大已寒丸，治伤寒（旧校作久寒）积冷，脏腑虚弱，心腹 痛，胁肋胀满，泄泻肠鸣，自利自汗，米谷不化，阳
气暴衰，阴气独胜，手足厥冷。
高良姜 干姜（炮各六斤） 肉桂（去粗皮） 荜茇（各四斤）
上为细末，水煮面糊为丸，如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，米饮汤下，食前服之。（《和剂》）
金液丹，固真气，暖丹田，坚筋骨，壮阳道，除久寒痼冷，补劳伤虚损。
硫黄（拣净去砂石，十两，研细飞过，用瓷合子盛，以水和赤石脂封口，以盐泥固济，晒干，地内先埋一小
罐子，盛水令满，安合子在上，用泥固济讫，慢火养七日七夜，候足加顶火一斤 ，候冷取出，研为极细末。）
上药末一两，用蒸饼一两汤浸，握去水，搜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三十丸，多至百丸，温米饮下，空心服
之。（同上）（按∶此方本出《苏沈》。）
来复丹（铁瓮城八角杜先生方，一名正一丹），此药配类二气，均调阴阳，夺天地冲和之气，乃水火既济之
方，可冷可热，可缓可急。善治荣卫不交养，心肾不升降，上实下虚，气闭痰厥，心腹冷痛，脏腑虚滑。不问男
女老幼危急之证，但有胃气，无不获安。补损扶虚，救阴助阳，为效殊胜。
硝石（同硫黄并为细末，入定锅内，以微火微炒，用柳篦子不住手搅，令阴阳气相入，不可火太过，恐药力
竭，再研细，名二气末。） 硫黄（舶上，透明，不夹砂石者。） 太阴玄精石（研，水飞，
各一两。） 五灵脂（须择五台山者，水澄去砂石，日干研，） 陈橘皮（去白） 青皮（去白各二两）
上用五灵脂、二橘皮为细末，次入玄精石末及前二气末拌匀，以好醋打糊为丸，如豌豆大，每服三十粒，
空心粥饮吞下，甚者五十粒。小儿三五粒，新生婴儿一粒。（同上）
代灸膏，治老人衰弱，元气虚冷，脏腑虚滑，腰脚冷痛沉重，饮食减少，手足逆冷不能忍者，用此灸方，功
效不能尽述。
大附（一个炮） 吴茱萸 桂皮 木香 蛇床子（各半两） 马蔺花（一两焙）
上为细末，每用药半匙，白面半匙，生姜汁半盏，同煎成膏，摊于纸上，临卧贴脐，以油纸覆其上，绵衣系
之，自夜至明乃去，每夜如此贴之，其腰腹如灸百壮，除寒积。腰痛贴腰眼。（《瑞竹》）（按∶又有封脐艾，
宜参。又《万应方》、《入门》、《回春》并有彭祖回生熏蒸小接命方，与此方同类，亦宜参。）
清热诸方 黄连解毒汤，凉膈散、紫雪。（此三方为清凉中要药，既出《伤寒·少阳病》内。）
绛雪，疗一切病，肺气积聚咳逆，呕吐脓血，丹石毒发，天行时气，一切热病，诸黄胆等，心风昏乱，心怯
健忘，四肢烦热，头痛眼赤，大小便不通，烦闷不安，骨节疼痛，赤白痢、血痢、热毒痢，宿食不消化，心腹胀满，
出气不得，下一切诸毒药香港脚等，饮酒多醉困，久痢不瘥，孩子惊痫等，以上和水服之，产后一切诸病，堕胎，
和酒服之方。
朴硝（十斤） 升麻（三两） 大青 桑白皮 槐花（各二两）
犀角（屑） 羚羊角（屑各一两） 苏方木（六两） 竹叶（两握） 诃黎勒 山栀子（三十枚） 槟榔仁（二
十颗） 朱砂（半大两研）
上十三味，以水二斗，渍一宿，煎取一斗，去滓入锅，内朴硝炼烊，搅勿住手，候欲凝，出于盆中，搅入朱
砂麝香讫，雪成，收于 器中，密封，有疾量取之，和水服之，以利病除，身轻目明，四肢调适。疗一切病神验，
老小量之。（上云入朱砂、麝香，未见分两。）（《外台》）《千金月令》主风邪毒热积聚结气等，于本方去羚
羊角、山栀子。（分两与本方同，但槟榔末，朱砂、麝香各二分研。方后曰∶去滓即下朴消和煎，以杓烊不得住
手，候水脉尽，即下朱砂、槟榔末等和搅，于新瓦盆内候冷硬揭开，瓷瓶贮之。）《四时纂要》与《月令》同，
更去麝香（分两都不同）。《圣惠》治热毒风壅，心神烦躁，头疼目赤，于本方去大青、槐花、竹叶、麝香。
《和剂》红雪通中散，去槐花、犀角、诃黎勒，加黄芩、赤芍药、枳壳、人参、木香、甘草、葛根、蓝叶、木通。
曰∶细研，每服一钱至二钱，新汲水调下。
大已寒丸，治疗伤寒（旧校注作久寒）导致的积冷，脏腑虚弱，心腹疼痛，胁肋胀满，泄泻且肠鸣，自利自汗，食物不消化，阳气突然衰微，阴气独自强盛，手足厥冷。

金液丹，能固护真气，温暖丹田，强健筋骨，壮阳道，祛除久寒痼冷，补益劳伤虚损。
硫黄（挑选干净去除砂石，十两，研磨细过筛，用瓷盒盛装，用水调和赤石脂封口，再用盐泥加固密封，晒干，在地上先埋一个小罐子，装满水，将盒子放在上面，用泥加固密封后，用慢火煅养七天七夜，时间到了加上顶火一斤，冷却后取出，研磨成极细粉末。）
