以温薄荷酒磨下五丸或七丸服之。小儿中诸风痫或天吊风等。以母乳磨一丸或两丸。量力服

天麻防风丸（出直指方）治一切诸风。

太一丹（出传信适用方）治诸风及瘫痪偏风。手足顽麻。肢节缓弱。骨肉疼

。并治头风偏正头痛。项颈拘急。头旋目晕。呕吐痰水。或耳鸣聋。风痰上盛。及疗伤
风伤寒头痛。不可忍者。并宜服之。常服消风化痰。清头目。利胸膈。

大圣一粒金丹（一名保命丹出和剂方）治男子妇人一切风疾。气血俱虚。阴
阳
偏废。卒暴中风。僵仆昏塞。涎潮搐搦不省人事。失音。项强。手足 曳。口眼 斜。
瘫痪偏枯。半身不遂。语言蹇涩。举止错乱。四肢麻痹。癫痫倒地目瞑不开。涎盛作声
。角弓反张。目睛直视。口噤闷绝。牙关紧急。风搏阳经。目眩头痛。耳内蝉鸣。皮肤
抽搐。多困喜睡。项强拘急不能回顾。肾脏风。脚膝疼痛。步履艰难。偏风流注。一边
屈伸不得。此药无问新久并治之。有风疾常服尤佳。补益五脏。秘固真元。通流关节。
祛除风邪。壮筋续骨。大效。

者半丸。不拘时候叶氏于本方中去麝香。增天麻、防风、乳香。减没药、朱砂、白矾各一分。
余根据本法。治一切风。及头面诸风。皮肤不仁。多生瘾疹。手足顽麻。名万金丹。一法于本
方前四味减半。后六味等分。制料服饵之。法并同。如病势危急不暇求姜酒。以白汤磨。先
搽牙龈。牙关宽使可灌药下即苏。亦名大圣一粒金丹。本方中增防风一两。全蝎一分。治中
风瘫痪。涎潮不语。手足麻痹痛痒不知。名大圣镇风丹。一方有僵蚕。孕妇不可服。

大省风汤 治诸虚风涎潮痰厥。神昏头晕。语涩。手足搐搦。半身不遂。及历节风
痛。筋脉挛急。

。精神昏愦。或筋脉拘挛。遍身麻痹。百节疼痛。手足颤掉。及肾脏风毒上攻。头面虚
肿。耳鸣重听。鼻塞口干。痰涎不利。下疰腰腿脚膝缓弱。肿痛生疮。及治妇人血风攻
疰身体疼痛。面浮肌瘦。口苦舌干。头旋目眩。昏困多晕。或皮肤瘙痒。瘾疹生疮。暗
风夹脑风。偏正头疼。并皆治之。
甜瓜子（汤洗令净） 浮萍草（拣洗净） 川乌（炮去皮脐） 地榆（去苗刮削令净） 黑

（洗净焙各五十两） 天麻（去苗一百两） 以上为细末。用雪水白沙蜜各一（五）十斤零
十两。
同化
荆芥（六两） 乌头（八两） 何首乌〔用米泔水浸泡后切片、焙干，十二或三两〕。以上药材研成细末。用水调面糊制作药丸，大小如鸡头实。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，茶或酒送服均可，不限时间。妇人血风及流注病证，用黑豆淋过的酒送服。小儿惊风，用金银汤送服。伤风咳嗽，用酒煎麻黄送服。头痛，用葱茶送服。
搜风丸（又名人参半夏丸，出自《儒门事亲》）。治疗各种风疾。
人参 茯苓 南星（各半两） 蛤粉（二两） 半夏 干生姜（切碎） 白矾（切碎） 水石〔各一两或二两〕 薄荷（半两） 藿香（一分）。以上药材研成细末。用水泛丸，大小如豌豆。每次服用三十丸，生姜汤送服。

