【金石类】石胆（主治女人头晕，感觉天地旋转，名为心眩，并非血风所致。用胡饼和药制成小块，焙干，每次服用一块，用竹茹汤送下。）云母（主治中风寒热，感觉如在舟船上摇晃。与恒山同服，可吐出痰饮。）石膏（主治风热。）铅、汞（结成砂状。）硫黄、硝石（均能清除上盛下虚引起的痰涎眩晕。）朱砂、雄黄。
【虫禽类】白僵蚕（均能治疗风痰。）鹘嘲（主治头风目眩，炙烤食用一枚。）鹰头（主治头目虚晕，与川芎粉末同服。）鸱头。