取上述药末一两，用蒸饼一两浸泡在汤中，挤去水分，揉搓成丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，多至一百丸，用温米汤送服，空腹服用。（同上）（按：此方原本出自《苏沈良方》。）
来复丹（铁瓮城八角杜先生方，又名正一丹），此药配伍调和二气，均匀调节阴阳，汲取天地冲和之气，是水火既济的方剂，可治冷证也可治热证，可缓治也可急治。善于治疗营卫不交养，心肾不升降，上实下虚，气闭痰厥，心腹冷痛，脏腑虚滑。不问男女老幼危急之证，只要有胃气，没有不能痊愈的。补益损耗扶持虚弱，救阴助阳，效果特别显著。
硝石（与硫黄一起磨成细末，放入定锅中，用微火微炒，用柳条帚不停地搅拌，使阴阳之气相互融合，不可火太大，恐怕药力耗尽，再研磨细，名为二气末。）硫黄（来自海外，透明，不含砂石的。）太阴玄精石（研磨，水飞法处理，各一两。）五灵脂（必须选择五台山的，用水澄洗去除砂石，晒干后研磨，）陈橘皮（去除白色部分）青皮（去除白色部分，各二两）
以上用五灵脂、两种橘皮研成细末，其次加入玄精石末及前述二气末拌匀，用好醋打糊制成丸药，大小如豌豆，每次服用三十粒，空腹用粥饮吞服，重症五十粒。小儿三到五粒，新生婴儿一粒。（同上）
代灸膏，治疗老人衰弱，元气虚冷，脏腑虚滑，腰脚冷痛沉重，饮食减少，手足逆冷无法忍受的，使用此灸方，功效无法详尽叙述。
大附子（一个炮制）吴茱萸、桂皮、木香、蛇床子（各半两）、马蔺花（一两焙干）
将上述药物研成细末，每次用药半匙，白面粉半匙，生姜汁半盏，一同煎成膏状，摊在纸上，临睡前贴在肚脐上，用油纸覆盖在上面，用棉衣系紧，从夜里到第二天早上才去掉，每晚如此贴敷，其腰腹感觉如同灸了一百壮，祛除寒积。腰痛贴在腰眼处。（出自《瑞竹堂经验方》）（按：又有封脐艾，宜参考。另外《万应方》、《入门》、《回春》也有彭祖回生熏蒸小接命方，与此方同类，也宜参考。）
清热诸方 黄连解毒汤、凉膈散、紫雪。（这三方为清凉中的要药，此前已在《伤寒论·少阳病》篇中出现过。）
绛雪，治疗一切疾病，肺气积聚引起的咳嗽气逆，呕吐脓血，丹石毒发作，时行疫病，一切热病，各种黄疸等，心风昏乱，心怯健忘，四肢烦热，头痛眼红，大小便不通，烦闷不安，骨节疼痛，赤白痢、血痢、热毒痢，宿食不消化，心腹胀满，出气不得，排出一切诸毒药、香港脚等，饮酒过多醉困，久痢不愈，孩子惊痫等，以上情况用水调服，产后一切诸病，堕胎，用酒调服的方法。
朴硝（十斤）升麻（三两）大青、桑白皮、槐花（各二两）
犀角（屑）羚羊角（屑各一两）苏方木（六两）竹叶（一把握的量）诃黎勒、山栀子（三十枚）槟榔仁（二十颗）朱砂（半大两，研磨）
以上十三味药，用二斗水，浸泡一夜，煎取一斗，去渣倒入锅中，加入朴硝炼化成液体，不停搅拌，等到快要凝固时，倒在盆中，搅拌加入朱砂、麝香后，结成雪状，收于容器中，密封，有病时酌情取用，用水调服，以利于疾病消除，身体轻快眼睛明亮，四肢舒适。治疗一切疾病神效，老少酌情用量。（上面说加入朱砂、麝香，未见具体分量。）（出自《外台秘要》）《千金月令》主治风邪毒热积聚结气等，在本方中去掉羚羊角、山栀子。（分量与本方相同，只是槟榔末、朱砂、麝香各二分研磨。方后说：去渣后立即下朴硝合煎，用勺子烊化不得停手，等到水脉尽，就下朱砂、槟榔末等混合搅拌，在新瓦盆内等待冷却变硬揭开，用瓷瓶储存。）《四时纂要》与《月令》相同，更去掉麝香（分量都不同）。《圣惠方》治疗热毒风壅，心神烦躁，头疼目赤，在本方中去掉大青、槐花、竹叶、麝香。《和剂局方》红雪通中散，去掉槐花、犀角、诃黎勒，加入黄芩、赤芍药、枳壳、人参、木香、甘草、葛根、蓝叶、木通。说：细研，每次服用一钱到二钱，新汲水调下。
Da Yi Han Wan (Greatly Resolves Cold Pill) treats cold accumulation due to Shanghan (Cold Damage, formerly annotated as chronic cold), with weak Zang-Fu organs, pain in the heart and abdomen, distension and fullness in the hypochondrium, diarrhea with borborygmus, spontaneous discharge and sweating, undigested food, sudden decline of Yang Qi, dominance of Yin Qi alone, and cold extremities.
