【救急方】治疗因风邪引起的牙齿松动疼痛。（出自《本草》）
取一把苍耳，用米浆水煮沸，加入少许盐含漱。
【独活地黄散】治疗牙齿疼痛向上攻冲，导致牙龈肿痛。
独活、地黄。以上两味药，各三两，研为细末。每次服用三钱，加水一盏煎煮，连同药渣一起温服。睡前再服用一次。用于治疗口齿疾病。
（附论）
牙齿是骨骼精华的外现。骨由肾所主。露在外面的部分称为“齿”，长在牙床内的部分称为“牙”。人的肾气强盛，牙齿自然坚固；肾气衰弱，则牙齿松动脱落。
【沉香延龄散】治疗风邪引起的牙痛及肾虚。此方能坚固牙齿，补肾，生津液。
沉香、川芎、生地黄、藁本、零陵香、砂仁、人参、熟地黄、防风、没石子、荆芥、藿香、石菖蒲、骨碎补（炒）、胆矾（煅）。早晚用来擦牙，用盐水漱口。
【无食子散】治疗肾虚齿痛，揩齿可使胡须变黑。
无食子、干马齿苋、莲子草、石榴皮、巨胜子（黑芝麻）、生地黄、柳皮（取白色内层）、羌活（去芦头）、诃黎勒。锉成如盆盖大小的碎片。
【鸡肠草散】治疗肾虚齿痛，揩齿可使鬓发乌黑，驻颜抗衰老。
鸡肠草、白矾（捣碎）、诃黎勒、香子、旱莲子、晚蚕沙、青盐、茜根、皂荚（各一两）、麻粉。在内使用。片刻后吐出。
【天雄散】治疗肾虚齿痛。
天雄（炮裂，去皮脐）、当归（切，焙干）、细辛（去苗叶）、附子（炮裂，去皮脐）、甘草（炙，锉）、干姜。上药捣筛为末。不要咽下。
【地黄散】治疗肾虚齿痛，使鬓发乌黑，揩齿。
升麻（锉，一两）、诃黎勒（捣碎，二枚）、白盐花（半分）、麻糁末（第一遍打出的，四合）、生地黄（二两）。在干净的沙瓶中盛放，密封。咀嚼后吐掉。兼治……
【莽草散】治疗肾虚齿痛，揩齿可使胡须变黑，亦能延年益寿。
莽草、生姜、干姜、猪牙皂角、生地黄、菟丝子、胡麻子。以上各四两，锉成如麻豆大小。放入藏药的瓶中，研为细末。
【地黄散】治疗肾脏虚弱，食用冷热食物时牙齿摩擦疼痛。
生地黄（切，焙干，一两）、白茯苓（去黑皮）、防风（去叉）、独活（去芦头）、枸杞子、山芋（各半两）。
【三枝散】治疗肾虚齿痛。
槐枝、柳枝、桑枝、晚蚕砂、青盐、麻糁。以上锉成如麻豆大小。用盐泥密封固济一个罐子，晒干后，将诸药放入，在炭火中烧成炭。
【胜金散】治疗肾热上蒸导致的牙龈浮肿、牙齿疼痛。或者肾原本虚冷导致的牙齿摇动，或者红肿疼痛。风牙、虫牙，都治疗。
取老生姜十两，切成像铜钱一样薄的片，摊在箕内，用冷水浸泡收缩。其次用砒霜一钱，研磨极细，拌入姜片中令其均匀。留少许砒霜放在旁边，倾于盆内，用盏子盖好，存其本性，要烧成黑炭，不可烧成白色。
荜茇、全蝎、华阴细辛、胡椒。以上焙干，制成姜炭，也研为细末拌匀。每次用手指蘸取少许，如黑豆大小。
【柴胡汤】治疗肾虚，牙齿牙龈肿胀，膈上有热。
柴胡、枳壳、黄连、浓朴。以上等分捣筛。每次用五钱，加水二盏，煎至一盏，去滓。饭后分两次服用。
【麝香散】治疗肾虚齿痛，揩齿。
麝香、小豆面、蜀椒、青盐。以上为末，用于揩齿后，用温水漱口。
【硫黄甘松散】治疗肾虚齿痛。
硫黄、甘松。以上分为细末，用百沸汤泡热，漱口神效。
【生地黄川芎汤】治疗肾虚髓少导致的齿痛。
生地黄、川芎（各一两）。以上用煎好的汤随时浸渍齿根。
【骨碎补散】治疗肾虚，气攻牙齿出血，牙龈痒痛，揩齿。
骨碎补（炒至黑色，二两）。以上为细末，漱口后揩齿根，良久后吐掉。睡前再用一次，吞咽津液不妨碍。
【肥皂方】治疗老人牙疼，因肾气虚弱，或因使用凉药擦牙所致。
用肥皂一枚，去核，将盐放入其中，用铁绵扎紧，用盐泥密封固济，火烧至黑末，用来擦牙。
【加减牙药麝香散】治疗肾气虚弱。牙齿是骨的终末，髓的滋养之处。如果肾气实，则骨髓坚固，牙齿……
绿矾、石胆、五倍子、诃子皮、何首乌、龙骨、藿香叶、甘松（各四钱）、缩砂仁、细辛、白……如常法。

Take a handful of *Xanthium sibiricum* (Cang'er), boil it in rice water, add a small amount of salt, and use for gargling.
[Duhuo Dihuang San] Treats tooth pain attacking upwards, causing swelling and pain in the gums.
*Duhuo* (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix) and *Dihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix). The above two herbs, each 3 liang, are ground into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct with one zhan of water, and take warm including the dregs. Take again at bedtime. Used to treat oral and dental diseases.