川樱桃丸。治疗手足各种风疾。
川乌（一只大的，去皮，生用） 羌活（一两） 麝香（五分，另研） 冰片（五分，另研） 草乌（半钱，去皮，生用） 川独活（一两） 当归（一两半，去芦头） 海桐皮（一两半，去皮；一两，净选） 威灵仙（一两半，去芦头；一两，净选） 朱砂（一两，细研，一半作衣，一半入药）。以上药材研成细末。炼蜜为丸剂，放入铁臼中杵捣两千多下，以不粘口为度。丸药大小如樱桃，朱砂为衣。每次服用一丸，细细咀嚼，温酒咽下。饭前及睡前服用。
再合宁心丹。治疗一切风邪。
白茯苓（二两） 山药（一两半） 防风（一两） 羌活（一两） 川芎（半两） 香附（白色者二钱） 僵蚕（二钱） 天麻〔半两或二两〕 甘草（一两） 全蝎（二十一枚）。以上药材研成细末。炼蜜为丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用四十丸，温酒送服。或用枣汤送服也可以。
铁弹丸。治疗风湿引起的筋骨软弱瘫痪。各种风疾，均能治疗。
乳香 没药 木鳖子（取肉） 白附子 虎骨〔各一两或二两〕 麝香（二钱） 全蝎（三两） 麻黄（去根节三两） 草乌〔一两或三两〕 自然铜（一两三钱）。以上药材研成细末。用墨锭磨汁和药丸。一两药制成十丸。用酒化开服用。
黑附子丸。治疗瘫痪、中风，以及妇人血风等病证。
附子（生用，去皮脐） 乌头（生用，去皮脐） 虎胫骨（涂酥炙烤） 五灵脂（炒） 防风（去芦头） 桂枝（去粗皮） 海桐皮（切碎） 地龙（炒） 野狼毒（生用，去芦头，用猪血浸泡一夜后炙干） 自然铜（醋淬七次，各四两）。以上药材研成细末。炼蜜为丸，大小如鸡头实。每次服用一丸，嚼烂，温酒送服。空腹、日中、睡前服用。
通明赤丸。治疗中风瘫缓，以及柔风等各种风疾。
乌蛇（去头骨和皮，不用） 麻黄（去根节） 白僵蚕（各一两） 白附子（生用） 半夏（汤浸去滑腻） 干蝎（去土） 干姜（炮制） 天南星 附子（去皮脐，各半两） 麝香（研一分）。以上药材均生用，捣成细末。用汤浸槐胶，研磨调和制成丸药，大小如大麻子。用生绢袋盛装，不可放在盒内，也不可用火烘焙。常服，每日空腹时，用薄荷酒送服三至五丸，微嚼破服用。若感觉药力冲激，含服煨甘草缓解。若是中风，急用温薄荷酒磨化五丸或七丸服用。小儿患各种风痫或天吊风等，用母乳磨化一丸或两丸，根据量力服用。
天麻防风丸（出自《直指方》）。治疗一切诸风。
人参 天麻 防风（各一两） 全蝎（炒半两） 朱砂（研） 雄黄（研） 甘草〔炙，各一分或五分〕 白僵蚕（炒半两） 牛黄（一钱） 麝香〔一钱〕。以上药材研成细末。炼蜜为丸，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二丸，紫苏薄荷汤嚼服。
洗药。治疗一切诸风。
大枫壳 香白芷 荆芥 苦参 何首乌 川椒 防风 苍耳草 麻黄 葱（带根）。以上药材用水一桶煎煮药汤。在温暖处洗浴，再将药渣加热添水继续洗。用被子覆盖取汗，出汗不宜过多。