Galangal Rhizome (Gao Liang Jiang), Ginger Rhizome dried (Gan Jiang, processed), each six jin; Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui, removed coarse bark); Long Pepper Fruit (Bi Bo), each four jin.
Grind the above into fine powder, use water-boiled wheat flour paste to form pills, size like Sophora japonica seeds. Take twenty pills per dose, swallow with rice soup, before meals. (From *Heji Ju Fang*)
Jin Ye Dan (Golden Fluid Pill) consolidates True Qi, warms the Dantian, strengthens sinews and bones, tonifies the Yang pathway, eliminates chronic cold and entrenched cold, and supplements labor injury and deficiency damage.
Sulfur (Liu Huang, selected clean, free of sand and gravel, ten liang, ground fine and sieved, stored in a porcelain jar; seal with water-mixed Red Stone (Chi Shi Zhi), reinforce with salt mud, dry; bury a small jar filled with water in the ground, place the sulfur jar on top, seal firmly with mud, slow-fire calcine for seven days and nights; when sufficient, add one jin of top fire, cool and remove, grind to extremely fine powder.)
Take one liang of the above powder, soak one liang of steamed dough cake in soup, squeeze out water, knead into pills size like Sophora japonica seeds. Take thirty pills per dose, up to one hundred, swallow with warm rice soup, on an empty stomach. (Same source) (Note: This formula originally comes from *Su Shen Liang Fang*.)
Lai Fu Dan (Restoring Life Pill, formula of Master Du Ba Jiao from Tie Weng Cheng, also named Zheng Yi Dan). This medicine harmonizes the two Qi, evenly regulates Yin and Yang, captures the harmonious Qi of Heaven and Earth, is a formula for mutual interaction of Water and Fire, can treat cold or heat, slow or urgent conditions. It excels at treating non-interaction of Ying and Wei, non-descending/ascending of Heart and Kidney, excess above and deficiency below, Qi obstruction with Phlegm syncope, cold pain in heart and abdomen, and deficiency-slipperiness of Zang-Fu. Regardless of gender, age, or critical condition, as long as Stomach Qi exists, recovery is assured. It supplements loss, supports deficiency, saves Yin, assists Yang, with remarkable efficacy.
Niter (Xiao Shi, ground fine together with Sulfur, put into Ding pot, stir constantly with willow whisk over slight fire until Yin and Yang Qi merge; do not let fire be too strong lest medicinal power exhaust; grind fine again, named Er Qi Mo [Two Qi Powder]). Sulfur (Liu Huang, imported, transparent, free of sand/gravel). Taiyin Xuanjing Shi (Black Crystal Salt, ground, water-floated), each one liang. Five Spots Reed Cat Tuar (Wu Ling Zhi, select those from Mount Wutai, wash with water to remove sand/gravel, dry and grind). Aged Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi, white pith removed). Green Tangerine Peel (Qing Pi, white pith removed), each two liang.
Grind Wu Ling Zhi and the two Chen/Qing Pius into fine powder, mix in Xuanjing Shi powder and the aforementioned Er Qi Mo evenly, use good vinegar to make paste for pills, size like pea. Take thirty grains per dose, swallow with porridge drink on empty stomach; severe cases fifty grains. Children three to five grains, newborns one grain. (Same source)
Dai Jiu Gao (Moxibustion-Replacing Plaster) treats elderly debility, deficient-cold of Yuan Qi, deficiency-slipperiness of Zang-Fu, cold-pain and heaviness in waist and legs, reduced diet, and intolerable cold reversal of hands and feet. Using this moxibustion formula, its effects cannot be fully described.
