治疗原则：其时令表现为热。其对应物象为脉。
天地之气：上方显现厥阴风木，左侧为少阴君火，右侧为太阳寒水。因此天气扰动而其政令纷乱。下方显现少阳相火，左侧为阳明燥金……因此地气端正而其令行迅速。风气生于高远之处，炎热随之而来。云气趋向雨府，湿气得以施行。风与火同德，上受迷惑。对应的谷物为苍色（木）和丹色（火）。间谷提及太宫（土）和太羽（水）者，其损耗为文角（木）和品羽（火）。寒化与雨化的胜复相同，邪气之化度与火化二为正化之度。岁物之适宜，则毛虫安静，羽虫繁育。受地气制约，则介虫消耗。寒火热，胜复交替发作。蛰伏的虫子出来出现，流水不结冰。热病流行于下部，风病流行于上部。风燥胜复……