太一丹（出自《传信适用方》）。治疗各种风疾及瘫痪偏风，手足顽麻，肢节缓弱，骨肉疼痛。并治疗头风、偏正头痛，项颈拘急，头晕目眩，呕吐痰水，或耳鸣耳聋，风痰上盛。以及治疗伤风、伤寒头痛，痛不可忍者，都适宜服用。常服可消风化痰，清利头目，通畅胸膈。
川芎 川乌（去皮尖） 草乌（去皮尖） 白芷 白附子 黑附子（去皮脐） 细辛（去叶洗净） 半夏（洗） 天南星（洗） 天麻（洗）。以上药材等分，均生用研成细末。如果药料二十四两，就加入面粉二十两（白色者），拌匀，滴水泛丸，大小如弹子。日中晒干。每次服用一粒，茶或酒送服均可，也可用荆芥薄荷茶送服。如果是伤寒伤风头目昏疼，用葱白一根同嚼，热茶清送下，不限时间。此药用之甚效。
大圣一粒金丹（又名保命丹，出自《和剂局方》）。治疗男子妇人一切风疾，气血俱虚，阴阳偏废，卒暴中风，僵仆昏塞，涎潮搐搦不省人事，失音，项强，手足牵引，口眼歪斜，瘫痪偏枯，半身不遂，语言蹇涩，举止错乱，四肢麻痹，癫痫倒地目瞑不开，涎盛作声，角弓反张，目睛直视，口噤闷绝，牙关紧急，风搏阳经，目眩头痛，耳内蝉鸣，皮肤抽搐，多困喜睡，项强拘急不能回顾，肾脏风，脚膝疼痛，步履艰难，偏风流注，一边屈伸不得。此药不问新久皆治之。有风疾常服尤佳。补益五脏，秘固真元，通流关节，祛除风邪，壮筋续骨，大效。
白矾（别研枯） 朱砂（别研） 没药（别研） 麝香（净内各半两） 五灵脂（去石） 白僵蚕（炒去丝） 白蒺藜（炒去刺，各一两） 大川乌头（去皮尖） 大黑附子（并炒去皮脐） 新罗白附子（炮，各二两为末）。以上药材研成细末混合。用松烟墨半两，井花水磨汁和药丸。每两药制成六丸，用金箔二百片为衣，阴干。每一丸用生姜半两，取自然汁磨化，用无灰酒暖热半盏，同药温服。根据病患酒量多少，再喝温酒一二升以助药力。随后用衣被盖覆使卧，出汗为效。病势轻者服半丸，不限时间。叶氏在本方中去掉麝香，增加天麻、防风、乳香，减少没药、朱砂、白矾各一分，其余依本法。治疗一切风及头面诸风，皮肤不仁，多生瘾疹，手足顽麻，名万金丹。另一法在本方前四味减半，后六味等分，制料服饵，方法相同。如果病势危急无暇求姜酒，用白开水磨化，先擦牙龈，牙关松开后即可灌药，苏醒，也名大圣一粒金丹。本方中增加防风一两，全蝎一分，治疗中风瘫痪，涎潮不语，手足麻痹痛痒不知，名大圣镇风丹。一方中有僵蚕，孕妇不可服。
龙脑丸（出自《圣惠方》）。治疗一切风。
龙脑（一分，细研） 雄黄（半两，细研） 朱砂（一分，细研） 麝香（一分，细研） 阿胶（一分，捣碎炒令黄燥） 丁香（一分） 天南星（一分，炮裂） 好墨〔半两锭〕 牛黄（一分，细研） 天竺黄（一分，细研）。以上药材捣罗为末，研令均匀。取三月三日，以木蜜和丸，大小如豇豆。每次服用，用热酒磨化一丸服用。
乌头汤（出自《千金方》）。治疗八风五尸，恶气游走胸心，流出四肢，来往不住，短气欲死。