Aconite Root lateralis preparata (Da Fu Zi, one, processed); Evodia Fruit (Wu Zhu Yu); Cinnamon Bark (Gui Pi); Costus Root (Mu Xiang); Cnidium Fruit (She Chuang Zi), each half liang; Iris Tectori Flower (Ma Lin Hua, one liang, baked).
Grind the above into fine powder. Each time use half spoon of medicine, half spoon of white flour, half cup of fresh ginger juice, boil together into plaster. Spread on paper, apply to umbilicus before sleep, cover with oil paper, tie with cotton cloth, remove next morning. Do this every night. The waist and abdomen feel like having received one hundred moxa cones, eliminating cold accumulation. For waist pain, apply to Yao Yan (waist eye). (From *Rui Zhu Tang Jing Yan Fang*) (Note: Also Feng Qi Ai [Umbilical Sealing Moxa], refer to it. Additionally, *Wan Ying Fang*, *Ru Men*, *Hui Chun* have Peng Zu Hui Sheng Xun Zheng Xiao Jie Ming Fang, similar to this formula, also refer to it.)
Clearing Heat Formulas: Huang Lian Jie Du Tang (Coptis Decoction for Resolving Toxins), Liang Ge San (Cooling the Diaphragm Powder), Zi Xue (Purple Snow). (These three formulas are essential cooling medicines, previously mentioned in *Shanghan Lun · Shaoyang Disease*.)
Jiang Xue (Crimson Snow) treats all diseases, cough and counterflow qi due to Lung Qi accumulation, vomiting of pus and blood, eruption of Dan Shi toxicity, epidemic seasonal pathogens, all heat diseases, various jaundices, mental confusion due to Heart Wind, timidity and forgetfulness, vexatious heat in four limbs, headache and red eyes, obstruction of urination and defecation, vexation and uneasiness, bone-joint pain, dysentery with red/white discharge, bloody dysentery, heat-toxin dysentery, indigestion of retained food, heart-abdominal distension and fullness, inability to exhale, expelling all kinds of poisons, beriberi, etc.; for excessive drinking and drunkenness, chronic dysentery not healing, pediatric convulsions, etc., take mixed with water. For postpartum all diseases, miscarriage, take mixed with wine.
Mirabilite (Pu Xiao, ten jin). Corydalis Rhizome (Sheng Ma, three liang). Isatis Leaf (Da Qing); Mulberry Root Bark (Sang Bai Pi); Sophora Flower (Huai Hua), each two liang.
Rhino Horn (Xi Jiao, shaved); Antelope Horn (Ling Yang Jiao, shaved), each one liang. Bixa Seed Wood (Su Fang Mu, six liang). Bamboo Leaves (Zhu Ye, one handful). Chebula Fruit (He Li Le); Gardenia Fruit (Shan Zhi Zi, thirty fruits). Areca Nut (Bing Lang Ren, twenty kernels). Cinnabar (Zhu Sha, half da liang, ground).
The above thirteen ingredients, steep in two dou of water overnight, decoct to obtain one dou, filter dregs, pour into pot, add Pu Xiao and melt by refining, stir constantly. When about to solidify, pour into basin, stir in Zhu Sha and Musk. Forms snow, store in container, seal tightly. Take appropriate amount when ill, mix with water to swallow, benefiting disease removal, lightening body, brightening eyes, regulating four limbs. Divine efficacy for all diseases, adjust dosage for old and young. (Above mentions adding Zhu Sha and Musk, but dosages not seen.) (From *Waitai Mi Yao*) *Qianjin Yue Ling* treats wind-pathogen toxic-heat accumulation and qi stagnation, remove Ling Yang Jiao and Shan Zhi Zi from this formula. (Dosages same as main formula, but Bing Lang Mo, Zhu Sha, Musk each two fen ground. Formula note says: Filter dregs then add Pu Xiao and decoct, stir with ladle without stopping, until water essence is gone, then add Zhu Sha, Bing Lang Mo etc. and stir, cool in new tile basin until hard, store in porcelain bottle.) *Sishi Zuan Yao* is same as *Yue Ling*, additionally remove Musk (dosages differ). *Shenghui Fang* treats heat-toxin wind congestion, mental restlessness, headache and red eyes, remove Da Qing, Huai Hua, Zhu Ye, Musk from this formula. *Heji Ju Fang* Hong Xue Tong Zhong San removes Huai Hua, Xi Jiao, He Li Le, adds Huang Qin, Chi Shao Yao, Zhi Ke, Ren Shen, Mu Xiang, Gan Cao, Ge Gen, Lan Ye, Mu Tong. Says: Grind fine, take one to two qian per dose, mix with fresh drawn water to swallow.
