硫黄 水银 巴豆（各一两） 礞石 硼砂（各半两） 上同在研匀。以好醋和令匀得

先作一地坑如茶盏大。沉四指净火。 通赤。去灰火去醋。纸衬摊药在内。碗盖上焙一宿。
取出候干。面糊为丸如小豆大。每服二丸或三丸。生姜枣汤送下。
治诸痢久不瘥。
羊脂 阿胶 蜡（各二两） 黍米（二升） 上合煮作粥。一服令尽。即瘥。
干姜汤 治积年痢。因毒肠极滑。医所难药。

生姜 沙糖（各一分） 上以三重湿纸裹煨。五更初都作一服。以腊茶嚼下。
姜苋方 治久痢不止。或赤或白。
马齿苋 生姜（各二两） 上和匀。用湿纸裹煨熟。不拘多少。细嚼。米饮咽下。
治痢。止腹痛不可忍者。
良姜 芍药 上等分为末。姜盐汤调下。
二灵散 治久痢肠胃俱虚。肛门自下。
龙骨（半两） 木贼草（二分半） 上为末。每用半钱。干掺。候少时以手托上。
黑豆汤 治赤白痢疾。诸药不瘥。
黑豆（半升） 甘草（一两半） 上绵裹。以浆水三升。煎至一升。去滓。温二服。
治积久二十年常下痢
用赤松皮切一斗。为散。面粥和一升服之。日三服即效。服一斗永瘥。三十年痢。服之
百日瘥。
曲末酒。治久冷痢不纯白者。由积卧冷处。经久病发。遂令脾胃俱冷。日夜五六
十行。大小
用好曲末五升。微熬令香。温清醇酒令热。和曲末一升。空腹顿服之。日三服。若至食
时。捣蒜一升令至熟。下姜、椒末调和如常食之法。惟须稠。勿加盐。以水和面二升作淳饼。
极
比至瘥来。少食余食。以此法治。不过两日。无有不瘥。
治久痢赤白。
嫩艾叶。上捣搅取汁一升。日二服。大效。
黑神散 治肠滑久痢。神妙无比。
酸石榴（一枚） 上捣为散。每服用酸石榴一瓣。以水一盏。煎汤调下二钱许。久泻亦
治之。又疗冷热不调。或滞或水。赤白清黄者。捣汁服之亦佳。
豆蔻散 治脾虚肠鸣。久痢不止。腹痛不能食。
大肉豆蔻（一枚入乳香三十块在内以面熟为度） 上为末。每服一钱。米饮调下。
草蒿方 治冷热久痢。
上草蒿。秋冬用子。春夏用苗。捣绞汁服。
治久赤白痢
用黄雌鸡子。醋煮熟。空腹食之。
黄连膏 治久痢累医不瘥。
用黄连一两为末。以鸡子白和为饼。炙令如紫肝色。杵为末。以浆水三升。慢火煎成膏。
白痢加酒半盏同煎。每服半合。温米饮调下。食前服。一方治赤痢。为丸。每服三十丸。米
饮服之。
治久痢劳痢
用干姜、莨菪焦炒见烟。面糊为丸。白饮空心下十丸。极效。
治久下痢经时不止者。此休息痢。
用牡狗骨。炙令黄焦。捣。饮服方寸匕。日三服。
治痢久不瘥
用干枣和丸。米粉烧服。
治久痢。及疳痢困重方。
用樗白皮不限多少。取土际不用。见狗及风。细切。捣烂如泥。捻作馄饨如枣。勿令过
熟煮。吞七枚。重者不过七服。皆空肚。忌油腻、熟面、毒物。
神授散 治久痢不瘥。
用陈石榴焙干。为细末。米汤调下三四钱。人患二三十年。或三两月不愈者。百药不效。
此药一服便住。不可以草方轻视。
治痢疾久病。诸药不效。
用猪脏熟煮。薄切。空心炒米子平胃散服之。即愈。忌热物。
蚺蛇胆方 治温痢久不断。体瘦多昏睡。坐则闭目。食不下。
用蚺蛇胆大如豆二枚。煮通草汁研胆。以意多少饮之。涂五心并下部。
治诸痢日久者。二服效。
服下五丸。或者令其排出一丸。大小如同麻子。小儿根据年龄大小调整剂量。夜间卧床时，用温热的米汤送服五到七丸。孩子稍大一些可增至十丸。
忌食油腻、粘滞等食物。
敛肠丸：治疗下痢脓血。
木香（一钱） 地榆（二钱） 酸石榴皮（二钱） 罂粟壳（一两半）。以上药材研为细末。
用炼蜜制成如弹子大小的丸药。每次服用一粒。用陈米泔水一盏，煎至六分，饭前服用。
戊己丸：治疗肠胃虚滑。下痢无度。脓血混杂。
甘草 木香 罂粟壳 乌梅 赤芍药。以上药材等分为末。每次服用二钱。空腹时用米饮送服。
地榆芍药丸：治疗泻痢脓血。以及脱肛。
苍术（八两） 地榆 卷柏 芍药（各三两）。以上药材筛匀。每次服用一两。用水一大盏半，煎至一半。温服。
又一方：
用白石脂和厚朴研为末。用米汁送服以止住腹泻。
治疗下痢脓血。（出自《本草》）
用蜡和松脂、杏仁、枣肉、茯苓等分。合成丸药。饭后服用五十丸。大小如梧桐子。
（附论）
如果久痢不愈，则谷气日渐消耗。肠胃受损。湿气散溢。肌肉浮肿。这是因为胃土极度虚弱所致。虫因虚而动。向上侵蚀膈部，则呕吐逆气、烦闷。向下侵蚀肠道，则肛门疮烂。久而不愈，变成疳积。或者下赤汁。水血各半。气味腥臭不可靠近。这是五脏俱损。而五液杂下。这属于难治之症。

龙骨汤：治疗新久泻痢。

附子汤：治疗暴下积日不愈。久痢。
附子（一枚） 石榴皮（一贝） 阿胶（二两） 龙骨 甘草 芍药 干姜 黄连（各一两） 黄芩（半两） 粳米（三合）。以上筛匀。用水八升。煮取三升。分三次服用。
下痢丸：治疗数十年痢疾。下气消谷。使人能进食。夏季长期服用不会发生霍乱。
大麦 法曲（各一升） 乌梅（二升半） 附子 干姜 黄连 黄柏 桂心（各三两） 蜀椒（半两） 吴茱萸（四两）。以上为末。和丸如梧桐子大小。饭后服用十丸。每日三次。加至二十丸。一日三次。加至四十丸。另一方案用当归。无黄柏。名为曲柏丸。
乌梅丸：治疗诸痢久下。
乌梅（三百枚） 干姜 黄连（各十两） 当归 蜀椒（各四两） 细辛 附子 桂心 人参 黄柏（各六两）。以上为末。用苦酒浸泡乌梅一夜。去核。蒸五升米。再另捣如泥。盘中搅令均匀相得。蜜和捣二千杵。丸如梧桐子大小。饭前服用十丸。每日三次。稍增至二十丸。米饮送服。
曲柏丸：治疗下痢数年不止。消谷下气。补虚弱。
桂枝（去粗皮） 附子 黄连 当归 神曲 干姜 麦冬（各一两） 吴茱萸 蜀椒 乌梅肉（各一两半）。以上捣罗为末。炼蜜和丸。如梧桐子大小。每次服用二十丸。米饮送服。加至四十丸。另一方案用粟米糊丸。
马蔺子散：治疗赤白痢。腹内疼痛。以及久水谷痢。色白如米浆沉淀。全部主治。极重者。
不超过三四日必愈。
