油一斤。先泡油内三日。文武火熬起清烟。去滓。入黄丹四两。柳枝不住手搅至滴水成珠罐
贮。每用少许。布摊贴。治一切已破无名恶毒。及毒蛇疯狗百虫咬伤。 蜈蚣入耳。韭汁香
油灌之皆可。入腹急服生鸡子二枚。稍停服生油一盏。即吐出。蜈蚣咬伤。取雄鸡倒挂片时。
取鸡口内涎沫涂伤处。甚者饮生鸡血立效。
主治。泻热。行水。中风。痫疾。伤寒热结。大腹黄胆。（皆化水服）喉痹。利小便。
历节风痛。肾脏风疰。小儿急慢惊风。解中蛊下血。（醋渍死服）杀蛔虫。（炒末服） 地龙
散
。地龙官桂苏木各九分。麻黄七分。黄柏当归梢甘草各一钱五分。桃仁九个。水煎食前服。
治腰脊痛。或打扑损伤瘀积太阳经中。致腰脊肿 。臂痛不可忍。 又方。干地龙五钱。虎
睛一对。（炙）人参二钱五分。金银箔三十片。天竺黄朱砂代赭石（煨醋淬）铁粉各二钱五
分。
雄黄一钱五分。轻粉五分。研末。每服五分。紫苏汤调下。治小儿诸痫。 又方。干蚯蚓粪
不拘多少。研末。先以葱椒煎汤洗。后用粪敷。治阴卵硬肿成疝。
【蜈蚣】
主治功效：祛除风邪，消散毒邪，攻逐瘀血。适用于症瘕积聚、蛇瘕（腹中如蛇状的积块），驱除体内寄生虫。用于小儿惊痫、风搐（抽搐）、脐风（新生儿破伤风）、口噤（牙关紧闭）。
蜈蚣散方：蜈蚣一对，鱼鳔三钱，研成细末。用防风汤送服。治疗破伤风。
又一方：蜈蚣五十条（酒煮），雄黄二钱，生牛膝、穿山甲（用生漆涂后炙烤）、槟榔、薏仁（炒）各一两。研成细末。每次服用二钱，用温酒调下。服药后出汗，三日可愈。治疗麻风病引起的红肿。
又一方：大蜈蚣一条，全蝎七个，雄黄三钱。用鸡蛋清调和敷于患处，外用猪胆皮套上。治疗天蛇毒（即丹毒或蜂窝织炎等急性感染）。
蜈蚣膏方：大蜈蚣八条（长度四五寸的，小蜈蚣二十条），土木鳖二十四个，麻油一斤。先将药材浸泡在油中三天，用文火和武火交替熬制，直到冒出清烟。滤去药渣，加入黄丹四两，用柳枝不停搅拌，直到滴水成珠状，装入罐中储存。每次取少量，摊在布上贴敷。治疗一切已溃烂的无名恶疮，以及毒蛇、疯狗、各种虫类咬伤。
蜈蚣误入耳道：灌入韭菜汁或香油均可。蜈蚣误入腹中：立即服用两个生鸡蛋，稍停片刻后再服一盏生油，即可吐出。
蜈蚣咬伤处理：取一只雄鸡倒挂一段时间，取鸡口中的涎沫涂抹伤口。严重者饮用生鸡血，立见疗效。
【蚯蚓（地龙）】
主治功效：泻热，行水。适用于中风、癫痫、伤寒热结、大腹黄疸（均化水服用）。喉痹，通利小便。历节风痛（关节疼痛游走不定），肾脏风疰（肾虚兼感风邪的慢性疾患），小儿急慢惊风。解中蛊毒及下血（用醋浸泡死后服用）。杀蛔虫（炒成末服用）。
地龙散方：地龙、官桂、苏木各九分，麻黄七分，黄柏、当归梢、甘草各一钱五分，桃仁九个。水煎，饭前服用。治疗腰脊痛，或因跌打损伤导致瘀血积聚在太阳经中，引起腰脊肿胀，手臂疼痛难忍。
又一方：干地龙五钱，虎睛一对（炙烤），人参二钱五分，金银箔三十片，天竺黄、朱砂、代赭石（煨后醋淬）、铁粉各二钱五分，雄黄一钱五分，轻粉五分。研成细末。每次服用五分，用紫苏汤调下。治疗小儿各种癫痫。
[Centipede]
Indications: Expels wind, dissipates toxicity, attacks blood stasis. Indicated for zheng zhi (abdominal masses), she jia (abdominal accumulation resembling a snake), expels three types of parasites. Used for pediatric convulsions, wind-induced spasms, umbilical tetanus (newborn lockjaw), and trismus (lockjaw).
