If suffering from various wind disorders, sores and swellings, scabies, and tinea, taking this medicine will lead to self-healing after three to five bowel movements. For each dose, take 2 qian of Huangqi San, mix with 2 qian of Qianniuzi powder evenly. Wait for clear weather, at the beginning of the third watch (midnight), crush one piece of fresh ginger, decoct in 1 zhan of water to make soup. First, mix the medicine with a small cup and drink it down immediately, then follow with ginger soup. By dawn, there will be rapid bowel movements three to five times. Even if much pus and blood are discharged, it does not matter. All diseases of the viscera, hundred illnesses, wind-cold stagnation, will be completely expelled. It is advisable to eat white porridge for supplementation within the next day.
Jiedu Xionghuang Wan (Detoxifying Realgar Pill), detoxifies. Treats Chanhou Feng (Entangling Throat Wind) and Ji Hou Bi (Acute Throat Bi), sudden collapse, aphonia, or trismus (lockjaw), unconsciousness.

Grind the above into powder, boil flour paste with vinegar to form pills the size of mung beans. Take seven pills with hot clear tea to vomit out stubborn phlegm-saliva, leading to immediate recovery; if vomiting does not occur, take again. If the patient appears dead but the chest remains warm and cannot swallow, use a knife, ruler, or iron spoon to pry open the mouth and administer the medicine. Once the medicine enters the throat, no one will die. Slight vomiting and diarrhea are harmless. It also treats upper jiao congestion-heat, difficult phlegm-saliva discharge, sore and swollen throat, red eyes, and carbuncles/swellings. All toxic heat should be treated with it. For children suffering from red and swollen throat/pharynx, or convulsive fever with phlegm-saliva obstruction, take two or three pills, adjusting according to the child's age and size.