追风散（出自《和剂局方》）。主治证候与前文追风散相同。
白僵蚕（去丝嘴炒） 全蝎（微炒） 甘草（炙） 荆芥（各二两） 川乌（炮去皮脐） 防风（去芦） 石膏（研，各四两） 川芎（三两） 麝香（研，一两）。以上药材研成细末。每次五分，用好茶调下。食后临卧服用。常服可清头目，利咽膈，消风壅，化痰涎。
磁石丸（出自《仁存方》）。治疗一切瘫痪暗风等疾。

If the medicine feels harsh, hold roasted Gancao (Licorice) in the mouth. In case of stroke, urgently dissolve five or seven pills in warm mint wine and administer. Also treats wind-cold and cold-induced headaches that are unbearable. Suitable for regular use to dissipate wind, resolve phlegm, clear head and eyes, and benefit chest and diaphragm.
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Chuanwu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, remove skin and tip), Caowu (Aconiti Radix Preparata, remove skin and tip), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Baifuzi (Glehniae Radix), Hei Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix, remove skin and umbilicus), Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma, remove leaves and wash), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, wash), Tiannanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, wash), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, wash). Equal parts of the above ingredients, used raw and ground finely. For every 24 liang of medicine, add 20 liang of white flour, mix evenly, drop water to form pills the size of marbles. Dry in the sun. Take one pill per dose, chew with tea or wine. Jingjie and Mint Tea is also acceptable. For cold/wind-cold causing head/eye dizziness and pain, chew with one stalk of Congbai (Scallion White) and swallow with hot clear tea, at any time. This medicine is very effective.
Da Sheng Yi Li Jin Dan (Great Sage One-Grain Golden Pill, also known as Baoming Dan, from *Heji Fang*). Treats all wind diseases in men and women, deficiency of qi and blood, imbalance of yin and yang, sudden stroke, collapse, unconsciousness, salivary tide, convulsions, loss of voice, neck stiffness, traction of hands and feet, deviation of mouth and eyes, paralysis, hemiplegia, slurred speech, confusion, limb numbness, epilepsy falling with eyes closed, excessive saliva making sounds, opisthotonos, staring eyes, locked jaw, coma, tight jaw, wind attacking yang meridians, dizziness, headache, cicada-like ringing in ears, skin twitching, lethargy, neck stiffness preventing turning back, kidney wind, knee/leg pain, difficulty walking, lateral wind flowing injection, inability to flex/extend one side. This medicine treats both new and old conditions. Regular use for wind diseases is excellent. Tonifies five zang organs, secures true yuan, unites joints, dispels wind pathogen, strengthens tendons and reconnects bones, highly effective.

Ye's modification removes Shexiang, adds Tianma, Fangfeng, Ruxiang, reduces Moyao, Zhusha, Baifan by 1 fen each, follows other methods. Treats all wind, head/face wind, skin insensitivity, urticaria, limb numbness, named Wanjin Dan. Another method halves the first four ingredients, equalizes the last six, prepares and takes similarly. If critical and no ginger/wine available, grind with plain water, apply to gums, loosen jaw to administer, wakes patient, also named Da Sheng Yi Li Jin Dan. Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Chuanwu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, processed), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, processed), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma, processed), Chuanjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Bai Fuling (Poria), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix). Equal parts. Form pills using fresh ginger juice, size of longan, press into cakes, coat with Zhusha. Take one cake per dose, chew thoroughly, swallow with Ginger Soup, at any time. Do not use raw; must be processed. Preventive use best guards against wind diseases. One formula omits Fangfeng.
Da Sheng Feng Tang (Great Saving Wind Decoction). Treats deficiency wind, salivary tide, phlegm syncope, unconsciousness, dizziness, slurred speech, limb convulsions, hemiplegia, joint wind pain, tendon/spasm contraction.
Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Banxia (Pinelliae Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix, each 1 liang), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-roasted, half liang), Quanxie (Scorpio, detoxified, 3 pieces), Fuzi (Prepared Aconiti Lateralis Radix, raw, remove skin/umbilicus), Chuanwu (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix, remove skin/umbilicus), Muxiang (Aucklandiae Radix), Nanxing (Arisaematis Rhizoma, each half liang). Chop. Take 4 qian per dose, 1.5 cups water, 10 slices ginger, decoct and take warm, at any time. Qi deficiency: add Chenxiang (Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum). Qi rebellion: add Zisu (Perillae Folium). Chest/diaphragm obstruction due to phlegm: double Banxia and Renshen. Dizziness/headache: add Tianma half liang, Quanxie 2 qian, add Shexiang when cooked. Ground into fine powder, wheat paste pills size of sophora seeds. Take 50 pills per dose, at any time, swallow with warm clear tea.

Ground into powder, honey pills size of mung beans, rolled in Nifen (Calomelas?), dried. For stroke muteness, severe cases, dissolve ten pills in warm wine, sweating indicates cure. For regular use, take five pills on empty stomach with warm wine.