Centipede Powder Formula: One pair of centipedes, 3 qian of fish swim bladder, ground into powder. Taken with Fangfeng Decoction. Treats traumatic tetanus.
Another prescription: Fifty centipedes (boiled in wine), 2 qian of Realgar, raw Achyranthes Bidentatae Radix (Niuxi), Pangolin Scales (Chanshanjia) coated with raw lacquer and roasted, Areca Seed (Binglang), Coix Seed (Yiren) stir-fried, each 1 liang. Ground into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine. Sweating occurs after administration; cured within three days. Treats erythema associated with leprosy.
Another prescription: One large centipede, seven Scorpions (Quanxie), 3 qian of Realgar. Mixed with egg white and applied topically. Covered externally with pig gallbladder membrane. Treats "Tianshe Du" (acute skin infection such as erysipelas or cellulitis).
Centipede Ointment Formula: Eight large centipedes (4-5 cun long, plus twenty small centipedes), twenty-four Sparganii Rhizoma (Tumubie), 1 jin of Sesame Oil. Soak the herbs in oil for three days first. Boil over gentle and strong fire alternately until clear smoke rises. Strain the dregs. Add 4 liang of Lead Tetroxide (Huandan). Stir constantly with a willow branch until it forms beads when dropped in water. Store in a jar. Apply a small amount spread on cloth to the affected area. Treats all ulcerated unknown malignant sores, as well as bites from venomous snakes, mad dogs, and various insects.
Centipede entering the ear: Pour in chive juice or sesame oil. Centipede swallowed: Immediately take two raw eggs. After a short pause, take one zhan of raw oil to induce vomiting.
Centipede bite: Hang a rooster upside down for a while. Collect saliva from the rooster's mouth and apply to the wound. For severe cases, drink raw chicken blood for immediate effect.
[Earthworm / Di Long]
Indications: Purges heat, promotes urination. Indicated for stroke, epilepsy, heat binding in Shanghan (Cold Damage), abdominal distension with jaundice (all taken as aqueous solution). Pharyngolaryngeal obstruction (Houbi), promotes diuresis. Li Jie Feng Tong (painful wandering joint syndrome), Kidney Wind Zhu (chronic condition involving kidney deficiency and wind pathogen), pediatric acute and chronic convulsions. Resolves Gu poisoning and lower bleeding (taken after being soaked in vinegar and killed). Kills Ascaris lumbricoides (taken as stir-fried powder).
Di Long Powder Formula: Di Long (Pheretima), Guigui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Sumu (Sappan Wood) each 9 fen, Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba) 7 fen, Huangbai (Phellodendri Cortex), Danggui Shao (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tip), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) each 1.5 qian, Taoren (Persicae Semen) 9 pieces. Decoct in water, take before meals. Treats lumbosacral pain, or arm pain unbearable due to bruising/trauma causing blood stasis accumulating in the Taiyang Meridian, leading to swelling of the waist and spine.
Another prescription: 5 qian of dried Di Long, one pair of Tiger Eyes (Hu Jing) roasted, 2.5 qian of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma (Renshen), thirty sheets of Gold and Silver Leaf (Jinyin Bo), 2.5 qian each of Fructus Trichosanthis (Tianzhuhuang), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Haematitum (Daizheshi) calcined and quenched in vinegar, Ferrum (Tiefen), 1.5 qian of Realgar, 0.5 fen of Calomel (Qingfen). Ground into powder. Take 0.5 fen per dose, mixed with Perilla Decoction. Treats various pediatric epilepsies.
Another prescription: Dried earthworm feces (Di Long Fen) as needed, ground into powder. First wash the area with decoction of scallion and pepper. Then apply the earthworm feces powder. Treats hard swelling of the scrotum forming hernia.
