上件锉成小块，入一大瓶内，盐泥浓固济，于瓶口留一窍子出烟，用炭半秤 ，候青白
烟出去火，候冷取药，细研如粉。揩牙如常法。
治风虫牙疼，齿根动摇。
升麻 细辛（去叶土） 荜茇 胡椒 川芎 川椒 甘松（洗去土） 香白芷
上件各等分为细末，每用少许擦患处，良久漱去。若甚者，用沸汤调药二钱，乘热盥漱，

上件为细末，次入乳香研匀。每用一钱，揩贴患处，仍频用。

将上述药材各等分为细末，再加入单独研磨的药材令其均匀。每次取少许，轻轻擦拭疼痛处。
治疗元脏气虚，风热内攻，牙龈浮肿，疼痛发作间歇。
细辛（去叶土），鸡肠草，旱莲子，茴香，白矾，诃子（去核），晚蚕砂，青盐，皂角茜根。
将上述药材锉成小块，放入一个大瓶中，用浓盐泥密封加固，在瓶口留一个出烟的小孔，用炭火半秤，等待青白色烟雾冒出后离火，待冷却后取出药材，细研如粉。像平常一样揩牙。
治疗风虫牙疼，齿根动摇。
升麻，细辛（去叶土），荜茇，胡椒，川芎，川椒，甘松（洗去泥土），香白芷。
将上述药材各等分为细末，每次取少许擦拭患处，过一会儿漱口去除。如果症状严重，用沸水调药二钱，趁热含漱，唾液流出。
治疗牙疼。
猪牙皂角，细辛（去叶土），川乌头（生用，不去皮尖），升麻，荜茇，香附子（这六味药各二钱）。
将上述药材研为细末，再加入乳香研匀。每次取一钱，揩贴患处，仍频繁使用。
Treats soreness and swelling of the throat.
Natrii Sulfas (Si Liang, separately ground), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma powder (Yi Liang, raw).
Grind the above ingredients evenly. Use half a qian each time, dry-dusting into the mouth. If swelling is severe, use a bamboo tube to blow it into the throat.
Treats deficiency of Yuan Zang Qi (original organ qi), floating Yang attacking upward, causing sores in the mouth and tongue.
Evodiae Fructus (Stir-fried with vinegar until fragrant and ripe, Ban Liang), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Pao processed, Ban Liang), Momordicae Semen (Wu Mei, shell removed).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder. Use half a qian each time, mix with cold water, apply to the navel using a paper adhesive patch.

Treats toothache.
Halitum (Qing Yan), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (remove leaves and soil), Corydalis Rhizoma (Yan Hu Suo), Galangal Rhizome (Gao Liang Jiang), Piperis Kadsurae Fructus (Bi Bo), Piperis Longi Fructus (Hu Jiao), Moschus (separately ground), Boswelliae Resina (Ru Xiang, separately ground), Realgar (Xiong Huang, separately ground).
Grind each of the above ingredients into equal parts as fine powder, then add the separately ground medicines and mix evenly. Use a small amount each time, gently rub on the painful area.
Treats deficiency of Yuan Zang Qi, internal attack by Wind-Heat, swelling of gums, intermittent pain.
Asari Radix et Rhizoma (remove leaves and soil), Elsholtziae Herba (Ji Chang Cao), Passiflorae Semen (Han Lian Zi), Foeniculi Fructus (Hui Xiang), Alum (Bai Fan), Terminalia Chebulae Fructus (He Zi, remove core), Bombyx Batryticatus (Wan Can Sha), Halitum (Qing Yan), Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix (Zao Jiao Qian Gen).
Cut the above ingredients into small pieces, put them into a large bottle, seal tightly with thick salt mud, leave a small hole at the bottle mouth for smoke to escape. Use half a sheng of charcoal, wait for blue-white smoke to emerge, then remove from fire. After cooling, take out the medicine, grind finely into powder. Rub teeth as usual.
Treats Wind-Worm toothache, loosening of tooth roots.
Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Sheng Ma), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (remove leaves and soil), Piperis Kadsurae Fructus (Bi Bo), Piperis Longi Fructus (Hu Jiao), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuan Xiong), Zanthoxyli Pericarpium (Chuan Jiao), Nardostachyos Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Song), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Xiang Bai Zhi).
Grind each of the above ingredients into equal parts as fine powder. Use a small amount each time to rub on the affected area, rinse mouth after a while. If severe, mix two qian of medicine with boiling water, gargle while hot, allowing saliva to flow out.
Treats toothache.
Gleditsiae Sinensis Fructus (Zhu Ya Zao Jiao), Asari Radix et Rhizoma (remove leaves and soil), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Chuan Wu Tou, raw use, do not remove skin and tip), Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Sheng Ma), Piperis Kadsurae Fructus (Bi Bo), Cyperi Rhizoma (Xiang Fu Zi) (these six herbs, each Er Qian).
Grind the above ingredients into fine powder, then add Boswelliae Resina and grind evenly. Use one qian each time, rub and apply to the affected area, still use frequently.
