。真珠膏。真珠（细研）甘菊花香豉（炒黄）井泉石各二钱五分。研细。用白蜜一合。鲤
鱼胆
一枚。用药慢火熬成膏。入龙胆一钱。搅匀。点目。治眼病久不瘥。KT KT 不见物。
主治。清热泻火。定惊安神。降痰。止泻。拔毒生肌，安魂魄，消除面部黑斑。治疗消渴病引起的烦热。（与知母同服）耳聋流脓（吹入耳中）眼睛长翳膜。（研磨后点眼）遗精、白浊。妇女难产，胎盘不下，胎儿死于腹中。小儿惊风发热。真珠丸。珍珠六两。（用牡蛎六两同煮一天，去掉牡蛎）研成粉末。再放入乳钵内加水研磨。三五天后，多加水飞粉沉淀，候干。用蒸饼和药丸如梧桐子大。每次服用二十丸。饭前用温酒送下。治疗虚劳梦遗泄精。又一方。珍珠母（即蚌壳醋淬）七钱五分。当归、熟地黄各一两五钱。人参、酸枣仁（炒）、柏子仁各一两。犀角屑、茯神、沉香（另研，不接触火源）、龙齿（醋淬，另研）各五钱。研成粉末。蜜丸如梧桐子大。辰砂（水飞）五钱为衣。每次服用四五十丸。金银花汤或薄荷汤送下。午后和临睡前各服一次。治疗肝胆虚风。神魂不安。症状像惊悸。真珠散。珍珠末、麦冬、茯神各五钱。天竺黄、胡黄连、羚羊角屑、大黄（炒）、当归（微炒）、犀角屑各三钱。金银箔各五十片。（均研磨，临时混合）牛黄（细研）、雄黄各一钱。朱砂、炙甘草各二钱。麝香（细研）少许。研成粉末。每次服用五分。茵陈汤送下。治疗心疳。又一方。珍珠五钱、青葙子、黄芩各二两。人参、甘菊花、石决明（细研水飞）、川芎、炙甘草各一两。研成粉末。每次服用一钱。饭后服用。治疗眼睛长翳膜，红涩肿痛。又一方。珍珠、海螵蛸、滑石各一钱。白茯苓、人参、白附子、炙甘草、全蝎、麝香脑子（另研）各五钱。生珍珠（另研）一钱。金箔三十片。银箔二十片。研成粉末。每次服用五分。灯心草、麦冬煎汤，加少许蜂蜜调下。日午和临睡前各服一次。治疗客忤惊风、鬼疰惊邪。又一方。珍珠末、生犀角屑各五分。香附末四钱。龙脑少许研成粉末。每次服用一字。一岁以下儿童五分，桃仁汤调下。治疗小儿气喘多涎。真珠膏。珍珠（细研）、甘菊花、香豉（炒黄）、井泉石各二钱五分。研细。用白蜜一合。鲤鱼胆一枚。用药慢火熬成膏。加入龙胆一钱。搅匀。点眼。治疗眼病久治不愈，看不见东西。
Indications. Clears heat and purges fire. Calms fright and anchors the spirit. Descends phlegm. Stops diarrhea. Draws out toxins, generates flesh, calms the soul and魂魄 (hun and po spirits), and eliminates facial melasma. Treats thirst disease with vexatious heat. (Taken with Anemarrhenae Rhizoma) Deafness with otorrhea (blown into the ear). Pterygium of the eye. (Grinded for eye instillation) Spermatorrhea and leukorrhea. Dystocia in women, retained placenta, fetus dead in the uterus. Pediatric febrile convulsions. Zhenzhu Wan (Pearl Pill). Pearl liang. (Boiled together with Oyster Shell liang for one day, then remove the Oyster Shell) Grind into powder. Then add water to a mortar and grind. After three to five days, levigate with plenty of water, let settle, and dry. Mix with steamed dough pills sized like wu zi (Cibotium seed). Take twenty pills each time. Swallow with warm wine before meals. Treats deficiency labor with nocturnal emission and seminal leakage. Another prescription. Mother of Pearl (i.e., mussel shell quenched in vinegar) qian jin fen. Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Rehmanniae Radix Preparata are each liang wu qian. Ginseng Radix, Ziziphi Spinosae Semen (stir-fried), and Biota Orientalis Seed are each liang. Rhinocerotis Cornu Trachea, Poria, and Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum (separately ground, avoiding fire) and Longgu are each qian wu qian. Grind into powder. Make honey pills sized like wu zi. Cinnabar (levigated with water) qian wu qian as coating. Take forty to fifty pills each time. Swallow with Honeysuckle Flower Decoction or Mint Decoction. One dose in the afternoon and one before bed. Treats deficiency wind of the Liver and Gallbladder. Restless hun and po spirits. Symptoms resembling palpitations due to fright. Zhenzhu San (Pearl Powder). Pearl powder, Ophiopogonis Radix, and Poria are each qian wu qian. Bambusae Concretio Silicea, Picrorhizae Rhizoma, Saiga Tataricae Cornu Trachea, Rheum Palmatum Rhizoma (stir-fried), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (lightly stir-fried), and Rhinocerotis Cornu Trachea are each qian san. Gold foil and Silver foil are each fifty pieces. (All ground and mixed temporarily) Calculus Bovis and Realgar are each qian yi. Cinnabar and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata are each qian er. Moschus (finely ground) a small amount. Grind into powder. Take qian wu each time. Swallow with Yinchen Decoction. Treats Heart childhood malnutrition (Xin Gan). Another prescription. Pearl qian wu, Celosiae Semen, and Scutellariae Radix are each liang er. Ginseng Radix, Chrysanthemi Flos, Halituss Argoconcha (finely ground and levigated with water), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata are each liang yi. Grind into powder. Take qian yi each time. Take after meals. Treats pterygium of the eye with redness, dryness, swelling, and pain. Another prescription. Pearl, Sepiae Endoconcha, and Talcum are each qian yi. Alisma Rhizoma, Ginseng Radix, Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Praeparata, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata, Scorpio, and Moschus Brain (separately ground) are each qian wu. Raw Pearl (separately ground) qian yi. Gold foil thirty pieces. Silver foil twenty pieces. Grind into powder. Take qian wu each time. Decoct Nymphoidis Indica Herba and Ophiopogonis Radix, add a little honey, and mix. One dose at noon and one before bed. Treats external shock-induced febrile convulsions, ghostly stagnation, and evil influences causing fright. Another prescription. Pearl powder and Raw Rhinocerotis Cornu Trachea are each qian wu. Cyperi Rhizoma powder qian si. Borneolum Syntheticum a small amount. Grind into powder. Take yi zi each time. For children under one year old, take qian wu, mixed with Persicariae Semen Decoction. Treats pediatric asthma with excessive salivation. Zhenzhu Gao (Pearl Ointment). Pearl (finely ground), Chrysanthemi Flos, Fermented Soybean (stir-fried until yellow), and Well Spring Stone are each qian er wu fen. Grind finely. Use Honey yi he. Carp Bile one piece. Slow-fire boil the medicine into an ointment. Add Gentiana Scabra Radix qian yi. Stir evenly. Instill into eyes. Treats chronic eye diseases that do not heal, resulting in blindness.