Teeth are the essence of bones. Bones are governed by the Kidney. The part exposed externally is called "chi" (teeth visible outside), while the part embedded in the gum bed is called "ya" (teeth inside). When Kidney Qi is strong, teeth are naturally firm; when Kidney Qi declines, teeth become loose and fall out.
[Chenxiang Yanling San] Treats wind-induced toothache and Kidney deficiency. This formula strengthens teeth, tonifies the Kidney, and generates body fluids.

[Tianxiong San] Treats Kidney deficiency toothache.
*Tianxiong* (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata [cracked, skin and umbilicus removed]), *Danggui* (Angelicae Sinensis Radix [cut and dried]), *Xixin* (Asari Radix et Rhizoma [remove buds and leaves]), *Fuzi* (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata [cracked, skin and umbilicus removed]), *Gancao* (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma [roasted, cut]), *Ganjiang* (Zingiberis Rhizoma). Sift the above into powder. Do not swallow.
[Dihuang San] Treats Kidney deficiency toothache, darkens temples, rubs teeth.
*Shengma* (Cimicifugae Rhizoma [cut, 1 liang]), *Helile* (Terminalia Chebula Retz. [crushed, 2 fruits]), *Baiyanhua* (Natrii Chloridum [half fen]), *Mashenmo* (Sesami Nigris Semen Paste [first pressing, 4 he]), *Shengdihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix Recens [2 liang]). [Mangcao San] Treats Kidney deficiency toothache; rubbing teeth darkens beard and prolongs life.
*Mangcao* (Herba Siegesbeckiae), *Shengjiang* (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), *Ganjiang* (Zingiberis Rhizoma), *Zhuyazaojiao* (Gleditsiae Fructus Spina), *Shengdihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix Recens), *Tusizi* (Cuscutae Semen), *Humaizi* (Sesami Nigris Semen). Each 4 liang, cut into sizes like hemp beans. Put into a medicine jar, grind into fine powder.
[Dihuang San] Treats Kidney deficiency where eating hot or cold foods causes tooth friction pain.
*Shengdihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix Recens [cut, dried, 1 liang]), *Baifuling* (Poria [remove black skin]), *Fangfeng* (Saposhnikoviae Radix [remove forked roots]), *Duhuo* (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix [remove rhizome head]), *Gouqizi* (Lycii Fructus), *Shanyu* (Dioscoreae Rhizoma [each half liang]).
[Sanzhi San] Treats Kidney deficiency toothache.
*Huai Zhi* (Sophorae Tonkinensis Ramulus et Folium), *Liu Zhi* (Salicis Ramulus), *Sang Zhi* (Mori Ramulus), *Wancansha* (Bombyx Batryticatus), *Qingyan* (Natrii Chloridum Viride), *Mashen* (Sesami Nigris Semen Paste). Cut into sizes like hemp beans. Seal a jar with salt mud, dry it, put the herbs in, and char them over charcoal fire.
[Shengjin San] Treats gum swelling and toothache due to Kidney heat steaming upward. Or tooth mobility due to original Kidney deficiency and cold. Or redness, swelling, and pain. Treats wind teeth and worm teeth.
Take 10 liang of old ginger, slice thinly like coin slices, spread on a winnowing basket, and soak in cold water to shrink. Then take 1 qian of Realgar (Pishuang), grind extremely fine, mix evenly with ginger. Leave a little realgar aside, pour into a basin, cover with a bowl to retain nature, aiming for black charcoal, not white ash.
*Bibo* (Piperis Longi Fructus), *Quanye* (Scorpio), *Huayin Xixin* (Asari Radix et Rhizoma from Huayin), *Hujiao* (Piperis Nigris Fructus). Roast until dry, make into ginger charcoal, also grind into fine powder and mix. Apply a small amount with finger, size of a black bean, to the affected area.
[Chaihu Tang] Treats Kidney deficiency with swollen gums, heat above the diaphragm.
*Chaihu* (Bupleuri Radix), *Zhiqiao* (Aurantii Fructus), *Huanglian* (Coptidis Rhizoma), *Houpo* (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex). Equal parts, grind and sift. Use 5 qian per dose, add 2 zhan of water, decoct to 1 zhan, remove dregs. Take after meals, divided into two doses.
[Shexiang San] Treats Kidney deficiency toothache, rubs teeth.
*Shexiang* (Moschus), *Xiaodoumian* (Phaseoli Radiati Farina), *Shujiao* (Zanthoxyli Pericarpium), *Qingyan* (Natrii Chloridum Viride). Grind into powder. After rubbing teeth, rinse with warm water.
[Liu Huang Gansong San] Treats Kidney deficiency toothache.
*Liu Huang* (Sulfur), *Gansong* (Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma). Grind into fine powder. Soak in boiling water, use for rinsing mouth, miraculous effect.
[Shengdihuang Chuanxiong Decoction] Treats toothache due to Kidney deficiency and scant marrow.
*Shengdihuang* (Rehmanniae Radix Recens), *Chuanxiong* (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome) [each 1 liang]. Soak tooth roots in the decocted tea at any time.
[Gusui Bu San] Treats Kidney deficiency where qi attacks teeth causing bleeding, itchy and painful gums, rubs teeth.
*Gusui Bu* (Drynariae Rhizoma [stir-fried until black, 2 liang]). Grind into fine powder. After rinsing mouth, rub tooth roots, spit out after a while. Use again at bedtime. Swallowing saliva is acceptable.
[Fangzao Fang] Treats elderly toothache due to weak Kidney Qi or caused by using cooling medicines to rub teeth.
Use one soap fruit, remove pit, put salt inside, tie tightly with iron wire, seal with salt mud, burn to black powder, use to rub teeth.
[Jiajian Yiyao Shexiang San] Treats weak Kidney Qi. Teeth are the end of bones and nourished by marrow. If Kidney Qi is solid, then bone marrow is firm, teeth...
