疟疾不止：取醋炙鳖甲研为细末，用酒送服，夜间服用一次，天亮时服用一次，发作前再服用一次，没有不能治愈的。（第二方）
癖症积聚：取醋炙鳖甲研为细末，与牛乳混合服用，每天早晨服用。（第三方）

治疗经脉逆行：将鱼鳔切片炒制，与新绵（新棉花）烧成灰，共同研为细末，每用米汤送服二钱。

Use after vinegar-processing; boiling with wine until soft and glutinous, resembling gum or lacquer, is particularly effective. It is incompatible with Vitriol (Fan Shi) and Limestone (Li Shi).
Salty, neutral, non-toxic. Enters the Jueyin Liver meridian. Attacks all types of mass formations, fixed masses, and hidden accumulations; eliminates various malignant tissues and stagnant blood. For persistent malaria: Take vinegar-processed [Bie Jia] powdered, taken with wine. One dose at night, one dose at dawn, and one dose before onset; there are cases that cannot be cured. (Formula 2)
For Pi Zheng accumulation (hidden masses): Take vinegar-processed [Bie Jia] powdered, mixed with cow's milk, taken every morning. (Formula 3)
For Lou Xia (metrorrhagia): Powdered, taken with wine. (Formula 4)
For sudden lower back pain: Same as above. (Formula 5)
For Sha Shi Lin pain (pain from urinary calculi): Same as above. (Formula 6)
For all sores and carbuncles that do not heal: Burn to ash and apply externally. (Formula 7)
For internal pain of intestinal abscess: Burn to fine powder, taken with water. (Formula 8)
For finger ulcers caused by human bites: Burn to ash and apply externally. (Formula 9)
To treat reversed flow of meridians: Slice and stir-fry Yu Biao (Fish Bladder), burn new cotton wool to ash, mix into a fine powder. Take two qian with rice soup each time.
Salty, cold, slightly toxic. Disperses blood and unblocks meridians, clears heat and resolves knots. Reconnects sinews and bones, applies to treat lacquer dermatitis.
